Tried to sign up as a driver, I added my passport to ubble instead of my drivers license so they kept telling me I needed to reupload. Waited days for a response and they sent me a link that said I’d already completed it. Generic emails and generally useless support. I’ve deleted my accounts

My last cupple orders with Uber eats was missing items, and not refunding me my money back also the uber drivers show up in different cars then what they have set on the app and look nothing like there profile picture and asking me for more tip money after I tip them fairly well

I ordered from Uber and received some else's order. I used the help facility on the app to let them know. I was told they were reviewing the situation. Then they said they will not be issuing a refund. As there has been suspicious activity on my account. And that the matter is now closed. I will be deleting the app, and contacting my bank to recover the money I spent on food not received. I have both receipts , my original order. And the receipt for the order that was received. And photos.

Uber is ok in its own way both delivery and ordering. Anything in life can be better. Delivery is hit and miss, uber will sometimes pay about what the order is worth and other times want two to three orders done for barely gas money. Ordering is usually more good than bad just getting lucky enough to get a good driver, most are in it for the money not customer service. Tips…well greedy customers will always be around I figure. Some tip very well and others think money is everything.

My family and used an Uber last night to go to an event. The driver was reckless, he was accelerating quickly, speeding abd going through red lights.

The worst experience i have ever had. Applied for Uber Driver and everyone was so unprofessional to a point they had me continuously resubmitting documents which the start issues and ability to go online was never resolved terrible experience for them to be the type of company they supposed to be.

I've had the WORST experience with the customer service specifically. On more than 1 order I've requested a refund since I didn't receive what I had ordered or the items were damaged. I sent photos to make my case and it was refused for to this day, I have NO IDEA! Technically I'm owed almost $50 at this point but apparently nobody can do anything about it. I don't recommend downloading or using this app, it used to be so good and now it's complete trash!

The uber driver kevin was rude and disrespectful. He called my child a B* even after I tried to explain to him she is not intentionally slamming his car door. She was just trying to close it. He was rude and disrespectful while I was trying to explain to him. He is in the wrong profession with his disrespectful attitude and behavior. When my child got out the car he called her a B* and I barely made it out the car before he drove off speeding down my street. There are a lot of kids that live on my street with no sidewalk. He could have easily hit someone. He was irresponsible and reckless.

Uber customer service is trash and disappointing. The whole app is ineffective. Sort this out. So frustrating if want to delete my account I have to go through all this palaver and the fact it keeps allowing you to add multiple accounts is why it has gone all wrong!

Appalling service. I waited 45 minutes for repeated cabs which did not arrive. I was alone in the dark and afraid. The support line offered no solutions and tried to blame me for my extended wait. I am very reluctant to use uber in the future.

Driver I'm "black car" of which I paid a premium price made sexual advances toward me. I reported and they said they "took note." This was reported via chat. You can't get a phone number to call! Additionally, I was charged for cookies "undelivered." Never, ever will I use Uber eats again.

Uber is nasty with their so called support. I just waited an hour and a half for my food order, only to get a phone call saying whoever this guy was had cancelled my order but I wasn't charged and I could reorder right away if I so choose. Well, he's a liar. I most certainly was charged, and now can't eat today because this was my last fifty bucks, and uber has it yet refuses to provide me with my food I've paid for. The driver was literally at the restaurant, messaged me saying the restaurant had given my order to someone else mistakenly, but he'd spoken to the manager and they were remaking it and he would wait there for me as it wasn't my fault. So sweet of him! But this idiot on the phone not only lied saying we weren't charged when we were, but took away the driver and now even if we reorder somehow, it's going to be another hour and a half for the food. If we even get it. And to top it all off, when I couldn't understand what he was saying to me due to his accent, I merely said "I'm sorry, I can't understand what you're saying" and he shouted something at me and hung up on me. I'm so blown away right now, this is the most disrespectful and disgusting way to treat your customers and this man should be fired. If he were my customer service Rep, for my company, he most certainly would be.
