The Uber company is the worst is customer service After waiting 2 hours with cold food delivered They wouldn’t give a refund It was past dinner hour and I had to leave for a meeting It’s the second time this has happened and all we get through a chat are excuses. Will not be using anymore

I’ve called a few times and it’s always the same nonsense with this customer service team they don’t help you all the do is transfer the problem to the next representative I was missing a payment for a $35+ and they have me on the phone over a hour and a half and they still haven’t fixed the problem this customer service team is a joke

Two 10 minute rides and they charged me 86.00 just because it was at 7:30 in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous. My family will never use them again. I wish they had a negative scale cuz they are way below for me.

I drive for Uber. I am a Diamond driver. Uber is preventing me from driving because they can't compkete a background check. You can not speak with anyone from Uber. The Driver Support staff is programed not to assist.

Worst customer support I have ever dealt with. The driver was to deliver a package for the company I work for and they canceled after picking up the package. I was charged $60 as well. I have contacted Uber multiple times about this issue and they just give you the runaround and no refund. If I could leave 0 stars I would because that’s apparently how many F’s they give about customer service.

Hi really upset and don't feel comfortabel at all to ever ride wth you guys again a driver of you guys named RASHID KHAN was such an awful person extermly rude felt very uncomfortable by him was not helpful at all screemed at me when i hade asked to drope me off were i wanted to be droped off than threatened me by telling me to get out before he pulls me out i have delated my accound never will be ride with you guys again hope you guys can fire him or do somthing this is awful and the company shouldn't have awful people like RASHID KHAN on there team hop you guys can solve the issue thank you hope you guys can understand.

Uber eats suck. We got our food. It was the wrong thing. They refuse to give us our money back and they refuse to send us our food. Then they told me my account was restricted. It wasn’t restricted when I paid them my money.

Uber exploits its workers, paying them less than half of the trip, extra that drivers must spend on gasoline, tires, maintenance and everything that takes care of a car. An Uber driver works 12 hours and only earns the minimum wage or less.

If I could give less than one star review, I would. I just got out of the hospital and was told how important food was for me. I ordered through Uber and my order from two guys bar and Grill was so overcooked and tough that it could not be eaten Clam strips are very sensitive to overcooking Uber wanted a picture of them but did not ever give me a link that I could reply That seems to be their go to of all The delivery services. They want The picture, but they cannot seem to send a link it will enable you to send it to them. That’s their issue, not mine I shouldn’t have to go without a meal when it’s going to medically harm me just because they’re being pissers

Uber eats is a fraud. I tipped my driver and they took from the tip to give me the discount that was offered. Don't bother calling them either. Your driver is probably not getting what you are giving them.

Place an order for KFC. Clearly says there should be 3 bags. We received bag 1/3 and 3/3. Missing half the order that was supposed to be in bag 2. Called driver who says “ well that’s all there was”. Common sense would say “hmm, it says there should be 3 but there are only 2. MAYBE I SHOULD ASK SOMEONE “???? But she didn’t. Just told me to tell them I didn’t get all my order. The store said it was all picked up. Uber refused to refund. Will no longer continue to fund incompetence. Will be canceling my Uber account.

To be quite honest, I was forced into giving of one star, as the option for less was unavailable. The cost was $28 and change for a one way seven mile trip, the driver didn't know north from south and as a result was twenty minutes late, having spent most of his time driving around in a development on the wrong side of the road. I should note that I gave the driver an accurate description of a very unique home, one that almost everyone knows. I say almost with tongue in cheek, there are those who are blind and don't know it by "sight." How you could miss the only yellow two-story house in a small town filled with one story homes, is beyond my comprehension. So rating is less than one star actually, I will never refer uber to anyone I know, as it appears that anyone with a cellphone and a car they can't afford can drive for them, even if they don't know the outlying area.

I have been battling to get my drivers details. I have gone to our local law enforcement and I still can’t get the drivers details. My phone is gone and Uber doesn’t take responsibility for anything. The system allows to call once then you must deal with a bot. It is ridiculous. Uber is running syndicate for criminals and protects them at the same time

Uber support team is all overseas mostly in India. Most of them can't read and understand English. The workers are underpaid and less likely to pay good attention to what they are doing. Careless and cheap

Very bad and unprofessional application. I always prefer using blu smart or even Rapido is better than Uber. For that matter even inDrive application is better than this application. There is no check on the drivers, they cancel even after confirming. The drivers always call and ask where do you want to go before even starting from their location. There have been times when the car number doesn’t match the car also.

Honestly horrendous system will do anything but give you a refund or listen to the issues. Paying for priority delivery and having the delivery person still arrive so late is atrocious. Like I just want my money back… but the system will do anything but give you the time of day with a human. Even the customer service is trash. The agent gives you like pre-stated responses and doesn’t even solve the problem

I booked a ride for 22.09 the ride was out far it would take them more than 20 minutes to get to me and they were only 2 miles out from me so I cancelled the ride only for the next available ride to tripled in price. Uber sucks

Always happy with Uber service except for this last trip. I had never been to the location before and the driver dropped me off around the corner at an alley entrance. In a lot of pain from a dental urgency and I wouldn't have found the place in a timely fashion if I didn't have my cell with me. VERY poor customer service with this driver.

This was a birthday cake along with some gifts from my sister. I was available at home and checked multiple times at the door. It is most likely that the delivery guy (Shahid) just took it with him and this brings a bad reputation to UBER. The total order was worth £36.98. The delivery guy’s name was Shahid who most likely stole the parcel. Uber has refused to issue a refund and also claimed that it was our fault since the driver tried calling and waited for 7 minutes. I can confirm that I was downstairs within a minute of receiving the ‘delivered’ message and there was no parcel or delivery man waiting. What a horrible experience with UBER eats.
