“Today i reviewed my plan with another plan within the same provider with Shannon D. - i have to say, Shannon was not only personable, that is to say a human who was relatable, interactive and genuine, but also quite understanding, insightful and an honest pleasure to work with-- i had FUN. yea, FUN discussing insurance policies. Above and beyond this small miracle- she was saavy and the plan she suggested is indeed a better fit for my needs. So if you are unsure- i'm assuring you. if you are looking to evaluate Shannon- i can assure you with 30+ years of working with the public, you have a top notch representative and human being here. i request safe be recognized for this as it is quickly becoming an endangered species these days. and to Shannon- i thank you, truly, for finding a better fit, for your good nature and wit and for making even the dullest on my to do list the most enjoyable!!”

“Brooklyn Gates, Medicare Advisor, took the time to assist me with an advantage plan. There are many options and plans, so we discussed the options based on my needs. Long story short, my PPO advantage plan with Clover took effect on 1/1/2025 only to learn two of my five monthly medications are not covered! I have to pay full cost of $48.00 for those besides the copay and deductible on the others. I’ve tried contacting her and always to no avail. She got paid her commission and now I’m out! NOT RIGHT!”

“The Chapter rep, Stan, initially was helpful. However, after he concluded his part where he’s commissioned, he fell off the face of the earth. I reached out to him but crickets. I have done the leg work myself with the drug supplement I need. So, at first I was pleased but in the end left hanging😑”

“I’m so glad that I was able to get information and guidance by a live person. This Medicare/Chapter was the best experienced I had from calling Medicare and social security offices. “So far, Chapter has been secretive on showing me MEDIGAP plans. The agent I spoke to contacted their Supervisor and they said they could not show me. Then, when i picked a plan (i validated what the agent said by going to Medicare.gov), We had to drop from the ZOOM call and someone else called and wrote up the application. I could not validate what the person did. I told them I currently do not have a Medicare card. They said that was no problem but it was a problem with Cigna. Next step is Part D signup. If Chapter is not going to be forth coming with showing rates and other items, I may need to use another broker. I went to Chapter because of EP Wealth but I am worried if I need help in the future,I will not get it. FYI, I have had an email out to my agent for 5 days concerning a form she said I needed to be signed and have not received any feedback. This concerns me.”

“I really appreciated Noah calling me back at the end of his shift and walk me through to get my supplemental insurance for Medicare Part C. He told me he didn’t see my Part D due to my original insurance carrier no longer available. He set me up to talk to someone to help me get it back”

“God Send!! While I'm pretty good with computers, I'm the first to acknowledge I still need help. Covering medical care ground is sometimes confusing and I don't like guessing if I'm in the right plan. Chapter advisors are patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I've experienced communication with Devendra Raythatha (David) and Rachel Miller in the past, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help!! I'm well on my way to a year of good coverage, thanks to Chapter and Mr Ed Weir through whom I discovered Chapter. Wonderful, awesome people. Thank you!!”
