“After many back and forth calls, Renee was able to have Steve Hamill reach out and explain my ootions resulting in a $700/ year savings. I will admit that because ylthis process has been going on for a month, I had no confidence that I would have a solution. Thank you Steve for proving me wrong. Renee, too.”

“Doug Hall has excellent customer service skills and is knowledgeable about the products they offer. He answered all of my many questions and was very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate being able to reach him directly without going thru numerous selections on the phone. I highly recommend that you call him with your supplement needs.”

“I spoke with Vinson Costanza today to try to find a Medicare advantage plan that was best for me. He asked questions about my situation and was extremely helpful in finding the best plan to meet my needs. Vinson was a pleasure to talk to and I was very confident in him. He found a Medicare advantage plan that is exactly what I needed. I would recommend contacting him to anyone who needs help navigating Medicare information and coverage.”

“Mr. Bennett went above and beyond my expectations of a representative. He explained the benefits plans and pros and which ones were had the doctors and facilities I wanted to continue to go to. “Mr. Bennett help me find the appropriate plan for me and yeah, gave me such excellent customer service. He took time and patience with me called me back. Gave me courtesy, bring down my anxiety in regards to getting all my doctors under one roof in according to my needs, my medications. He made the transition, really easy to do, gave me the pros and cons of the plans which made it very simple. For me to choose from he did all the work in explaining it in Lehman's term. I couldn't ask for a better representative. We need more reps like him. And I say that coming from the medical field, this man is very exceptional in what he does. Thank you mister bennett for your help.”

“My wife and I enjoyed an A+ experience with Spencer M. and Lorri H. in a full sign up for Medicare (Parts A, B, G and D). After enrolling in "Part A only" we reconvened with Spencer after 10 months. Our situation was time sensitive so that we don't have a gap in Medical Benefits coverage. I never felt rushed or anxious as Spencer and Lorri held our hands through the enrollment process. I can't imagine a better way to go through this very complex and intimidating process.”

“Bennet Osborne, my agent was helpful at helping me figure out the best plan for my circumstance. He listen to my concerns and took action to helping with what was in my best interest. “I was nervous about signing up for Medigap, Dental and Vision insurance since there are so many unknowns. I worked with Stephanie Dragar and she was sooo knowledgeable and helpful where my anxious worries were all put to rest. She provided options and was able to answer all my questions. I’d give her a 15 out of 10 stars. She was awesome!!!!!”
