“Get Laid Beds has overall been a pleasant experience to shop with. Their website is extremely good, and very informative (pictures, bed sizes, UI). The lead times were much shorter than expected even though we opted for a cheaper date, it took less than 3 weeks. The items came in good condition with no visible damage to the paint, and are clearly cut to a high degree of precision. I would recommend their beds 100%, however the underbed storage boxes had a few quality issues.”

“Delivery arrived on time as promised. Instructions to assemble was easy to follow and I only messed once but quickly rectified it. Bed feels sturdy and well built, and mattress feels comfortable. Second night, had a good night's sleep though wife complaining about my snoring!”

“Arrived as said. Like the look. Tougher to assemble than anticipated. Couple of slight chips but not enough to complain and have no intention of trying to dismantle. Comfortable first night.”

“Incredible quality and looks beautiful! The instruction manual could use a bit of proofreading though. Had to redo a handful of screws because the instructions said to use the black (round-headed) screws instead of the flat silver ones”

“Overall the service was great they delivered on time and the bed is good quality. Can't give 4 stars as some of the measurements stated on the site were unclear and caused confusion. Still I can recommend this company to anyone as everything else was perfect.”

“Easy order process and good delivery. Good solid bed , non squeaky. Did get a little bit confused with what was the headboard pieces. Maybe numbers on each piece might have been useful with corresponding diagram.”

“On the whole pleased with our purchase of the Low Tokyo Bed. It went together quite easily although using screws which does not make it possible to disassemble if it were moved, as other beds. The stained pine looked good considering it was stained pine. Value for money? Slightly overpriced I'd say, but on the whole we are pleased with the bed. One thing though, our delivery was at 8:20pm and the driver (on his own) had started out at 4.00am that morning and had three more drops to make before driving back to Leicester. Is this even legal? Perhaps not safe to himself and other road users on the drive home.”

“I like the bed but it’s a shame there is a gap at each end of the mattress meaning dust can get in in the storage space underneath (as it’s an ottoman). The delivery was over two hours later than the delivery slot which I guess happens but wasn’t acknowledged by the delivery team. The delivery team didn’t seem in good comms with the customer service team as they didn’t know they needed to set up the bed and that I had arranged parking for that which I’d told the head office. There was a slight damage to one of the planks but too much hassle to return.”

“The bed is great but the courier used (FedEx) were awful. They didn’t attempt delivery on my selected day but didn’t tell me they weren’t going to make it so I missed a day of work unnecessarily. They didn’t communicate that they were going to try and deliver the day after my chosen day or the day after that so I missed these two attempts. I received an email asking if I wanted to amend my delivery but when I tried the link it said this option was unavailable. In the end, I drove to the depot to collect the bed directly from there as I couldn’t get a clear answer about when a convenient delivery could be made. The majority of staff or virtual chats I spoke to at FedEx were very unhelpful. I tried contacting Get Laid Beds but unfortunately they were unable to help because the bed was with the courier already which is understandable. I would recommended Get Laid Beds for a bed but would advise you collect if you can or request a different courier so you don’t have to deal with FedEx. The box was damaged too but I don’t know if that was Get Laid Beds or FedEx and luckily it didn’t affect the product.”

“Lovely bed frame however, ordered a king size and at the same time ordered a remit matress, they dont quite fit, the bed is a good 5 centimeters bigger all round than the matress or could be the matress is not the right size. No big deal, just saying. Good service though, delivered on time.”

“Lovey bed- the oak is lightly than I expected in real life so may put it elsewhere and order a different colour but nice quality. Delivery drivers were lovely but the route they took was bizarre and a huge mix up with the lorry but was all sorted in the end! Happy overall and would buy again!”

“Good product very pleased with the bed. Delivery was ok, attitude of men a bit too sharp. We had paid for the bed to be assembled but it wasn't on their ticket so confirmed with head office it was and they were a bit begrudging even though it only took them 7 minutes to assemble. Fine when they left.”

“bed of good quality with minor dents on the inside part of the frame and support planks. The bed is easy to assemble. There was a minor confusion during delivery that was sorted out by the supplier rep via e-chart in a matter of 15 minutes. Martens of good quality and fits for the purpose”

“I bought a bed frame. It was delivered on time and the drliverers were friendly and professional. They took away all the wrappings. I have not not yet used the frame as I am waiting for the mattress. The product looks good as per description but yet to see the performance. I am giving 4 stars for now. I will come back when I have used the product. Hopefully it will be 5 STARS.”
