“Went to Key West for my 65th birthday. Rented a Jeep Grand Wagoneer from the Miami airport with 16,000 miles on it. On the third day, the check engine light came on and the car had trouble accelerating from a stop. Went to both Enterprise offices in Key West and they could not help me. No large cars available. They kept tell sorry there is nothing they could do. I decided to go to the Jeep dealer in Key West for them to look at car. Lost the use of the car for 2 days and many hours dealing with this while on vacation. Rented a golf cart just to have a way to get around. I tried to call the company many times only to be told a supervisor will contact me within 48 hours. They are very good at telling that they will get someone to help but in my case it never happened. Not a big fan of Enterprise moving forward.”
“this trash company is full of scammers. do not rent a car from them. they keep your card on file for 6 months and you charge you randomly without telling you or sending you a bill of what it is for. my partner has gotten THREE different charges from them since she’s dropped off the rental (that her insurance is paying for bc someone hit her car). this company should be bankrupt and not trusted with anyone’s credit card information.”
“We used Enterprise 5xs in 3 months to move from Long Island NY to Wilmington DE and 2trips from Wilmington DE to Millsboro DE. All employees were helpful, cars and vans were clean and operating perfectly it was a great experience at a very stressful time. I didn't collect cards from all your employees, but would like to recognize Elijah Rehm in New Castle DE for helping with directions and where to purchase gasoline. Our reservation was made through a third party and Elijah was very helpful. Returns to Dagsboro DE were made very easy with help from Adam Serio and Bragg Davis. We recommend Enterprise and will use you in the future.”
“We flew into Manchester NH the evening of Saturday, September 21. While no one was at the Enterprise counter, there was signage to go to the National desk where Eric was most helpful. He even got us into a minivan that accommodated the luggage for the six of us since we were a bit crammed with the vehicle we had rented. Excellent service! Returning our car on Saturday, September 28 Jasmine was at the counter and checked in our car and helped us with a billing issue to our satisfaction. A most gracious and efficient Enterprise employee!”
“The one star is for the road side assist had a rental car on a ferry and the parking brake would not disengage and had to be towed off which cost $350 out of my pocket then I was told they would tow the car and replace it with another vehicle after waiting all day and several calls and being reassured another vehicle was on its way I called at the end of the day and was told that there was miscommunication and the vehicle was never picked up so I went a day in a half with no vehicle and stranded on vacation poor communication on there part”

“First off,I got there,they gave me a car thts was all messed up,they then gave me a big box van,when I asked for a car.They said they had nothing else,give the a few days,they would get me into something else.
I needed the car for two weeks,the first week is over,been trying to call them everyday,no answer, got a hold of corporate corporate said they would get a hold of Aberdeen Maryland and said they would have them Contact me immediately. That was 2 days ago.i hate this van...never will I every go back to this place,I will call a cab or a Uber West.”
“DO NOT RENT FROM THE LIT LOCATION! When I booked my car online I requested a hand-held navigation system. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told that they didn't have any in stock; however, the agent at the desk at the LIT location failed to remove it from my reservation. When I arrived at my drop-off destination I shared with the agent the discrepancy, and he indicated that he could not correct the problem. Since then I have tried MULTIPLE times to get this fixed - even going through my credit card - and nothing. One of the times I was transferred and disconnected multiple times, and had to keep getting back into the queue. The last person I spoke to said that they would correct it and I'd receive a refund. NOTHING! Fortunately, I have screen shots, and will be going to corporate. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SELECT A DIFFERENT COMPANY. These folks do not deserve your business.”
“My car rental was due back to enterprise at 5pm Friday and on my way back from my trip the tire kept losing air. I called enterprise and they gave me a few options in order to get home safely. I called roadside assistance and I was told to go the nearest Firestone to have the tire repaired. I ended up waiting for a tire at Firestone for 3 hours but Geno from enterprise told me not to worry just return the vehicle the following day and I would not receive an additional day charge and he apologized for any inconvenience. I want to thank Geno and the enterprise company for their outstanding customer service. You have a forever grateful customer.”

“So as a disabled person who you have my a faulty car and I reported to you that it was faulty yo were meant to change the car in the last Sunday as it needed a service and had doggy tyre and you sent the car back with me I had to them continue to use a fault car and on Thursday the tyre went flat I can’t after your Hamilton branch as I needed a new car as this one was indictable and I have had to leave my house at 6 this morning to walk to my hospital appointment as I called you all day yesterday to get the problem fuaxes before my appointment you knew about this problem last Sunday and know at five in the morning a disabled person has to walk from Hamilton to east killing because you did not help get my tyre fixes for my appointment and av been up all night taking panic attacks and they can lead to suicide thought witch was always explained to your stuff am so disdapoonyed that a tyre on a car has taken a full week to repair to a point were the car is undrivablr and you have not been able to get me to the hospital sadly because of this matter you then said I need to wait till 8 and 11 today but I told you my appointment was for 8 this morning and am having to walk I don’t understand why the as can’t fixed a tyre or a staff member could not come out and change the tyre if there was a spare I could have changed it myself it’s am absolute joke they did not sent someone for a tyre change please please do not use this company very bad experience anytime I have felt with them through materiality they offered my a taxi but because of my adhd and other mental health issues I take panic attack with stranger and this was not an option for me and still no one was helping me get to my hospital so av had to walk from Hamilton to East Kilbride in unsafe circumstances all because this company would not fix a ture on time the have had a full week to get this sorted now yesterday or Wednesday the tyre burst is been lying outside my house yesterday and today day with a burst tyre but they have been fault for a full week”
“I picked up a car in Colorado at the FBO. The car only had 3/4 of a tank. They told me to just fill it up to 3/4. However, I was not going to leave the car running while I filled up the tank. THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS!! When I returned the car to the FBO, the manager stated that they will give me a credit for the extra gas that I put in the tank. However, that didn't happen and no one answers the phone at the branch that rented me the car. I still haven't been contacted by anyone at Enterprise. It's very disappointing that they would not give a customer a car with a full tank of gas. Can you please rectify?”
“If icould leave negative stars I would. Rented a truck online ,called day before no trucks available. Needed a truck. Customer service on phone is a joke. Hung up on 6 times could never get same person. Greenfield Mass. Well no words for him I cannot believe he is a manager. Finally no motorcycle had to rent a car. Has a guard hanging down underneath and scraping. Just does the speed limit. This is the first time we have rented from them. Never again

“I rented at from Enterprise on South Academy on Colorado Springs, CO. Customer service was excellent from receiving the car rental from Griffin and turning it back in wuth Taylor. They both were very respectful, expedient and insured I was delighted each time I came in. The car itself was clean, filled up and I was on my way within 10 minutes, picking up and turning in. I've used Enterprise from three locations in Colorado Springs and two locations out of Alexandria, VA. Each time was very easy and never had complaints with any of the customer services. My time is valuable and the representatives of Enterprise Car Rental knows to value each customer's time with respectful service. They also have reward points that I need to start investing in. “I rented a van at bishop International Airport in Grenada. When we got there, they only gave me a suv with a 3rd row which barely fit al our luggage's. The car's AC barely worked. The windows rolled down but didn't roll back up for a while. We were not comfortable in the car at all considering there were 6 adults. Probably will not be renting from you guys again.”
“Tried calling the local Angola, IN location all day yesterday. Each time it went directly to a hold line. I put my phone on speaker and would hold the 15 minutes it allowed before disconnecting. I was probably on hold for over 3 hours total all day. My car is going in the shop and I needed to set up a car pickup with an insurance claim that had already been filed. It was imperative to talk to a live person. Tried Enterprise customer service and that was a joke. I've always used Enterprise but I'm not sure that will be the case in the future. It shouldn't be this hard to do business with a company.”
