I would say everything went wrong with my order from this company. Ordered plants on 6th June, received them on 5th July. Poor response from customer service when enquired about the delay. Half of the plants were dead on receipt, not just damaged in transit. The Lupins which would have been in season when ordered had been chopped back to sticks! The larger one had leaves but was barely alive. If they had been in a garden centre they would have been given away for free or disposed off. I don't know how they had the check to even bother packaging them to send! The only part of the order that was in reasonable condition was the small hedging plants. The Hellebore were in poor health but appear to be alive. Have requested a refund on the dead plants but have little faith in getting a response! If you ordered clothes and they arrived in tatters and unwearable you would get a refund!!! OVERALL DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY MAINLY SELL DEAD PLANTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS NON EXISTENT!!!

I ordered on the 11june asked if the plants could be delayed for a week to which I did get a response. Since then I have contacted customer service in numerous occasions ,still no reply and the status of my order is pending tracking I paid for the items on June 13th

They ask for 15 working days to deliver where other companies such as Thompson and Morgan and Dobbies can do it in a few days. Ive since asked my bank and mastercard to reverse the transaction. I should have done my research before I placed the order. Their feedback from other customers is awful.

Very disappointed with this company Will never ever use them again. Delivery takes far too long you have to keep chasing all the time. We ordered a smoke bush described as a large plant costing £39 it arrived today it was very small could have gone locally and picked one up for half the price, very disappointed feel very annoyed told everyone one I know don’t buy anything from them. I ordered on the 9th June. 3 weeks later the plants have still not been despatched. contacted Garden Express on several occasions but have had no reply. Would not buy from them again !

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Couldn’t get a response from customer services, which wasn’t AI generated, so contacted the CEO twice. Still waiting for a reply. When the company works well it can be a positive experience but when things go bad they are dreadful and the company totally ignores any complaints. It appears this company has grown significantly but the owner has not invested with extra resources to meet demands. So be aware, they are happy to take your money but not so forthcoming when things go wrong 😑

Purchased 2 rose bushes from this company. Arrived appalling packaged and dead. Approached company and was asked to provide pictures, which I did - all emails have been ignored. Awful company.

The plants took 4 weeks to arrive, and two were squashed into the bottom of a box and almost dead. Have been unable to revive them. Contacted customer service with photos, but they will only refund if you send back. Quite frankly I’m not wasting any more money. Avoid at all cost. Terrible service. Terrible quality of plants. Terrible all round.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered plants, no sign of them being delivered, impossible to contact the company, just a series of automated emails. No plants, no contact, no way of getting my money back. AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would, I am forced to give them one star. AVOID AVOID AVOID! they have taken our money, over £2000 it’s been over a month and no sign of our plants ever getting delivered. Don’t answer emails and they don’t have a phone number. Absolute con artists. I have reported them to the bank!

Brought 2 French lavender lollipop trees they arrived sad and all black on the bottom I thought maybe they were in shock but they're just dying. Contacted the company and basically he said tough luck. Seems they can send any plant to you whether in good condition or not and get away with it I would not recommend this company and I will never use them again

Waited for longer than expected for delivery and then a huge disappointment. Shrub looked terminally ill, dehydrated and missing about one-third of its leaves! Tragic! It was an expensive purchase that didn’t live up to the marketing hype. Customer Services don’t know the meaning of the 2 words! I have asked for a refund and now I am being ignored. This company is dishonest and the guarantee is worthless. I so wish I had read the reviews prior to parting with my money!

Disease plant arrived, was told a replacement would be sent then account credited- then, weeks later the roses I purchased were totally wrong, colour and specimen. Think this company works like a floral ‘Amazon’ and depend on nurseries sending plants out, whether healthy/ diseased or not what you ordered at all. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere.
