What’s going on with uber? Went to book a uber on Wednesday 20th November, I put in my phone where I was going and they showed me a car on my phone a message saying 6 minutes pay now! So I paid 5 minutes later the car on my car has disappeared and there looking for one, eventually I received a message saying it will be 20 minutes? So we had to wait in the freezing cold for 25 minutes? WARNING the time they tell you when a taxi will arrive is false, they suck you in with a fictitious time to get you to pay! Terrible service to tell someone it’s arriving in 6 minutes then look for one when they have taken your money.

I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with this investment platform in order to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. Their security measures are severely lacking and I speak from personal experience. I trusted them with my money, only to have it stolen by them. The sheer incompetence and negligence of this company in safeguarding their clients' funds is outrageous. The customer support is practically non-existent as my attempts to reach out for assistance are met with long wait times, unhelpful responses, or no response at all. Uber Priority Support for a driver that has nearly 1000 rides. If what I received was priority support I sincerely feel sorry for Normal support. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their first line know next to nothing, and seemingly their jobs are to negate actual technical requests to be fielded to those that can actually provide support as they give you misinformation, mixed information and think telling you “you cannot login on this device” is an appropriate response. Having recently purchased a new phone, I initially could login view my info etc. I noticed a problem when I attempted to cash out and received a “still calculating last trip” despite me not having driven for over 24 hours. I contacted uber support and they told me there was a suspicious login on my account and i need to verify my information. Ok must be the new phone. I logged out as requested - boom “login denied” They informed me after confirming my bank info, password change, 2FA etc this would be resolved. that turned into resolved within 24 hours… that turned into resolved within 48 hours… that turned into “what’s your device model, we have to specifically unblock it” that turned into, you cannot login to this device because it “has issues” that turned into “We need to send this matter to a specialized team that should contact in 6-12 hours” lie, after lie, after misinformation, after complete BS. 5 first line reps, all lying, misinforming and closing issues as resolved when it’s now been 4 days and I still cannot login, I still cannot cashout and it’s specifically affecting my cellphone and laptop logins as I can login to the iPad just fine. They refuse to admit that SOMEONE is capable of resolving this issue, but for whatever reason, their agenda is to refuse escalation, claiming they are the highest point of support and there is no other escalation options. This experience alone, is leaving me to consider no longer driving for the app and taking my business to competitors, of which I have no doubt the support is of equal quality, but it is simply the principle of the matter

Utterly useless. My driver's system could not pick me up although I was in the car. We were both on to Cust Support and both got nowhere. They took so long that Uber charged me for cancelling, even though THEY cancelled! NEVER again.

Asked for help regarding a suspected fraudulent charge. My account was immediately blocked. Could not get ahold of anyone to help. They said they would not help and would not provide my account receipts so I could further verify. Also if you attempt to upload an image of the bank charge in the help chat, the help chat will freeze and then kick you out. Garbage company. Blatant theft. Use anyone else.

U can't speak to someone and the help button in app is worthless. My credit card was charged twice now but I never ordered a ride there's no button in app for that tells u to pick what ride u want to dispute charge on. THERE WAS NO RIDE TO PICK BECAUSE THERE WAS NO RIDE REQUESTED THERE FOR WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED BY UBER. I WENT IN CIRCLES 45 MINUTES TRYING TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE CHARGE.

Caution! This company is hiring a scammer/ thieves . Scammer from San Diego : name is OBAIDULLAH, his number is 619- 453- 0786. We did not recieved our order and this driver blocked my number, our order was sent to different address. I file a complaint but uber refused a refund.

All of a sudden you can’t add an extra stop anymore. I rely on this app and this error has literally turned my life upside down!!!! I use it 2 times a day or sometimes more to get my babies to and from school but that’s my fault for leaning on an “establishment” in 2024 also the prices went up after the election it’s very noticeable

Privacy is an issue with Uber. If you plan to take an Uber to a certain location and you want to be private about it, you can't delete that specific ride you took. Example: I want to take an Uber to a bar/location, but I don't want my significant other to search my phone next day or even next month and see where I went. You have to completely delete your account, wait about 30 days and then start a new account. But the good news is that you can delete your Uber account and join Lyft until you're ready to join Uber again, if you want to join them again. Uber loses MILLIONS of dollars in revenue because of this issue, which is great punishment for Uber since they don't want to fix this issue. It's a good thing we have the option to join other companies like Lyft, Let Uber deal with the loss v.s. you dealing with an argument with your significant other when they find out where you were.

One of the driver of oulander L23171 is very bad attitude he directly harras us in the parking we dont know what is the reason he open my door car without my permission and smash the car seat where my baby is seating this is happen yesterday at 2nd december street after 6pm my baby got very scared what he did this is not acceptable driver at all if you can provide the details of this driver so i can file a case against him thank you

We will not use Uber again. We reserved a ride and were quoted $43.94 for the ride. We were charged $46.81 (not a problem as the quoted charge is mostly a good estimate, right?), but we were also charged a $2.43 reservation fee and a $9.15 booking fee. Neither charge was mentioned until we received the final bill, so instead of paying around $54 with tip, we paid $69.37. As you may know, Uber customer service is virtually non-existent, so it truly takes an act of god to get help. What a scam. Not an ethical company.

Had an order delivered to me but the driver said he gave it to the wrong address and went back for it when he delivered the order it was opened and gone through all I got was they would not send the same driver back……No refund 40.00 dollars down the drain …..Do Not Use This Service !

I had to order Uber eats three times. I changed address they would not allow that on app after order I called driver no help will not use Uber eats again. Regular Uber I had no issues
