“It took a while but the customer service was excellent. When I asked why my scheduled delivery had been cancelled, I got a reply right back on a Sunday. The frozen chilis arrived frozen and nicely packaged. Thank you”

“I love your products but not the cost to ship to Hawaii so I had to cancel my subscription otherwise I would have given you 5 stars. My first few orders had decent shipping charges but the last one was way to high. You can check my order history. I thought flat rate boxes would help with shipping fees but????? Roger Erickson”

“The Hatch Green Chile Sauce is absolutely delicious!!!! Certainly my favorite by far and the fact it only has 6 total ingredients to include green chiles, lemon & lime juice, salt, garlic, and water make it that much better! You can eat it like salsa, put it on your eggs, throw some in your beans, spread it on a piece of toast, put it on a hamburger/hot dog.....ALL FOR THAT DEEP GREEN CHILE FLAVOR that is unique and unmistakable! Keep it simple and keep putting out that quality product Fresh Chile Company! I believe this particular item to be the cornerstone to the rest of your products! “I ordered the Joe Parker variety because the hot are too hot and the mild don't have enough flavor with some heat. The chiles are good. My only complaint is that there seem to be a lot of smaller sized peppers. Also, it took over a month to get the peppers after I ordered them.”

“I bought both the hot and the extra hot green chili is it as good as roasting your own fresh green chili no but oh most especially for the convenience of opening a jar and having really good green chili my only complaint is the hot is really medium and the extra hot is barely hot but other than that I'll be buying more”

“First order I received, fresh red chile was amazing. 2nd order... Quite a few partial soft or beginning to spoil Chile's. But being the end of the crop season, I guess it's to be expected. Just received today. First bach has awesome taste. Will roast tomorrow 2nd batch. Hatch spice blend is very tasty.”

“The only reason I'm rateing the product 4 stars is. I didn't purchase enough and not early enough in the season. To conclude, 5 stars for the peppers and 4 stars for the purchaser. Contaplating purchasing dried peppers for the winter for moles, tamales, and meat dishes that make a cold winter here in the NW more confortable. I highly recommend cooks to try some of the best south west peppers in my opinion available. Will purchase next spring during the first pick along with the companies other varieties.”
