Uber allowing drivers putting negative reviews on passengers because of no tipping is perverted. You should pay them more, not the customers!

The worst experience of support and anything related to that meaning they are opposite of that 46 minutes. Delay with a video appointment. Not solving any problem and always begging for good reviews and preaching smiley faces showing you like. You're an idiot and beg for a 🙂 instead of solving your problem. They say we send you a link but they never do never responsive and sometimes even very rude.

Very terrible customer support. You are forced to talk to a bot while being given limited issues to choose from. Even when you state your issue you might get a how to instruction and the call ends

Uber is terrible. Downloaded the app, used it once 6 months ago and it worked great. Used it again from the same airport to same destination as I did six months ago and I was asked to verify my ID (I already have an acct). I was stuck in an airport, running around taking a photo of my ID in various places, trying to avoid glare, getting contrasted backgrounds to maybe make the image 'pop' better, etc. Ended up asking airport personnel to help. Had a kind gentleman trying the same things I was....he couldn't get it to work, either. There was no button to actually upload the image to their app. Frustrating. Called Uber for help and the help portion of their automated menu was "visit uber.com." Couldn't speak to a person. I called back and connected to a rep to book a trip so I could ask a person what to do...she would not help. I explained the situation and asked if she could advise (no harsh words) and she simply hung up on me. Ended up calling a taxi - didn't cost much more and I highly recommend this option to people! Will do that going forward instead of Uber. Would behoove this company to have help on the spot with technical difficulties. I was left in the lurch without a ride and in the moment when you're reliant on this service, that really sucks.

Uber's customer service is beyond useless; their delivery guys are a joke, stealing my package, and Uber has the audacity to claim they have no policy for this! Why even bother offering a service you can't manage? Switching to Ola ASAP, at least they might get it right.

Until you get rid of Eric Cartrite i will not be using uber. Anyone who wishes deat on someone for their politics is scum. Period.

Driver support is mind numbing and led by people who should be doing anything but support. Turned me off to the entire platform, and they constantly rob their drivers. Go anywhere else!

I needed to download ride receipts for insurance. You cannnot talk to them on the phone only messages. After two messages they do not respond any more.

Your Uber driver Juan has done a illegal kidnapping back in November 2023. Uber was suppose to have done a investigation within 24-48 hours but has not. Time ha over lap on their time. Well it is time to reach out to a lawyer, because the driver pick up a lady and DID NOT drive her to her destination. Told her to get out in the rain, them charged her $34.17 for the trip. Uber and their company is responsible for their customer safety. The lawyer will have their own investigation on this matter for this illegal kidnapping. SEE YOU SOON uber!

They give polite responses, which are probably generated automatically. When a real problem is reported, they can't solve it, refuse to escalate to the next level (claiming they are the highest authority), and close the conversation if they don't get a response within two minutes. Following up requires explaining everything from the beginning as if they don't have a record of the previous chats.

What went wrong is you guys have put a Pathetic Idiot on your payroll! I don’t care what side politically you are on NO ONE should wish another individual to be killed! Eric Cartrite you are a sick, disgusting, soulless, sorry excuse for a human being! What if someone said that about your father? Do you ever stop to think before you open your dick sucker? May you find God soon and pray that he gives you guidance to find out how to love others that don’t share your views! You have the freedom of speech but to wish dearth is on an entire different level! You must be mental! I will be deleting my Uber app and using Lyft.

a complete failure. All the wrong information on my ride. Charged me 3 times for the same single ride. A ride in Los Angeles listed in San Francisco. No customer service. No phone number. I'm furious.

I'm an Uber driver and their customer service is TERRIBLE !!!!! They consistently transferred to other agents and the "3 minute" hold thing is a joke. It's absolutely pathetic !!! MAYBE if they had one or two actual American agents instead of so many foreign ones it could be a bit smoother.

I was robbed by an uber driver,I have been trying to reach out on your support team but all in vain,am surprised that your customers security doesn't matter anymore. If that's the response then I won't advise people to order rides here because it's being used as a robbery agent.

Very very bad experience with Uber. I lost my phone in Uber taxi in prague airport and I make complain on application and Uber giving wrong answer to me that there is no phone in that taxi and even not connecting with my driver. But I tried to get my lost phone back from same Uber taxi by my own with help of my friend and find my phone application of apple. And finally I got my phone by my self from same Uber taxi driver and your answer is completely wrong. Why u r taking complains and doing nothing from your side and not giving any proof of your effort and even not giving phone number of taxi driver once complain raised by customers. It's extremely bad experience with Uber support team in my life. I now onwards strongly not recommend any Uber drive to anyone.
