Worst delivery company ever . No customer service! Live chat doesn’t work! Avoid to send any parcel with them !

Driver must be blind or company does not support it's staff with delivery info After 1st failure to deliver I gave them the 3 Words Location so that they couldn't fail on the 2nd attempt. DX are a complete lash up - I can't understane why anyone would give them a delivery contract

Would like to thank dx for a great services garden shed I bought from bq came today spot on time the drivers mate put it in my garage for me would use this firm again 100per cent thanking you keep the good work up.

Horrible! They said my parcel will be delivered between 10 to 12 nobody came, than they sent another message saying order haven been delivered, which never happened! Shocking!

The worst disgusting and grap service ever. I bought an item from Amazon. The driver he didn't bother the ring the bell he left me item out side I saw him on camera. Be careful of the rubbish company

This company does not even deserve 1 star, would give zero if I could 😡 3rd day for delivery now and still no show-paid extra for Saturday delivery as our electrician was booked to come and connect all my appliances on Monday so now I have a whole new kitchen fitted but with no oven so can't cook any food, shame on 'myappliances' for using this appalling company and not doing their research before using these. I will defiantly not order from them again after this. We have taken days off work to wait around for nothing and had a poxy £5 refunded (if that has even arrived back yet) they text to say what day they are to arrive but just don't turn up **Do NOT Use This COMPANY**

WAITED IN 2 DAYS AND NO DELIVERY. Well I can go out today as it appears this shambles of a Company don't deliver on saturdays unless a premium has been paid - even it appears if the driver has failed to attempt a delivery on Thursday & Friday. No message this morning because they don't deliver on Saturdays so now I have to wait until Monday. Hermes are rated higher than this crew which says it all !! THIS COMPANY HAS LOST IT (In More Than One Way !!) GET A GRIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP WASTING MY TIME. For the 2nd morning running I received an email saying my parcel would be delivered today, so for the 2nd day I stayed in all day and guess what, for the 2nd day nothing has arrived. No wonder this shower are rated 58/72 for delivery companies by Trustpilot. Would give 0 if I could. Astonishingly terrible company. Got a message saying delivery would be between 8am and 6pm, I was home the whole day, then at 4:43pm got a message saying they couldn't deliver because they "couldn't find the property." Tracking info said "insufficient address" which is a blatant lie, and after contacting them via live chat they admitted the address they had on file was correct. Calling the number is useless, because it leads to an automated response that HANGS UP after you give them the tracking number. The live chat is awful as well, they threatened to close the chat twice as it was "inactive," even though I was told to wait while they are "still looking at this and will be with you shortly." Can't believe this company is in business. I didn't even order through them, I ordered off Amazon and somehow the delivery is coming through DX. I would never have chosen them if I had the choice.

Absolutely diabolical company. Paid for next day delivery on an item from Hobbs. First notification they lied and said they had tried to deliver it (I have security cameras which point 100 yards down my lane, was at home and have three large dogs who make a lot of noise) so I can prove they didn't. Assuming this was to avoid having to pay Hobbs non delivery charges. I then received a text asking to rearrange for the following day, which I did. They didnt deliver, received the usual text, rearranged and this went on for three days. Contacted them by chat and the guy admitted they didn't have any delivery drivers but promised delivery the next day. At 11.50am I received the 'we are unable to deliver' text again. Contacted them on chat and asked where the parcel was, and they tried to blame Hobbs by saying it hadn't been dispatched. Have already spoken to Hobbs four times about this so they are aware of the situation and sent them transcripts of conversations off the chat from DX, admitting they didn't have staff to deliver. Essentially now trying to deny they have it, which is theft a nd is being dealt with as such. Avoid this company like the plague, this is fraud.

Worst delivery company - text arrived the morning of delivery - requiring me to stay home, didn’t ring doorbell and left card. Now I can’t get through to a human being and no one is on their ‘live chat’ - such a headache and pain! AVOID at all costs the worst customer service of any delivery company I’ve experienced

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs. They say they are due to deliver in the morning via text and then text in the evening (after waiting in all day) to say the et have been unable too - when they have not even attempted. I paid for next day delivery and after 6 attempts, have had to cancel my item because they are completely inept

They tried to deliver parcel I wasn’t at home. Usual card through the door with instructions how to have parcel brought back. The fun begins! Automated service. Plug in code does not recognise code so cuts you off. Then try online support . Submit code address etc again only to be told no advisor available Phoned helpline number same scenario, cut me off. No idea where my parcel is no idea how to contact company..... no way will you find a number where you can speak to a person. Hopeless.

Terrible company, if I could give zero stars I would. Driver said he couldn’t find the address so I phoned him and he had already left and have a sob story about how many other deliveries he had to make. When I phoned the depot they said he’d taken a picture of the door and left a slip saying I wasn’t in, but how is that even possible when he said he couldn’t find the address? Bunch of liars, stay clear.

My delivery apparently came when I was at work and it's gone, DX will not provide me simple proof of delivery or let me know where it was left simply because they are considered money could be claimed back when all I wanted was an investigation since I've lost my money and my parcel. The customer service disconnected from me and were uncooperative! I've contacted complaints to no avail and I'm fuming! I'm passing this onto the ombudsman because this delivery service is the worst and most useless in the UK I've come across, I'd go so far as saying I'd rather cancel any future deliveries than deal with them again.

The worst delivery company ever. I was told my parcel would be delivered on the 9th of Feb, but didn't arrive but apparently they had made a delivery attempt. Absolute lie was in all day. Then it was being delivered on the 10th again nothing, then another email it was being delivered on the 11th , I thought 3rd time lucky but nothing. This is now the 15th of Feb and still waiting, supposed to be coming today huh not holding my breath. The app is a waste of time , absolutely useless and according to the app my parcel is at the depot and not in a delivery van . The app is showing the delivery driver is in a wood, looks like he,s been there since the 9th of Feb. The company is a complete shambles and I can't understand why anyone would want to use them . DX stands for delivered exactly but exactly when is the question 🤔 Live chat is non existent , no one ever available to chat.

When I phone I get a automated response that ends the call after I give it my delivery number and postcode I have never had a delivery company with a customer service this bad there is no way to contact people! And I follow the instructions to find its sending me in a portal of never ending phone call that tell me to re direct to dxdelivery.com then to tell me to call the same number I cannot express how frustrated this has made me everyone avoid.
