I've been on this app for almost 6 years soon and it has gotten worse the customer service is of no help! I was on the phone since before 6:10 and hung up on twice then left on hold just to be switched to a automated recording saying there's no one to take calls and that it was after hours who does that?? I wrote a long review on here that for some reason has backspaced out of here Uber is now at the point to where my life has been in danger they are allowing customers to put fake tips just in order to get the food and knowing that the customer is not going to tip that person I got out of bed at 4:00 a.m. drove 45 minutes for a 22 dollar trip over 16 Mi that I was paid $3.06 for but it was discouraging because when I called customer service the rep stated that this customer constantly doing that and that the next time he will have to keep the tips on there whereas there's no way possible this man should be on their platform and better yet he is having the food delivered to the wrong address and I'm in the state at will carry so I was on someone porch in the dark and could have got my life taken and Uber is okay with that they have done nothing with this customer he's still on allowed on this platform they just take it to where I'm not delivering food for them but they're allowing this Uber gets their money from the top from the customer from the beginning still charge me almost half of what I made for a tow that's a $1.75 each they will send you and they charge the customer $3 I got paid a dollar 34 or $10.50 came out of my bank account for those tolls two people have vomited it took over 2 months to even get a cleanup fee even with the picture of the man vomiting inside of my cooler Uber is becoming a joke now unreliable they're all about the money they take over half of what I make cuz they already charged a customer or high amount they then from there charge me if I make $19 they're taking $4 of that so they're getting over half of the money for the trips regardless then when I have you on some type of ridiculous percentage is like they're forcing you to take exclusive trick trips or you will be punished for it if you choose any other Avenue after being on a platform from Years cuz I was a platinum driver for over 4 years and just add it right on I haven't been dropped down to a blue driver I am getting dressed for two dollars and 18 cents but I have to go drive 15 minutes away and then take them for multiple stops for $5.20 for 30 minutes drive away and then a 30 minute drive on your trip it doesn't make sense and I'm getting punished for not accepting with their percentage rating and then be dropped just for doing another part on their platform is ridiculous my status was taken as well as my points and there's no way I make over the points to get to another status but because of this bogus percentage ratings I will never go beyond a blue driver in one way I am now going to post this before it disappear like the other one did that had a whole lot more information at least I'll be able to edit!! I guess it was to much PROOF it WON'T POST!!

Terrible service cancelled the ride at the last minute we could have missed our train.because of them they just want a quick buck on short rides we will never use them again

MOST 3RD CLASS SERVICE DRIVERS ARE RUDE, FRAUD, AFTER MAKING WAIT , THEY CANCEL THE RIDE EVERY TIME. HARRASSING THE PASSENGER

Uber support is totally unresponsive to customer issues. I have attempted twice to get assistance with a problem with the application making a ride reservation. The first time I was advised I would get an email, I got that email, but it was totally unresponsive to the problem. The second time I spoke to an Uber representative they simply told me to cancel my reservation and that they were ending the phone call, at which point they simply hung up on me! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

I wish I could give zero stars. This was 2AM in the morning arriving in Orlando. I had 2 drivers cancel my requested pick up because they must have known the location I was traveling to was not safe and unreachable because of the weather. A third driver accepted the ride. Once we were driving I looked on my phone GPS and saw that the area we were going was all in RED. I figured the driver knew this because he was using the same map on his phone. Once we got close to the location we were turned around by the sheriff with flashing lights. The area could not be reached because of flooding and the storm. I was scrambling to find a hotel and was unsuccessful until I found something 13 miles away. This driver took the ride for the money in my opinion neglecting the safety of my family. He is the expert not me. I had no clue. They over charged me $100 for this ride from the accepted amount and when I wrote Uber they gave me a credit of .50 fifty cents. Their Customer Service is Horrible!! What a joke!! If they would have been a little more understanding of my situation and maybe taken the over charged amount off I would have been happier. Now they lost a customer. I will never use them again. Lyft or a Cab next time.

Got in an Uber with urine covering the backseat. Customer support hung up on me when I asked for the otherwise unnecessary return journey to be refunded. Awful company. Hopefully Amazon buys them out.

Criminal uber driver stolen my relatives gucci bag bank cards Keys and make up just drove off shechas contacted them many times but no action taken Towards this theif Uber employs Criminals and thrives in London and protects them

On this past Friday. I was treated very rudely. The driver told me to get out of the car after I couldn’t provide him with the address information that had been given him by my son who requested the Uber. This was very rude/ unprofessional. I pray that I never have this driver again. Trenton Scott is my so who obtained the Uber. I am Madeline Scott. I was in Washington D.C

Uber is fraud , not reliable &worst company ever .. they over charge and still steal from you And Uber driver took my package till Today and haven’t returned it yet The funniest thing is that Uber isn’t helping matters and I think Uber should be banned

There’s no phone number available for customer support??? I ordered chicken, Parmesan, and onions to make Alfredo at home. The driver couldn’t find CHICKEN, in a grocery store, so Uber charged me for the rest of the items I never received! Uber expects me to eat onions and cheese fried in a pan because the guy couldn’t find CHICKEN 😂

On September 5th 2024 I requested an Uber ride and I was quoted $115. after the ride was completed I received a receipt for $115, then minutes later I received another receipt for additional $137.08 totaling $252.08 I was shocked because that's not what I was quoted when I booked. I reached out twice to Uber to correct their error but they refused. This behavior is a blatant misrepresentation of conducting business by scamming customers with original lower fare and increase it after providing service. I'm working with my credit card company to dispute the charge however others be warned of this misleading behavior of Uber. I for one will NEVER use Uber again.

UBER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I RECOMMEND LYFT OVER UBER ANY DAY. THEY WERE NO HELP AND I WAS HUNG UP ON AFTER EXPLAINIGN THE SITUATION; ONE THAT COULD NOT BE RESOVLVED VIA THE STUIPID ONLINE OR APP SERVICE. SCREW THIS COMPANY.

They are total fraud. I had booked a package with them. It was worth 22000 and the driver did not deliver it. But the app shows it has been delivered. Uber hold no responsibility and doesn’t even provide u details of the driver. It is so difficult to talk to them. There chat never answers ur query. They are total frauds. They must be inclvolved themselves in the theft of the package. The driver doesn’t take any calls. It’s the most unsafe way to deliver ur packages. Never trust these frauds. Twice they charged me for 2 package delivery. I had paid the driver but still the app shows unpaid. Request to all not to send packages through these frauds

Got charge $25 cancellation when the Uber driver never showed up. When I called a customer service number and was told he couldn’t help me find how to request a refund he said he was going to hang up on me then did. I was in another Uber drivers car at the time and he listened to the entire conversation and agreed I was never rude in any way and he said that was just wrong.

Uber charged me cancellation charges even though I cancelled when your site was still searching for a ride and was taking too long. So how do you justify it by saying that cancellation charges are for the efforts of the driver when you have not yet assigned any driver?

Horrible support team they never understand anything i say, they follow a script like a robot without understanding what your problem is. I bet you if you call for a problem and hang up and call again another person will respond and say that same exact thing word by word. Worst customer service i delt with in my life. And i say that not from one call but from several interactions with uber support. I drive for Uber and unfortunately I have to deal with nonsense every-time i have a problem.
