Was very helpful and answered the questions that I had. They were very polite and informative about the benefits that I would be entitled to. I will be recommending Chapter to my friends and family that would benefit from their services.

My conversations with Noah taught me a valuable lesson: I'm 77 years old, and I just continued my Medicare and Medicare Supplement for 11 years. What a mistake! In just a few conversations, Noah helped me find a less expensive Prescription Drug plan. And he also found a significantly less expensive Medicare Supplement. Unfortunately, even though my cancer was in remission for nine years, it came back this year. That means I won't be eligible for the plan I hoped to get (a less expensive Plan F). But you can believe I will be talking to Noah once a year to see what my options are!

Jake Mastermaker was very knowledgeable about all the questions my wife and I had about the different medicare supplemental plans. He made reccomendations about Medigap coverage and explained how they fit our needs. He is an easy person to speak to and not a pushy salesman. I would gladly reccomend him to potential clients.

Vinson helped me so much...I'm grateful to him for helping get the right insurance... I totally recommend the... Don't do this alone..they will get u the best plan for u... It was fast too...I highly recommend Vinson and Chapter!😁

I was a little afraid at first while taking the step into Medicare supplements and the drug program. Venus made made this whole process with such ease. She was so helpful. She answered all my questions. I felt like I was in the best hands I could be. She is very pleasant and relatable. I would be very happy to give Chapter and Venus number to anyone and I will. Thank you Venus and Chaper for such a wonderful process. ❤️

I was at the end of my rope. Aetna was denying each and every one of my service provider's bills, stating "Aetna is denying this bill as the client has another primary insurer, Horizon BCBS." This was wholly inaccurate, as while Horizon BCBS had been my insurer when I was employed, I retired on 12/31/23. Every call to Aetna ended with, "The problem is with the Coordination of Benefits (COB) and it will be corrected in 15 days." Again, this went on for six months! Rummaging through papers in my Aetna file, I found a Chapter card offering help, so I called leaving a message. Justin Morrow answered the call! Calm and patient, Justin provided excellent advice, that I followed through to the letter. Justin set up a follow-up call for today, June 12, 2024 at 3:30 p.m., I set up a conference call, and we called Aetna together. I fully anticipated more of the same, but to my amazement, "Ula" said the COB had been updated, that the update happened on June 6, 2024, which is when Justin got involved! Justin asked that she read the comments aloud to us .....and it was true......the COB was finally updated! After six months of receiving bills at my home, even to having Quest Laboratories threaten to go to collections, I could barely believe what "Ula" said. "Ula" did say it would take maybe 30 or 40 days to re-work the bills, but it was finally going to happen! THANK YOU Chapter for having Justin Morrow in your employ.....thank you so much! Loved working with John on getting squared away with the Medicare process. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner that made the transition a great experience. He followed up promptly to keep us on schedule with the sign up timeframes and always sent a recap of all that was discussed. He truly made a complicated scenario easy to understand.

Tristan and his colleagues at Chapter, recommended by my financial planner at Mercer Advisors explained the process and walked me through it smoothly. He scheduled a followup call two months later to insure the process was complete. Tristan is professional, methodical, thorough and reliable. I highly recommend him and the Chapter team.
