“Perfect for our space! Was a little worried with the delivery. Plastic on the outside of rug did not hold up, but there was not damage. Yeh. Will definitely order again.”

“Beautiful rugs, as expected from a Karastan product. I ordered two runners, and received tracking information for one, not two. I am not sure if the other rug order was lost for awhile, but I did call and Incredible Rugs got it straightened out quickly. I got the reassurance I needed that I would eventually get a rug. Keep in mind that Karastan ships the rugs, so I cannot fault Incredible Rugs for any shipping problems or delays. I like one rug so much I may order another, larger size. Even the husband likes them!”

“Bright vibrant color. Looks like it will be easy to maintain. One down side is that the edges curl a bit from being rolled but we have something heavy on two of them and they should flatten out soon. We are getting lots of compliments!”

“Your employees need training in customer service. I had an unfilled order and became absolutely exasperated with some bozo who was running his mouth, talking down to me and not listening, much less trying to solve the problem. Never again.”
