“Spencer was the agent I talked to. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is great. We talked several times and I was extremely happy with him. He answered all my questions. He is easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and will if I get a chance. Again, he is great and made me feel like I was making the right choice. I am happy with Chapter and with Spencer.”

“Chapter Advisor, Sophia, was very helpful guiding me throughout the process of selecting a Medicare health plan that best suited my needs. “Spencer, the agent helping me, was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. If I know of that needs info on a plan, he will be the one I suggest. Again, he was easy to talk to and answered every question, a pleasure to work with.”

“James is great to work with! He’s amazing and attentive!! This is the second year for my husband and my first year as I’m getting ready to be on Medicare. We updated my husbands plan and got the same plan for myself!! With James knowledge and advice it makes it very easy to decide on a plan. So happy to have him to talk to as it could be very confusing!”

“Jonathan is worth his weight in gold! Right off the bat he helped me save hundreds of dollars by showing me how to appeal and avoid a Medicare penalty. Then he patiently explained “original Medicare” and the supplement option, which was the first time someone has taken the time to explain my options to me instead of just trying to sell me something. He guided me to a plan that feels like the perfect fit for me, and I’ll be calling Jonathan back to sign my wife up for the same plan next year. I told Jonathan I should have recorded our conversation so I could share it with anyone who needs to understand Medicare. I’m glad I found him and Chapter and I truly appreciate the service they provide. I highly recommend Jonathan and the valuable service of Chapter Advisors.”

“Lindsey was amazing, I am so happy he was able to assist my Aunt and Uncle maneuver Medicare and Medicaid. He was very patient through the process and 2 1/2 hrs. later they received the answers they needed and was very happy with the outcomes. He answered all their question and made them feel like they mattered which is very important for Seniors, he definitely did not rush through the process. I can rest assured that my Aunt and Uncle will be comfortable going forward. Thank you Lindsey Nifara”

“Venus Hernandez, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select a plan that fit our needs. We had been very happy with our current plan but the provider dropped both of our primary care selections so a new provider was necessary. Really appreciated the help with finding a solution.”

“Stephanie was very professional helpful and once she knew what I was looking for in a plan she did not try to steer me in another direction. She also found me a drug plan for zero payment which gives me many of my medications for free. I didn't want an advantage plan and she understood that and got me the best Medicare N plan. I'm very happy. This is my first year to start Medicare and I am still working so I will save lots of money not using employer plans. Talk to her. People should know that they have other options besides advantage plans. Even if you pay a little premium each month it's best in the long run as these plans are good in all 50 states and all hospitals and physicians accept these plans. I feel very relieved and confident going forward with this. Just wanted you to know that I am a working RN so do see some of the frustration with the limits of other plans especially for people who travel.”

“Rachela was very efficient and very pleasant to work with. It's hard to find both in one person. I had been trying to sort out policies myself when my husband's retirement was moved up suddenly, and there were questions I couldn't figure out the answers to. The drug coverage was especially difficult to sort out, given chronic conditions my husband and I have prescriptions for. Rachela explained the best policy for our needs and where we ran into the doughnut hole in a way we both found easy to understand. Rachela made the whole process much more understandable and easy to navigate. We recommend her and Chapter highly.”

“Dave R. was a huge help in informing us of choices we had for health coverage. I attended 2 seminars sponsored by other companies and spoke to 2 agents from additional other companies...4 different companies and not one of them told me my mom was eligible to sign up for traditional Medicare because she was moving to a new state. Dave knew she was eligible and did all the legwork even while her old insurance in Florida made Dave jump through unnecessary hoops. No one I trust except Chapter/Dave for my Mom's Medicare needs and mine and my spouse's in another 4 years. Thank you Dave R. You are the best!”

“Max was such a pleasure to work with. He went way above board to help me. I truly hope I get the chance to have him help me again in the future. He clearly was very interested in making sure I purchased the best plan for me and I can't say that about other agents I have talked to at other agencies. Max is truly one to keep.”
