The whole experience for me wasn't right. Not really a reasonable choice of food, the quality that was available was not very good. The atmosphere was relaxing, but for me not very good value for money and probably wouldn't consider using this again. I have used Executive lounges in the past and for me this was the worst one I have ever encountered.

Was in Belfast City airport lounge on 10th October 2017 (am) and had the misfortune of having to deal with the most rude member of staff ever - clearly not a people person - maybe in the wrong job - maybe better checking passports at the border control booth !!!!

Hi... we booked for four and arrived approximately 2 1/2 hours before our flight to Las Vegas, we was hoping for some relaxation before the long flight. On arrival we booked in at the counter and everything was explained to us very politely. But when we entered the lounge it was very clearly over crowded, many people stood waiting for a seat. When seats did become available it was a rush of people rather than an organised seating arrangement. Unfortunately the experience has put us off booking this particular lounge again. King regards Michael

We were welcomed in and as we got in we were advised there was no available seats as they where very busy and told to “sit on the floor” my 4 year old son suffers a number of medical issues but one is life threatening food allergies, one of which is egg. We carry his life saving emergency medication in a bag with us and could show them this. As one of the food served was scrambled egg as you would expect some was dropped on the floor. I approached the desk to a gentleman called Simon and advised him this was not good enough. I had paid £77 to sit on the floor which could potentially harm my child, simon’s co worker an oriental looking lady who refused to give her name commented “I don’t care” and walked away and Simon called the airport police on us. Who would not attend as we had done nothing wrong. Simon insisted we left for complaining about the situation. We where treated appallingly and will never use the lounge again after this. I will be sure to tell anyone else not to use it as well. I called customer services and the lady I spoke to agreed this was not acceptable and refunded the full £77 to me, she told me I would receive a full response within 7 days. I am still waiting and it has been 8 days now ! Travelling with 2 small children is stressful. Travelling long distance with 2 small children, one of which has a catalogue of special needs to be treated this way absolutley destroyed the start of our trip. We booked the lounge to try to else eliminate some of this stress. Simon and his horrible side kick should not work in customer service

In comparison to Bristol or even Newcastle, Cardiff is a poor choice

Don’t waste your money with going to an Aspire lounge! Food, drinks and cutlery had to be asked to be replenished. Quality of food was poor along with clearing up of dirty plates and glasses. Second and last time time of been to these lounges (in different airports) and both been as bad as one another!! No1 lounge is far better quality!!

The Staff were unwelcoming, totally disinterested. We arrived at 11.15am there were no newspapers and there was scarcely any food available and when staff produced lunch we could not believe how little choice there was.The quality was barely edible. It was the worst lounge we have ever been in and we will not been using you again. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give you 2; and that was only because the drinks were satisfactory. We suggest you send someone to look at the Escape Lounge at East Midlands to see how an excellent lounge should be run.Superb food and smiling attentive staff for whom nothing is too much trouble.

This is the worst experience I have had at an executive lounge The member of staff that greeted us couldn't find our names for 20 mins The staff on the bar we're hostile, very rude and unhelpful I was made to feel like I was bothering when asking for the wifi code There was only one member of staff called Lisa that was very kind I use these lounges for the use of the internet for work purposes so unfortunately I will be subjected to this uncomfortable experience again I would like to know if you're willing to address any of the above and I look forward to knowing how you would like to proceed with the information given Regards Jules Quinn 07879081317

On 22nd September me and two other friends used the aspire lounge at Newcastle Airport, we paid the extra to go in as I'd said said I provided hot breakfast and hot meals aswell as if our flight is delayed we can stay in the lounge until we board, when we arrived there was no hot food whatsoever for the breakfast only bread buns and butter, which is a joke, then we had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to actually come to the bar so we could ask, they then said it was because they were serving lunch meals in an hour, there was still an hour of breakfast so this is a joke, we then waited the hour for the meals to be served to which we found only soup, none of the got meals came out for another hour by the time that happened we were meant to board our flight which we found was 45 minutes delayed so as it states in you're website we can stay in the lounge if our flight Is delayed, we were then told we had to leave as we weren't aloud to stay and had to wait at the flight, this was a big waste of time and money and I'm absolutely disgusted at hour the place was and I want to know what you can do about it

Have never been so shocked at the poor food & service .... choice if ‘’1’ hot meal macaroni & it being 2 dishes that were both dried up on top ..... NO salad & bread cobs to make your own !!!! Regarding the drinks..... difficulty finding someone to serve!!!!!! Definitely would not use the service again & would not recommend to friends.

We arrived as a party of 6 and met 2 friends so yes there were 8 of us. The gentleman who checked us in nicely explained, and gave us a leaflet on behaviour for larger groups, which we accepted. When we arrived at the bar for our first drink the lady serving pre-judged our party indicating that we were going to be noisy and a nuisance to other customers. This attitude upset our party and made us feel very uncomfortable.

We use Aspire lounges whenever we fly. However this visit was most disappointing and we wont use the Newcastle one again. The food was bland, and catered mainly for vegitarians We sat at a table which had dirty crockery still on and it was over half an hour before being cleared. No clean tables on our arrival. The barman was surly and not at all welcomimg. Only one choice of wine on offer. Never again. Newcastle could learn a thing or two from the Edinburgh lounge.
