Customer service is full of Indian people(nothing absolutely wrong with that) who will shut the phone or chat to your face!

Very terrible company. You can’t speak to anyone directly. You have to hope you get your lost items back, the support tells you to contact the driver and the driver isn’t willing to meet you or even answer the phone. This is the worst company ever. Lyft has customer service. Uber tells you to wait 24 hours you may or may not get your items back.

Uber are a bunch of thieves the company itself and their drivers. I lost my car lately in a car accident and I m getting uber more than 4 times a day. They are ripping me off. Their drivers cancel whenever they want for no reason and charge me $5,96 cancellation fee everytime their drivers just want to mate an easy $5.96 and cancel on me. also I bought a $30 gift card and while scratching the numbers I have erased a couple so I couldnt use it. I reached out to them and gave them all the info they requested and its been more than 4 days now, they are ghosting me. these are just a very few examples. The more you will use uber the more you will find out how garbage and scammers they are. LYFT on the other hand I have no complaint so far. They are neat. I have posted screenshots of my account so you guys believe me. Look at all the 5.49 cancellation fees from their drivers and also the last cancellation fee was $9.33 and guess what ??? The whole trip cost was supppsed to be $5, and the cancellation fee is twice the price of the entire trip ???? No comments. If you want an advice, don’t walk away from this company, run!!!!!!! Their customer service is ignoring me even about the gift card, I sent a screenshot also to prove it. I m going with LYFT for sure from now on. And as long as my issues aren’t fixed I am not going to stop warning everyone against this crooked company because it was never this bad before.

I ordered a pizza out of town in Nampa Idaho. The driver called me and asked what room i was in. And asked me for my pinn and said he was here. 61 dollar delivery and he never showed up. I contacted Uber eats and they said I gave my pinn number it's final. They stolen my money and my food. I give them minus 100 stars . Please don't use them. It's different if something isn't right. Thanks for reading

The worst customer service I have ever seen. You can’t talk to a human and an AI chatbot is available which doesn’t address anything. I was charged for rides , I didn’t use and I needed the money to take my pet to the vet. They’re still not responding

The worse service ever! No guarantee of anything! Food deliver over 4 hrs after buying it! I eliminated the app! Won’t use ever again! Will tell all my friends and family about it! Uber is the WORSE food delivery system EVER!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer support I received regarding a recent trip. The driver never showed up to pick me up, leaving me stranded and inconvenienced. I promptly reported the issue, expecting a fair resolution. However, despite reviewing the trip, Uber still charged me for a service I never received. This is unacceptable. A company of Uber's scale should prioritize customer satisfaction and fairness. Charging customers for incomplete trips is not only unfair but also erodes trust in your service. I expected better and urge Uber to revisit its policies to ensure this doesn’t happen to other users in the future. I also request a refund for the unjust charge.

Extremely pathetic support from Uber. They dont listen to you and will end the chat for no reason or with just a set of pre-written statements that we've helped you or someone else with contact you! And absolutely no help. No point in complaining - stay away from Uber and Uber eats and use other services.

Uber makes it near impossible to complain. Just had a food order cancelled 1.5 hours after it was placed. No apology or credit note for ruining my evening. Ridiculously bad customer service

Order was on its way, a 10 min journey for 70 mins. Customer service all computers then deliver cold food and end chat. No come back they do what they like. I’ve cancelled uber one now and will only use cabs not food delivery.

I had a uber package delivery and my driver was Carlos. His license plate is 0557A4. He drives a red, Toyota, Corrola. He had another person in his car with him also. I had gotten a uber package delivery for my friend who told me that he had lost his job today during the holidays. It was a few boxes of cereal, milk, lunch meat, bread, cheese, miracle whip, hotdogs, pop, chips, popsicles, and shrimp. My ride was cancelled by the driverwhen he was 6 mins away from my friends destination. I was charged $5.61, my friend hasn’t gotten the groceries and when I called uber support they said they couldn’t contact him because he was on ride with a rider and doesn’t speak English!!!! I want to sue uber!!!

I put in an order from Thai express. After submitting the order, it stated the location was a little further but to wait a few minutes. When I saw that the order was not from the Thai express close to me but rather a further away location, I tried to modify it but it didn't give me that option. I cancelled the order and called the location right away. the merchant told me they had not started my order and so I should get a refund. I spoke with multiple chat supports on uber and they kept pastin the same answer, that they could not refund me because the merchant had started the order. When I would tell them the order was not started, they would just close the chat. Extremely frustrating customer service and they lost a customer over 19$

Scheduled a ride to the airport a week prior to the flight, day of it says no drivers available, missed my flight and had to buy more tickets, thanks Uber!

Driver tries to put 3 children and one adult in the backseat with only three seatbelts. He also drove 136km. Very dangerous and we are unhappy that uber did nothing and still charged us for our trip. Poor customer service

Totally disappoints and makes upset to their customer. Had trip yesterday with one driver who was very rude and aggressive. Also used some abusive words. When I asked him to leave he left us in the middle of road. More surprising before we put his feedback, to save himself he put false blame on us and then uber charged us unnecessarily. He also put an incorrect blame that I was drunk as this was totally intolerable as I am from a Sikh family and didn't ever touch alcohol in my life. But Uber charged me unnecessarily without listening my side.
