“I’ve ordered several Mods and juice from Element Vape. I am ready to buy 2 more kits. On my last order I ordered the wrong size batteries. I contacted them about a month ago I’m an attempt to swap them for smaller ones when I ordered 2 more kits. A week went by, no response. To this very moment I’ve yet to hear anything from them. They are Very helpful and have great customer service UNLESS you have something to swap or return, then you seem to be on your own. Well that doesn’t really work for me. I believe customer service is a big selling point of any business and this one doesn’t seem to care much after they get your money. I guess return business isn’t a big goal. I guess I will absorb the cost of these 4 batteries and take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing...”

They responded within hours of my panic emails, which I appreciated! It appears to me that EV has very strict polices and procedures, some over the top! “I have been ordering from element vape since may 2019. I order my juices and replacement parts for my mod (which i also ordered from EV) monthly, and I have never had a problem. Sometimes my flavors go out of stock but never for long and there's always a good recommendation for alternatives. The website itself is very organized and easy to find what you're searching for. The points system is nice and the shipping is always accurate or even early for me. Love shopping here. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. I've tried a couple other places online but none chalk up to EVs reliability and prompt delivery. No comparison. These guys are great, shop here. Thanks EV!”
“Poor customer service. I purchased several products including coils, which is the primary reason why i bought everything. They shipped all my products excluding the coils. They did not notify me that this product was not shipped. Refunded me however I still paid the shipping. I would not have ordered had i known they weren't gonna send my coils. Sent two emails with no follow up. Will not be buying from here anymore.”

“They never sent my complete order and will not answer any of my emails. There is no way to contact them except thru email so when I discovered stuff missing from my order I immediately emailed them to let them know and hopefully rectify the situation. Unfortunately they have never once answered me back and I've messaged them around a dozen times at least. So they really don't care about you at all unless it's to spam you with advertising, that's the only time you'll hear from them. Oh well live and learn but they will never get any business from me or anyone I know ever again... They truly do SUCK!!!”
