MH01EE9398 Driver Name:Shahnaz. We booked the ride after an 8 minute waiting on 24th Nov 2024 around 3.23 upon reaching the agreed spot he kept on moving the vehicle ahead and when we asked him to stop and on reaching he cancelled the ride saying because he dosent wants to take the ride in a very rude and disgusting manner.Request to take stric action against Shahnaz. The car number mentioned above.

The driver told me he did not receive the amount on phonepay. It was parking area so I also could not check if the amount was debited from my paytm or not. To save time, I sent the money again. He said he received it, and he left. Later I saw on my paytm transactions that the money was debited twice. I kept messing the driver to refund the amount, but he never responded. This was a trip with pay cash at the end option.

I had uber ride last night come home to airport, I feel sick because the driver ride me dissy the road had a lot of snow.I vomit in car, but I had my pastic bag. And he created the story now, need to charged $150 clear, he made the mess at the car door, be honest -11 who will open windows? I don't think if i made his car dirty , he wouldn't talk to me and record me approved, he would ask me money immediately, send the video to center the car. $150 will not make him rich, Calgary winter time, becareful to drive.

After one hour of trying every channel to write to Uber support to report an extra charge today, I have come to the conclusion that Uber deliberately making difficult for riders to access an email. And of course no phone number. I have followed every instruction and every time I am back to first square. Please tell me what government entity I should write my complaint to. Every legitimate company has a contact or support option and when you click the page for email and a page should appear for consumer to write his/ her complaints. getting refund is extremely difficult and It is on PURPOSE.

How are the booking fees higher than the actual ride charge?! And then uber has the AUDACITY ask for a tip?! The tips need to come out of the EXCESSIVE fees! I will continue to decline the tip every single time. Which is unfortunate for the drivers because they make no money. Uber collects ALL those fees and pays their drivers crumbs. This is why uber drivers are always on strike. It’s disgusting and greedy.

My order was a joke, I ordered diner with my fiance, she only wanted one thing from the restaurant and she couldn’t even have it, because the restaurant gave as 5% of the normal product and it was cold and wet. Furthermore, I needed to do a min. order of 40 PLN to be able to order smth. Uber Support was not helpful, I got 3.60 PLN back, which helps me with nothing (never got a chance to eat the food I paid for, couldn’t order anything again with 3.60 PLN, and the prize for the product was this much only because it was a combo, the normal price for this product is much higher). I sent an appeal and got an information (after 2 weeks!) that they cannot help me. It’s a joke. I’ve been a paying customer for years, ordered hundreds of times and left many tips but God forbid one time I have a problem with my order, Uber just doesn’t care. I couldn’t have a nice dinner with my fiance because the restaurant did not provide me the service I paid for and what do I get in return? 3.60 PLN. Out of my 50 PLN order.

Just tonight alone I’ve been canceled on 3 times in counting 👎🏾 HORRIBLE! I will never tip another driver I DONT CARE! It’s freezing out here and they want to play with me let’s see who plays harder😎

Hi Uber, hope this review get to you… I have used your app and service both for food and drivers for a few years and also been an Uber driver in the past. But now you are ridiculous with the drivers canceling drive when they don’t show up just to receive a payment. Happen to me many times in the past and the prices goes up when to book another ride….Uber really SUCKS!!! as for uber eats, I’ve order food and waited over 30 minutes for someone to pick up but when someone did took the ride they cancel to pick and uber eats charge me a cancellation fee for which I did not cancel…now talking to many different people on chat and no one can’t help n won’t return my money back…uber policy are ass backwards….no good at all if I could I wouldn’t give no stars for this…

Really sad how Uber can choose to charge a cancelation fee - even after not being able to find a driver and after I only then cancelled. They close out your request for help by assuming they were right and the customer was wrong. Wow. Totally not impressed.

Uber eats along with Uber support did not investigate my situation properly and claimed that the driver Victor followed procedure and they cannot reinburst me for food I have not received and the driver had the nerve to book my order as complete I ordered 2 meals for 2 kids of 11 years old at Kentucky Tokai Capetown last week Friday Driver msg me to say that he is waiting.. I immediately phoned him and ask him where is he as he is not outside He told me he is waiting at the garage on vans road Tokai I told him but that is not my delivery address and can he please bring it to the correct address which is 19 minutes away from my house He then told me he can't cos who is going to pay him for that trip I said we'll I don't no what your app show u but mine is correct I then ask him what about the food now the children is waiting he then told me again he cannot deliver it but will take ut back to the restaurant now I then got in my car and drove to Kentucky which. Is 5 minutes away from my house. Got there manager told me that no food was brought back I waited for more then a hour and no driver I phoned Uber support as well as the manager of Kentucky. I phoned the driver several times his number was on voice mail He eventually rock almost 2 hours later and told me he had other deliveries.. I mean hello u could have told me u 1st going to drop your other deliveries instead of me driving till there and wasted 2 hours of my time He got more angrier at me for being in the wrong..the other drivers that was standing there had the odesity to say that ooh yeah if it's wrong adress we eat the food up.. I then logged a complain and all that Uber support said after Investigating we cannot reinburst u as the driver has followed policy.. Which policy? He could have confirm address with me before leaving the store cos where on earth did he get that adress from on his ph.. 2ndly he can't even speak English properly and should not have said he will take the food back to the store now and rock 2hours later with a cellphone that was on voice mail 3rdly the restuarant dobt even know who the drivers are collecting the food air a knwo their names.. I've reacmany reviews and there are many ppl out there that the same thing happened and they were never reinburst of their hard earned monies and Uber drivers just take the food for themselves that they did not even pay for Uber eats are the worst cannot come near Mr delivery at all... Uber eats drivers are anyperson , don't show identification when collecting food just show the number and leave that's why the stores do not know who is responsible for who's order. Language barrier with most drivers.. I will never use Uber eats ever again they pathetic along with the support group that is of no help at all

UBER IS ONE OF THE WORST APPS!!!!!! YU CANT EVEN USE UR CREDIT CARD MOST OF THE TIME. MAYBE THEY NEED TO TAKE SUM ADVICE FROM LYFT, LYFT IS JUST PERFECT. AND THEY ALSO PICK UP AND DROP OFF QIUCK.

THEY HIRE ANYONE WELL LET'S SAY THE INDIVIDUALS THAT AREN'T LEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES AND THEY ARE RUDE AND DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAJORITY OF THEM CAN'T READ OR COMPREHEND SIMPLE DIRECTIONS AND THAT BOOKING FEE IS A ILLEGAL METHOD UBER IS GETTING OVER ON PEOPLE BY KNOWINGLY CALLING IT A BOOKING FEE NO THAT IS UBER WAY OF RECIEVING EXTRA MONEY

Yeah you guys are mad expensive for no You have an option to wait and then once I wait. I still get a Uber that's 20 minutes away, so total 40 minutes. Right, and then your GPS is all out of whack. 90% of the longest route possible. Lyft ride was. 90% cheaper.Then my Uber ride at the same time. And then to pay more for the same ride.And to wait twice as long makes no absolute sense Your service sucks.I will not be using it again

I contacted Uber support because I could not book a trip. Whenever I tried my app just said "We've detected a problem. There was an error processing your request. Please visit in-app help for assistance." In app help says nothing useful but directs you to submit an online request that will be responded to after a few hours. I submitted it at 8:30pm and a little after midnight I got a reply asking for a screen shot of the error message - note that my online request INCLUDED THE EXACT WORDING OF THE ERROR MESSAGE ALREADY. I sent the screen shot to them. I then did my own diagnostics. I tried installing the uber app on another two devices. Both experienced the same error at exactly the same point. I removed my credit card and re-added it. No change. I added a completely different card. No change. I tried a new account, no change. In the end, I discovered that you can actually book a ride on the web, but the web has less functionality so you can't specify an exact time, you can only pick in 10 minute timeslots. Anyway, so I booked my trip, which was good because I was travelling at 7:30am. By 7:30am I still had not heard from uber support. The remainder of my review doesn't relate to uber support, but relates to dishonest practices by uber which were revealed while waiting for my uber to arrive. So my uber was due at 7:30. At 6.30 I was informed my driver had been assigned for my 7.30 pick up. Great. At about 7:20 I was informed my driver would be arriving about 7:45 (that's fine, I had given myself a 45 minute margin at the other end of my trip). Then around 7:45 I was given a brief glimpse of the location of the driver. It said he was now 29 minutes away. A little odd, it only takes 22 minutes from there to my house, maybe the traffic is heavy. 15 minutes later he is still 29 minutes away. By 8:13 he has just got 6 minutes further away. By 8.28 he was FOURTY FIVE MINUTES AWAY. Shortly after that I was given another brief glimpse of his location - he was now in the city. He was NEVER coming directly to me from the place that was 29 minutes away, he was going to the city with another passenger first and then coming for me. Uber's mapping algorithm is completely dishonest. Now at 9:03 I'll be picked up in 47 minutes time from now. Uber say that you can't cancel your trip within 60 minutes without paying a penalty because they need to compensate the driver who is on his way to you. But the driver HAS NOT BEEN ON HIS WAY TO ME in the whole 1.5 hours I've been waiting so far. I could have cancelled it and caught a train at 7:30 or even 8am and still arrived in time for my 9am appointment, but now the absolute earliest I will arrive is 10:30am. They were never going to need to compensate the driver for being on the way as he could have taken other passengers if I cancelled. But here I am having to sit around waiting for him because they won't let me cancel without penalty. VERY VERY UNIMPRESSED. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, DON'T TAKE UBER!

I am a driver and am supposed to be compensated for returning items left in my car. Recently I returned a bag found in my back seat on my day off. I drove all the way to the customers house and delivered the item. Now uber claims they can't find the transaction and won't pay me. This company sucks

Just had a terrible experience. This driver should definitely be taken off the roads he will cost Uber a law suit and hopefully not an accident to a customer. Uber stated on the application that my driver was 3 mins away. The driver calls me and tells me that he is at the entrance and there is a lot of traffic. I tell him I was sitting at the entrance and will start walking to the car. He tells me if you are looking at your phone you will not see me. Welp to my knowledge I have to track him thru my phone, so yes I was looking at my phone. When I went to get in the car he took off and almost ran my feet over. This is not okay. His car and plates are (Black Nissan Rogue/ Plates 46DCST). Not to mentioned I’m now late to my DMV appointment I waited for two months and will most likely not be able to be seen. Uber needs to test their drivers just like Macys does for their psychological part.

My account got locked for absolutely no reason. I received a message about a violation eing made and was told it was a warning and no further actions would be taken and i wake up the next day yo my account locked. I've been reaching out to uber for the past couple of months and all I keep getting told is I violated terms and there's no actual rep to talk to. I didn't violate any terms. I rely on this app for work to get members back and forth to the hospital now I'm dealing with a big inconvenience do to it sounds like a bad AI system
