This support team for drivers is absolutely useless I am astonishing They seem to only be able to copy past unhelpful comments and then close the ticket without resolving the matter I just spent an hour with live support and had to tell 4 different agents the same issue that remains unresolved I have an open query from 4 days ago that still has not received feedback from the escalation team I can't believe how bad this service is

Uber package is a scam. My package was not delivered and no compensation given. Customer support refused to assist and blamed it on the driver and point blank refused a refund. Stopped using Uber ever since.

Did not bother to show up at the airport and here it is midnight. Thank you for stranding us. Thank goodness a Taxi came by. Canceled with Uber next morning We will take a taxi from now on

Uber has very bad quality drivers. Most of drivers eat gutkha, keep loudly talking on call, do not put AC on faster mode or gives reason that fuel or gas is less, vehicles are stinking or dirty most of the time. Really unprofessional and unsafe drivers are hired by uber. I am regular traveler of uber but now a days don't feel safe to travel by uber.

They delivered my food to wrong address and refuse to accept responsibility or refund me. They tell me they instruct drivers to leave in a safe place. The wrong house is not a safe place. The customer service is worse than driver.

Made a query re a prebooked ride to local surgery usually £5 ,prebooked £37 .the person i spoke to ,told me to take the ride , and the price would be adjusted , but this has not happened ,on contacting uber support , i am told that the price was included a green car ,and booking charge. I have used uber for a long time ,and am really annoyed at this unresolved problem

Ordered a delicious Butter Chicken from Planet Spice here in Wellington. Wonderful as always. The Uber driver (Keyur) messaged me on the Uber app to say he couldn’t find my house. Instructions are clear. Place to park right outside my house. I am on the main road. House number is on the letterbox and the same number and flat number is on the house. Seems he wanted me to meet him at his car as he had overshot by nearly 200 metres, according to the camera outside the building. Keyur, I’m not walking that distance to your car to collect my meal. Sloppy and unprofessional.

They was suppose to deliver my medicine from Walgreens and they took my medicine and my money. When I called to make a complaint the worker barely spoke English and did not resolve my issue. I'm a heart patient and have severe back issues and they stole my muscle relaxer

The worst service. No option for address change if you late by a single minute. Deducts the payment and the order is not delivered. Horrible experience.

I've worked for Uber for about a week now and nobody can help me to add a bank account I've talked to multiple representative nobody seems to care or want to help so I'm unable to claim the money that I worked for recently very unhappy with the service that Uber is providing

Uber support is atrocious. I cannot think of a worse customer support service for any company anywhere. Two recent issues: (1) Had more than $200 in uber cash in my account, but was unable to buy anything on uber eats or take a ride. The default answer, time after time after time, was that there was a credit card issue. After about two months, someone finally realized that, for some reason, Uber had frozen my uber cash balance, and unfreezing it resolved the issue. It's insane the level of incompetence that it took almost two months to get it resolved. (2) I disabled the requirement of needing a PIN for a ride. Yet every time I take a ride it still provides me with and requires me to give the driver a PIN. Response three times from Uber to date has been to explain what the PIN is, ignoring the fact that I've provided them screenshots showing that the PIN functionality is off and yet I still get PINs. Still unresolved.
