The app is bad; if you try to get help with the app the customer service tells you they will write a report and get back to me on the app, they never do. I’ve had multiple problems with the Uber app and it isn’t worth using anymore, I will call a cab or Lyft. Uber customer service will not listen if the app is sending the driver to Amazon instead of the airport, the Uber customer service hung up on me, they read their script and have no interest in helping a customer. Also getting charged multiple times for a ride from Uber is very annoying having to call Ubers horrible customer service to get multiple duplicate charges for a single charge, this needs to be illegal and Uber needs to be held accountable. Uber is a lousy greedy business and customers need to bombard Uber with phone calls to get their multiple charges for a single ride back. I feel bad for Uber drivers.

Unsafe practices. Customer service is horrible and does not value their customers. The driver dropped me off at the wrong location. Refused to listen to me when I told him that I sent a message with specific instructions. He made me get out of the car in the middle.of the road because he had another rider to pick up. Customer service did not care about the issue. And said they their policy did not allow for a refund. But it must allow for compromised Customer safety. I will never use Uber again. This is only about 50% of the ridiculous discussion I had with support. Unbelievable. Use Lift or Turo.

Garbage company, charged me over $50 more for a ride than what I was shown up front. Chat bot was absolutely useless and there was no way to actually reach support to speak with an agent. Will never use Uber again, would rather walk than deal with this pack of scammers.

Now a days uber service is getting bad day by day. Chauffeur are not ready to take easy way they are taking route which h will increase the ride amount. In are paying for that route also where is no traffic or jams. They want to ride only their easy way. It might be passenger get late to reach there destination. At the time of booking ride the amount show different and what we are paying in different. Chauffeur are taking unnecessary route to drop passenger. Plz uber either route your maps account or ask chauffeur not to cheat passenger. Uber support not ready to understand us also not helping . My concern plz refund what ever extra amount charged.

Uber overcharged me 6 months ago when I was on an overseas trip. Since the Uber driver and service would not do anything, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. (Thankfully I had a screenshot of the quote I accepted versus what they then charged for the trip.) Six months later, I tried to book an Uber at an airport, and the app said I owed $157 and asked how I wanted to pay. I declined paying, but it charged my card again anyway. I tried Uber Support, but the system said it couldn't do anything because the ride was over 30 days ago. It didn't matter that what I was disputing was the unauthorized charge they had just made to my credit card. It makes no sense that they look at the original date THEY overcharged for service, and not how they took money without approval. I just disputed the charge a SECOND time now with my credit card company, and they are refunding the overcharge AGAIN. I have deleted my UBER account and app. They know most people they take money from without authorization will not fight it, and they make it impossible to get a fair resolution by limiting your ability to access the proper customer support. It's pathetic and unethical when a company feels they can take people's money with impunity.

So annoyed at the fact I pay to be an Uber one member for expensive prices and the fact Ubers choose to cancel 1-2 mins away. Really annoying

I ordered food and never received the food or any type of contact from a Uber driver tried to contact Uber and was ignored I am now out 55 dollars and will never use Uber again

I tried to use a promotion to order food. The App would not allow it. When I contacted Customer Support to find out what had gone wrong, they eventually told me that I had contravened their Terms and Conditions but they couldn't say how because of 'Security Issues'! Their customer support is the worst ever!

Highly recommend never purchasing an Uber gift card! One was purchased for me almost a week ago now, and clearly due to a mistake on their end I've not been able to access the funds. The gift card was sent to the email attached to my current Uber account. For reasons unknown UBER decided to deposit my gift card funds into an Uber account with an entirely different email address attached to it upon going to my email address that I use with active Uber account and opening the gift card. The account that Uber sent my gift card funds to has no [hone number on it and I, of course, can't add my phone number to it due to an error code saying my number is already in use. Even after deleting my Uber account with my phone number attached to it I am still not able to add my phone number to the Uber account holding my gift card funds hostage. Have reached out to customer support several times, and I've had one response telling me I could now add the number, but after being denied this action once again customer service had yet to respond a second time. It's almost as though this multi-billion dollar corporation is knowing running a scam with gift cards purchased with them. Unfortunately, I a, not a billionaire, and this has become a great inconvenience to me! Meanwhile I feel as though I'm being ignored by Uber after seeking their much needed assistance.

On April 16th I was arriving to the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport from Mesa Arizona the driver that was scheduled to pick me up at the airport called me and ask me to pay offline he didn't want to abide by Uber law in taking the code from me for my location he ask me to give him my address on the phone and because I didn't give it to him he use a profanity word towards me then hang up on me, I did call Uber to report it and all Uber did was send me a new driver then overcharge me for 2 drivers because of the previous driver that I reported of his behavior to them. They said I must pay them $91.98 and that wasn't appropriate, I refused to pay for 2 drivers. He should have been fired. Then they give me a $5.00 credit for the cover-up and sweep it under the rug. I'm very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Uber ride is important, and I really wanted to continue to use it, but what happened to me should have been escalated to the highest management, not sweep under the ground they should handle it at a Management point and compensate me for the full amount $91.98 for what he did to me, not credit me $5.00 dollars that doesn't take care of the problem. Shame of Uber Support they're sloppy and don't care about customers like me.

I was travelling in Cabo and took an Uber out of resort to a public beach 30 min drive away. Driver agreed to pick us back up in 2 hours. He never showed and never contacted me to cancel. Me and my wife waited in 35 degree heat for over an hour. I got heat stroke waiting. We used a locals phone to call him, his number wasn’t even active. We had to resort to figuring out how to take the city bus, almost got lost. I told Uber support the story and they just kept sending me the same response 10 times saying it was my fault. I asked them multiple questions and even after 10 messages from them my questions are still unanswered. I got more upset talking to Uber support than I was that the driver left us stranded in a literal desert . I kept saying to stop copy and pasting the same message and they kept doing it! I said only give me yes or no answers to my questions and they copy and pasted the same message for the tenth time, then I just gave up. I am furious with them and will be taking this further when I am done my vacation. Representative Names were Celia (no last name on file) then I requested a new representative that was worse, her name was Melissa duque. Worst experience I have ever had and will be deleting Uber app!

**** WORST SUPPORT EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME **** I keep getting multiple unknown charges for months on end, every time I dispute I have to cancel my cc and wait for a new one. This has happened 6 times this year!! I finally was called from support and it rang once so I called back and was advised that I would be getting refunded for 2 charges of like 10, in which I did provide proof. The agent even emailed me our conversation. I called to follow up after 2 weeks of not getting refunded and noticed 2 new charges since my last correspondence and spoke with a different agent saying I will not be getting a refund. I asked simple questions, like what is Uber Technologies and was completely ignored. Eventually I was hung up on and my number blocked for calling. Since then I've reached out online and have been transferred to 4 agents in 2 hours which whom all have said they don't do calls, which is weird because I just talked to someone from "support" yesterday. I am now seeking legal advice. This has been sooo time consuming and expensive and I will be telling everyone about my experience. It's a small amount for a big company to just disregard me like this. The worst service I have ever received. What is the point of support when you don't get it?

Absolutely rubbish service, Every time something missing, never helped through app, no number to contact them. Just keep waiting their reply, ruin your meal with frustrations.

uber support sucks . if there's any issues they do give minimum credit because truth is they don't give a f... I had my 48$ ordered dropped. half of it spilled and was wet from rain. after driver was late and sat in his car for 10 minutes across the street and even had an uber bag he decided not to use. so wet half order gets me 7 dollar credit. really. horrible horrible service

I used Uber in the past with no issues. The recent experiences with Uber were my last. One Uber driver left me stranded in a city I was unfamiliar with. He kept telling me he was a few blocks away and then said he had a flat tire and cancelled my trip to the airport. I booked a taxi, which was more reliable. On another trip, the Uber driver promised a pickup time of 7a.m. That Uber driver stated he was on his way at 0645. At 0659, he stated he had an emergency and couldn't pick me up. I missed my flight. Not sure what happened to Uber but I believe this company will be filing for bankruptcy soon.

Yesterday I used Uber & charged Booking Fee of $26.63 without my knowledge. I no place to complain. I am very upset. It should be class law suit against Uber. Or State DJ should sue them.

Uber India fleeces rental customers by charging excessive and quaint convenience fees if one overshots the initial contracted time and/or mileage by a bit. It is shameful and third grade behaviour by a company wanting to be great. Shame!
