I am just looking at these reviews in here and as a customer of DPD I am alarmed by how many irresponsible and idiotic customers are writing Reviews in here Firstly in light of the government announcement DPD are NOT deemed as key workers and they simply need to start putting both the NHS AND THEIR WORKFORCE FIRST This company delivers for ASOS M&S (not food) PRETTY LITTLE THING AND M&M SPORTS ETC. THEY ARE NOT TESCO OR ASDA delivering ESSENTIAL items This company is clearly thinking about profit before anything else Then to all the imbeciles writing reviews about the driver leaving the parcel somewhere safe are you actually being serious Do you expect them to put their own life in danger by knocking on your door to deliver an outfit for the weekend or whatever other non essential item your buying. Seriously think about what your saying!!!! A note for DPD START BEING RESPONSIBLE TO THE NHS AND YOUR WORKFORCE AND ABIDE BY THE GOVERNMENT RULES YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT AN ESSENTIAL KEY WORKER SO STOP PUTTING LIVES AT RISK TO DELIVER TO ALL THESE CHANCERS AND IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE

DPD Are the worst courier services company In the world, Don’t even think about trying to use the service they are horrible people, they supposed to deliver my parcel to my home address, for some reason they suspect that I don’t live in my address which they already did deliver an items to my address Before, When I did make a complaint to their customer service they seem like they don’t even care about customer complains anymore ??? I already check the customer reviews online, (The Picture doesn’t lie) ??? instead fixing the problem they keep returning my parcel to the sander instead delivering it to my house, I don’t understand if they are a delivery company or they become detective investigators on customer addresses ! now I’m escalating this matter to the sender to doublecheck with there stupid actions against me.

A valuable lap top sat, according to the DPD, website in its deport at Westerham, Kent. Only no it didn't, it had been lost. I tried to telephone DPD but the line was constantly engaged, so I tried online direct contact to be told, no information could be given. I heard from the manufacturers that it had been lost, although given the value of the item, I think that is being generous. This is my first encounter with DPD and it has been atrocious. If you have anything small and valuable like a lap-top I strongly recommend that you do not use this organisation. If I could award no stars, I would. And I cannot fill in how quickly the company responded because it simply didn't.

2nd parcel that hasn't turned up, waited for the van to come and didn’t even attempt to deliver to my house, and said to have been left with immediate neighbours. Been round to neighbours and no sign of my parcel. Such a bad company wish it could be avoided.

Why don't parcel delivery firms give a toss about their customers. I have been waiting for a delivery that has been sitting in DPD's Westerham depot in Kent for the last eight days, a whole 32 miles north of my home. I am unable to speak to the company on the telephone because it is always engaged and am unable to email to find out if there is a problem because there is no email address. It's website says download the DPD app. Why? When the service is so appalling what is the point of having an app that gives as little information as searching online? I would give no stars but I can't. Do not use this company if you are looking for a speedy delivery. And my area, according to the lame website, is unaffected by the current Coronavirus crisis. God help those poor people waiting for a delivery in areas that are.

Disgusting service!! I have had no end of issues with them. Countless messages to say they have missed me when I have been home. The call centre are very helpful but the depot never pick up the phone to them and the drivers also never pick up the phone and do not follow instructions when told to complete the delivery that day. I have sent in formal complains numerous times and not received any response as to what will be done to rectify the situation or any compensation. Disgusting!

I had a parcel I needed asap. It said it will be at my house for Saturday and it never came so I called in. They said it's been changed to Monday (doesnt help with the asap problem) so I asked if I could maybe fetch it from the depot and the person on the call gave me a snotty remark.

Not impressed. I asked them to deliver to a neighbour (I had no choice as to when they were going to deliver) and they delivered to a house 14 doors away - hardly a neighbour! Unfortunately that resident was a dodgy geezer who gave the parcel to his next door neighbour, who gave me the runaround, despite the package containing perishable goods.

I cannot rat this delivery any higher. Collection in UK was on tracking brilliant and arrived at final destination on time. No problem with packaging. Just brilliant

I give 1 star because it's the minimum allowed. The last 2 months it has been a pure nightmare every time a parcel has to be delivered by dpd. I'm in Leitrim, Ireland and the courier simply keeps you hostage for days and eventually decided to write that he didn't find me home (even though) I have be n home waiting for him for the last 2 days following for email, and now I have to drive to pick up point...50 on to get my parcel? Last month same story, both me and my husband waited for days for parcels, every day a new e-mail with times scheduled and the same courier just couldn't bother... Never ever ever using for again.I sent back the parcel and asked for refund to Amazon writing the reasons... Terrible terrible experience.

Completely rubbish, i told them twice trough their app to deliver my parcel to a neighbor, they left It out of my Door and It has been stolen, the service was already taking more days than they said, nine instead of five, then the great end, more than 40pounds, my stuff Lost, and they are still saying that It Is ok like this, be aware, the only Word that i can use here Is rubbish!

7 deliveries throughout 1 year. 3 of them never rang the buzzer. 1 of them continued shifting the delivery slot until it was 4 hours past. Another 1 where it was being delivered 1 day early when I was not going to be in. When I used the online service I was advised I could get it delivered to a pick-up store that same day. Instead I had to wait 24hrs before I could collect it. 2 of them had issues finding the door apparently. Interesting considering Royal Mail, Deliveroo, and loads of other services never had this issue. DPD are completely and utterly useless. Don't use them unless you are ready for your delivery to be delayed cause of reasons out of your control.

I ordered from Selfridges and i have a membership for an international shipment when they use Aramix or DHL i never faced an issue but this time they used DPD and i never received my 200$ shipments
