“I found the whole process from start of declaration and completion of the application through to final payment simplicity in itself. Also the cost of the insurance policy was very reasonable indeed. However the only way of proving the quality of the product is when a claim is made, then how the process though to payment is addressed. Which I hope that I do not have reason to claim against the policy.”

“The completion of the application form was user friendly and in plain English. We are new customers so cannot provide feedback to the standard of the customer service to date but we will monitor this company having been with LV for years and provide further feedback at a later stage. I can say the pricing for the buildings and home insurance from Policy expert was very reasonable in comparison to other companies including the one we left which showed no loyalty to their long term customers with no claims. The renewal was up by £200 and online it was cheaper so be aware people of the inflated prices for auto renewal.!”

“I had a telephone call with Ben to pay my premium for home and contents insurance because the website would not take my payment. The fee to do this was waived as I had tried two cards and neither worked. I found Ben very friendly and helpful and thorough. I have not used Policy Expert before but their quote was more favourable than others on comparison site of Money Supermarket”

“I went on to Compare The Market to get Home Insurance quotes. Yours was the cheapest and offered more than the others. The process to take it out was very straightforward and I got the Policy details a short time later”

“i was attracted by a 5* defacto, and a much better price than my prev insurer. Insurance is a state of mind, so wasn't too bothered about many of the extras, just wanted a cover that looked after the major things, if they were to happen. I did have an issue with payment , not being sent a 6 digit code , and begrudgingly had to pay the additional £12.50. I was told this as a result of a secondary money supermarket comparison site, hey ho. Zara was patient with me and thank her for that and she would post my documents in addition to email”

“Policy Expert site is easy to use, but it didn't negate the hard bit of choosing the actual insurance component requirements to suit my needs. I noticed there was an option to buy over the phone, for an additional fee, but didn't see an online chat option, which would've made the process easier to buy online (although this survey indicates there was one).”
