I literally just got out of my ride like 15 minutes ago ( it's 9:32 November 8th 2024) and when I got in the house it said that UBER DOUBLE CHARGED ME OR SOMETHING because my original total was ONLY $13 AND IT WENT ALL THE WAY UP TO $28 and this is THE SECOND TIME this has happened. I literally take UBER BACK AND FORTH FROM WORK. I can NOT afford $30 trips to work and it's ONLY A 10 MINUTE RIDE

Crooked pricing. I booked a trip for £22.98 and was charged £30.17 because the driver didn't like rush hour traffic even though the arrival time was only a few minutes longer. If drivers don't want the trip, don't take it! Crook drivers, crook company. I got out of the cab and deleted the app. Enjoy never seeing my money ever again.

Worst company to work for. They literally run a modern day slavery business. Charge the customer external prices and pay the drivers peanut. Scam!!!!

Your drivers suck! I waited in the street for an hour in the heat and he kept asking me to cancel and I don’t have a way to get back home and I raised a complain because he started the drive without me being in the car and charged me and I haven’t got a refund because of the audacity of the driver! The service suck the drivers are very bad mannered.

Has anyone noticed that prices with Uber are at least three dollars higher than what the restaurant charges. On top of all the fees access to an order, charging an additional three dollars is ludicrous!

Uber keep taking extra money out my account and I cant calll or talk to no body because there no number and this this been going on for months it's seem like a scam I use uber to go to work I might have to quit my job because my account is always Negative because of uber

Booked a ride to Ontario Metrolink train station at 4:40 am. First driver kept saying “on his way”. Finally he cancelled and another driver was immediately booked. My train was at 5:21 and my flight out of Burbank at 8:00 am. I arrived at Ontario Metrolink at 5:25. Missed my train. Next train is at 6:21. Missed my flight. Impossible to connect to customer support. Phone number works 10 am - 8 pm EST. Chat is for drivers only. So I am stuck. Hate UBER! Using Lyft from now on.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible no customer service nobody to call then you call him to hang up you try and talk to the person online which you still don't get a response you can't book a ride cuz if you do they want to charge your $8 fee they're f****** crazy I'm telling you z Trip you can book a ride no charges easy you call him friendly f*** Uber the only reason I have to do with them is cuz I got a gift card if not don't use this company whoever sees this just don't use them use z Trip you will get 100%, they don't charge you to book a ride they don't hang up on you they really care about you Uber ridiculous this company should go out of business and no longer even have services I wish I could just get my gift card money back and put it all to z Trip

Uber is the worst service that anybody can take in Canada. I ordere two roties on Saturday Uber send the Roti to an address in Bayview Village as I clicked on the app I realized it says your delivery is going to Bayview Village. I immediately click on help and clicked on change address Uber said you cannot change the address if you need to change the address cancel the order. Before I cancel the order I called the restaurant and told the owner do not send the food because it's going to a different address. Igot back to Uber trying to get the address changed Uber said you need to cancel the order when I cancel the order Uber charged me $46+ I'm saying to Uber you can't charge me $46 because the intention was to change the address. Uber said they cannot help me .I paid to have the order sent to my address via Uber Uber which I paid. For two days now I am trying to rectify the matter all I'm getting is Uber A I telling me I canceled the order. Uber up is the worst service there is in Canada. I paid $57 for the meal plus $46+ plus $10. 70 viaUber ride to have the food delivered to my home. If it's the last thing I do on Earth I'm getting back my $46. Uber is horrible business in Canada

Didn’t even get my food asked for refund and got the refund but I still paid the tip from my refund?!? Why tf would I have to pay a tip from an order I didn’t receive!! Whole things bs don’t use Uber eats is a hoax at a certain time because drivers after a certain hour don’t respect your time.

If I could give it minus 10 right now, I would. I have spent at least 2 hours or more perhaps trying to reserve a pick up for 3 people at 3 separate addresses to get to the airport in 10 days from now. I put in one wrong number of the first pickup house and tried to change it but the APP kept insisting I confirm the number - the wrong number. I cancelled the request and started again. I got all three in there with the destination (airport) and it confirmed. An hour later, I tried to modify - change to earlier pick up time, I'm told trip was cancelled. I tried to re-book and it tells me I already have a booking (even though it shows cancelled) There is "0" recourse as no customer service. When I call your "help" line, it says I have a booking and then hang up. At least give us a chance to leave a msg for a call back. This is stupid !!

Gave me a delivery time. Then added stops to the driver. Food is cold and will not refund. No better than door dash. These services over charge and then do whatever they want. Last time ever using again.

Someone vomited in my car and they will not charge the passenger. That was my car at the beginning of the night: 23:09. They said the invoice does not meet the requirements. So I paid 300$ out of my pocket.

I think Uber is doing abuse of power on Customers . How come we give Uber full access to our bank account, however they don’t provide any phone number to contact them in case of emergency . It’s nonsense ! Uber keeps charging people multiple times for one single ride and doesn’t give a way to communicate with them easily. They have to put a stop on that . Every time I ride with Uber they charge my debit card and my credit card for the same transaction . It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating.

second time trying to get the Uber they're sending two drivers which going to the wrong addresses and speaking no English and we're going to try to refund it you cannot get nobody on the phone. I'm strongly suggesting the lift instead of this thing

They do not listen or acknowledge anything you say. It is hardly a step above all of the automated support you are incessantly driven toward. Six times I said 3 things and none were even so much as acknowledged. Just instructions for the next step toward resolution (robot). There is a problem with the app. It should be documented and perhaps even tested. They are not good at communicating what they are doing. There was no supervisor available and no way to rank them, so there is no accountability. You are at their mercy. None of these things are ever good customer service. Simple customer service is not hard, Uber just chooses not to care.

I asked for a refund regarding an order I placed and immediately cancelled it. I contacted Uber support and they were rude and said they couldn’t help me since the coffee place already started the order. I know working in the industry they do not start it that fast. I got charged as much for a drink even though I did not get anything. This needs to be changed because people won’t want to order through the app anymore.
