Uber sucks I canceled a ride and they still charged me $6. I would not recommend the Uber experience for anybody. If you have a depend on Uber for a ride then maybe but if you don't have to I would not recommend it

I like delivering for Uber and making the customers happy BUT sometimes the pay isn't worth it and if you have to cancel a delivery because something is wrong with the system at the restaurant,out of food or somebody else picked the order up you DONT get a reimbursement for wasting your gas going across town.

The driver crashed into my wall and… The driver crashed into my wall and drove off, reported to the police and I am now taking court action, customer service is no use at all they deny everything however I have full CCTV footage. Make sure you take it all the way if they are in the wrong, and do not let them wear you down the BS, thanks Ian

Uber’s customer support is over seas and the representatives are RUDE!! They are not helpful and are in a hurry to get off the phone. Uber needs to do better. This is totally unacceptable.

Is the worst service I have in my life. The support team dance you around and everyone have a different answer for you and never a resolution. They made you believe that they have a solution for your situation, but not is to keep you there wandering what is next. If I can give them half the star that will be my rate for them.

Uber is a FRAUDULENT car share company! The things they charge you is really UNNECESSARY & OUTRAGEOUS! These are the charges: WAITING, RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, DISTANCE & TIME! On October 5th 2024 I requested Uber & price that I received & agreed was $43.29! After my ride was completed it was $72.40! Uber said the reason was trip was taking too long but what does that got to do with me? This is not my problem it’s the driver problem! K asked Uber to give me refund from difference of $72.40-$43.29= refund of $29.11 but they refused! Uber said I asked too much refund in the past! The reason is because Uber overcharged me! This isn’t first time Uber overcharged me. Don’t ever take Uber! This company needs to be shutdown PERMANENTLY so it won’t rip customers off! I’m disputing with my credit card company & if it doesn’t work then I will make a complaint to ATTORNEY GENERAL!

Uber is the worst company to work for they exploit the drivers and customers they charge over charge riders and pay drivers less as possible and make you drive the worst route to destination which are not efficient and comfortable smooth drive which customers prefer working for uber is like modern slavery their service is rubbish for drivers and riders they only care about filling their pockets and taking advantage of the drivers and customers.

Literally was charged twice for rides I never took, made one and cancelled it two seconds I made it and was charged a cancellation fee of THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. Because I inconvenienced the driver that doesn’t even get the money from the cancellation nor had even started heading my way. Literally OVER $50 taken from my account in less than 2 days. I’m going to Lyft and DoorDash. Uber eats was garbage. They took over $200 on “ACCIDENT” then didn’t even refund my full amount back after saying they would and said they were gonna call to confirm. All of which I have on video THANKFULLY. Now this and they have no customer support so you can’t even get help. Yea, I’m done. HOPEFULLY the Uber I get tomorrow will actually be on time. Y’all can’t get the drivers here having me late almost every day. But can SURE charge my card for something I shouldn’t have been charged for anyway.

After, tonight two drivers I gave them a follow instructions. I told them to call me and I will be at the admissions building. Both of them did not follow instructions, and took my 30.00 out of my account. Plus when I got a hold a customer service..they refused and being nasty for me to speak to a manager. Before drivers named are Paul and Angela. Rest of the people are totally immigrants and stole my money and charge me 7.00 on both drivers for canceled. All I can say with them. They are a common theif.

Today I order the food for my team . The guy left the food outside the hospital and somebody messed up with the food . I contact the Uber customer they were saying they can give 10 dollar credit . First of all it’s unprofessional secondly the girl jasleen she end the chat without resolving my issues. And than another customer support guy was chatting .he did same things . They should give us new order .

Today unless avoidable, I would never ride with Uber again. First the ads, I struggled to contact the driver. The most unruly, unprofessional with a disgusting attitude. I can’t get in touch with Uber to complain about him. Cancelled the ride and charged a fee. Really ? The app doesn’t help.

There is no support for customer facing issue. The app doesn’t not provide any help to connect to support. Being a valuable customer since many years it’s disappointing to delete the uber app and switch to a reliable one. Mainly there is no customer support number to even call and check. WORST UBER WORST SERVICE!

I’ve been working with or for Uber for 6 yrs. The last 3 yrs since Covid, Earning have decreased, bonus and incentives have decrease and drivers are making less. Uber constructs a contract almost every 6 months to a yr and we don’t even know what the contract said but we end up getting less of the fare charged to the customer. The business practice is so unfair and shady that they no longer allow the driver to view the waybill (the fare breakdown) today they quoted a ride for hr and 15 min the ride took 2 hr and I had no increase in pay this is one of many things that Uber is doing. This will lower the mural of the driver soon or later. The company is becoming so shayy

Several times now I will go to order a Uber and before I can hit the confirm button the price has increased any where from 2 to 5 dollars. Shows how scandalous people and companies have become in the changing times. Think I’ll start using Lyft. They might be a bit pricier. But at least they are consistent

Gave one star because there’s none lower. I was charged $110,00 for a “membership” that I have NEVER requested. After days disputing with several unskilled people I gave up for there were no intelligent people to deal with this outrageous and ridiculous charge. Lost another customer!

Uber eats is absolutely useless. It doesn't provide a good service and delivery time is pathetic. It's too long. It took more than 75 minutes. I canceled it after an hour waiting. Still they charged me. I'm not using any longer the uber and would not recommend it to others.
