To be quite honest, I was forced into giving of one star, as the option for less was unavailable. The cost was $28 and change for a one way seven mile trip, the driver didn't know north from south and as a result was twenty minutes late, having spent most of his time driving around in a development on the wrong side of the road. I should note that I gave the driver an accurate description of a very unique home, one that almost everyone knows. I say almost with tongue in cheek, there are those who are blind and don't know it by "sight." How you could miss the only yellow two-story house in a small town filled with one story homes, is beyond my comprehension. So rating is less than one star actually, I will never refer uber to anyone I know, as it appears that anyone with a cellphone and a car they can't afford can drive for them, even if they don't know the outlying area.

I have been battling to get my drivers details. I have gone to our local law enforcement and I still can’t get the drivers details. My phone is gone and Uber doesn’t take responsibility for anything. The system allows to call once then you must deal with a bot. It is ridiculous. Uber is running syndicate for criminals and protects them at the same time

Uber support team is all overseas mostly in India. Most of them can't read and understand English. The workers are underpaid and less likely to pay good attention to what they are doing. Careless and cheap

Very bad and unprofessional application. I always prefer using blu smart or even Rapido is better than Uber. For that matter even inDrive application is better than this application. There is no check on the drivers, they cancel even after confirming. The drivers always call and ask where do you want to go before even starting from their location. There have been times when the car number doesn’t match the car also.

Honestly horrendous system will do anything but give you a refund or listen to the issues. Paying for priority delivery and having the delivery person still arrive so late is atrocious. Like I just want my money back… but the system will do anything but give you the time of day with a human. Even the customer service is trash. The agent gives you like pre-stated responses and doesn’t even solve the problem

I booked a ride for 22.09 the ride was out far it would take them more than 20 minutes to get to me and they were only 2 miles out from me so I cancelled the ride only for the next available ride to tripled in price. Uber sucks

Always happy with Uber service except for this last trip. I had never been to the location before and the driver dropped me off around the corner at an alley entrance. In a lot of pain from a dental urgency and I wouldn't have found the place in a timely fashion if I didn't have my cell with me. VERY poor customer service with this driver.

This was a birthday cake along with some gifts from my sister. I was available at home and checked multiple times at the door. It is most likely that the delivery guy (Shahid) just took it with him and this brings a bad reputation to UBER. The total order was worth £36.98. The delivery guy’s name was Shahid who most likely stole the parcel. Uber has refused to issue a refund and also claimed that it was our fault since the driver tried calling and waited for 7 minutes. I can confirm that I was downstairs within a minute of receiving the ‘delivered’ message and there was no parcel or delivery man waiting. What a horrible experience with UBER eats. After placing an order from Panda express via Uber Eats, I explicitly selected $0.00 for a tip. However, one hour later, they actually debited my PayPal account for $4 for a tip without my consent or without authorisation. I have contacted customer service and on many social media Platforms, but so far, everyone has refused to give me my money they took from my account. I’m escalating this to the chief executive and I’m getting PayPal involved In my opinion, this is an appalling company and I would steer well clear of them.

Very worst services .. While booking cab then the fair is shown on app is zeniune and after riding complete Fair was showing jst double.. and driver told that complain to company. They were not able to help ..totally Bad experiences. DON'T BOOK CAB THROUGH UBER APP

Uber support are total garbage for when it comes to looking after their drivers riders making a mess by vomiting in the car and the driver is expected to stop working lose the day wage spend time getting the car professionally cleaned only for Uber to give you the money it cost you back not everything it cost the driver in loss of earnings completely unfair policy rider should have to compensate for loss of earnings and not just the cleaning cost. Also why is it ok for the rider to be able to touch the drivers if the driver behaviour was like this Uber would ban the driver but allow the rider to get away with it disgusting service from Uber

I booked a uber this morning. Uber cancelled the trip but took my money. I was not able to book another uner or taxi because they put my money in pending with my bank. Because if this I lost £250 job. They came up with some excuse. Iake a uber almost everyday so I dint understand why had ti check my bank details as I use the same details all the time. Then I called up customer service for this person to be being abrupt. I am very disappointed

He did not update his location nor communicate to me as to where he was. He then decided to reject us after waiting for 15 minutes. Will never use Uber again!

Uber is dead, really dead. Everything about it so bad. Expensive rides, expensive booking fees, drivers that take hours to arrive to pick up. Everything is so bad👎 You bettet shut the company

This review is fir customer service, when you call uber. This man who had a Mexican accent, was very rude when I told him I wanted to cancel my ride. He hung up on me! He Saud that I may have to wait 2 hours to get picked up to come back home. It was going to be from a doctor's office, at about 5pm. No chairs outside and he said, that I may have to wait. I just wasn't going to do that in 115 degree heat! I had to call back to cancel, dmsince he wouldn't cancel my rude and hung up on me instead. I will never call uber again! I rather pay more and take a taxi! At least, they are more friendly! I haven't trued Lyft yet.

The worst customer service ever. Left my keys today at 8am in the car, called since 8 am more than once and was told to wait for 6h to be told that the driver went home and I can collect my lost property on Monday. Driver offers to give his home address to collect the keys but when I say I will go with the police he says he won't give me the address. Call for support and I get NO SUPPORT. To be told I need to wait until they don't know when. I have my keys of my house and my work, I've been contact straight after I left the car. You have no customer service and after I get this sorted, I will definitely not use any of your services.

Either Uber or the driver took it upon themselves to leave an outrageous tip right after I was dropped off. There is no way to call or to talk to an actual person. Through the chat AI kept responding after refunding the tip amount. That doesn't solve the fact that the driver stole from me or Uber stole from me. I haven't been able to get a hold of a real person
