I’ve been using Uber for both rides and Uber Eats for a while now, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. My last ride took more than an hour to get home, and it was a nightmare — though not the driver’s fault at all. The real issue was with the Uber app. The app kept showing confusing directions and mismatched pick-up and drop-off information. The driver first picked up one rider, then the app added another rider to the route. After dropping the first rider off, we couldn’t find the second rider due to the app’s confusing instructions. The map kept changing, and neither the driver nor I could figure out what was going on. The other rider kept calling the driver and shouting at him, which was unnecessary and made the situation even more stressful. I felt bad for the driver since he was just following the app’s directions, but everything was so poorly handled. On my phone, all I could see was "co-rider drop-off" without clear pick-up info, which made it even worse. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Uber. I even canceled my Uber One membership because of poor service and unresolved issues. Uber’s support has been lackluster, and it feels like they don’t care about resolving customer concerns anymore. We’re paying a lot for these services, and it’s frustrating not to receive the quality we deserve. Uber needs to fix its app and provide better service because, right now, it’s just not worth it.

I got disappointed service from Uber. They are charging $11.29 from my Account without inform me and giving any reason. When I inquire it and informed that I need a solution for that simply they disconnected the Call. This is a big fraud and they steal money from the innocent people.

I will not ever use Uber because the fine print agreement signs your liability rights away. Lawyers and business people screw people over unfairly and think by winning and making money unfairly is ok (e.g. the Mom, Dad, and daughter who used Uber when their Uber driver wrongfully ran a red light and caused a tragic accident; But the family could not sue because the 16 yr old daughter had signed a separate long-worded Uber Eats clause that invalidated her or anyone in her family to sue Uber. Not fair and we should not ever trust Uber or lawyers that enable this unfairness.

Takes ok long to find drivers. Drivers are always cancelling trips within 5 minutes of arrival. And this is after you’ve been waiting for sometimes 15 minutes or more.

Uber is one of the worst companies to work for they've acted my account many times for no probable cause. We Uber drivers deal with some crazy people who threaten Our Lives who disrespect us and because we stand up for ourselves the drivers are penalized my Uber deactivating accounts. Preventing people from making a living under pain their drivers I have proof which I will be posting. Somebody needs to create a different driving app to support drivers better. Uber doesn't appreciate what bus drivers do. I'm glad Latisha James the da out of New York sued him for $325 million now I'm trying to get the Attorney General's office of Arizona to do the same. Here's a ride I had out of the airport the only paid me $7 and charged the passenger $19 I barely got paid 40% when they're supposed to pay 60%. Please somebody do something about this this company is pure scum

I didn't realize Uber commits fraud thousands of times a day. How? They charge you more than the quoted price. I was quoted 92.74 and they charged me 128.10. After reading reviews, I found this is a common practice with Uber. BEWARE!

Uber in Poland is really cheating with the price for a ride. They show you a smaller price when ordering and then then suddenly when you arrive at the distination the price as gone up with 33%. They refuse to return you your money. In other cases they put Sunday/evening tarif on when driving on normal working days - specially if you speak english.

I ordered food and expected it at the time that was quoted. After 15 minutes after that time I called the driver who SPOKE NO ENGLISH!!! Chat online-joke No way to speak to anyone at Uber or course. Never got my food. Called my bank and told them not to pay it. Uber is the worst!!

Absolutely horrible service!! Ordered from Uber eats and my order was incorrect when it arrived. Reached out to customer support and provided photos and I was refused a refund without any reason given, was only given auto generated responses, and was told all I can do it leave a review on the restaurant and delivery person. What good does that do me! They do not care about genuine customer service at all! They only want money. I still want my money back for my incorrect order.

Would have given them a 0 score but not an option. Worst customer service. How are they allowed to do false advertisement. I thought that was against the law. Estimated time of arrival does not match true delivery time. And no matter if you cancel in 1 minute after being placed you will still be charged. Posted picture of one of their customer service representatives telling me not to cancel through the app must do a chat to cancel to avoid being charged.

I ordered a Uber ride on 09/23/2024 my driver Doyle with a Cadillac XT5, PXF6587 began my ride without me in the car when I canceled the ride Uber refused to refund me my money I work hard to earn my money they just let their employees rip people off and that’s very unprofessional and unfair this is wrong

Need Uber at VA hospital,driver was Ivan,he went to the wrong entrance when told which entrance it was ,waited two minutes and left!! Still got charged for !! Never use or recommend!!

Uber overcharge credit card for unknown reason!!!! Uber overcharged me on a ride I did on 05/21/24. The statement on Uber app/site shows the charge of $20.24 including tip. They additionally charged my credit card $23.92 and I don't know why. It's not included anywhere in the app. Was unable to get a hold of anyone. Phone #'s unavailable. They only have help by frequently asked question. Will not be using them again. I'd rather take a taxi from now on. PS: They also have done the same thing on my previous trip of 10/02/2022 in Chicago. Just warning: be aware. Zelia L.
