“Wonderful transaction from beginning to end! Excellent communication from the vendor to let me know the status of my order. Rug was delivered quickly to my doorstep and was so beautiful... Beyond my expectations! So beautiful, in fact, that I immediately ordered another in a larger size! The pricing was amazing as well... Substantially cheaper than on comparable websites and, believe me, I checked! Don't hesitate to place an order with Incredible Rugs and Decor! You will not be disappointed!”

“prompt service with fast turnaround from placing my order to delivery. Prices were wonderful and included the non slip pad which was a great starter so I didn't have to run out and get something prior to placing my rug on tile.”

“We were able to find the manufacture of the wool rug we were looking for and at a great price. Their site gave us great detail including color information. We purchased at a sale price and saved almost 50% over retail. The rug came when promised and was double wrapped for protection. Will definitely shop here again and willpass on to others our experience.”

“Bought this rug to add color to our office and everyone is obsessed! The colors are bright and fun but not over the top. It's so pretty everyone has been walking around it as they don't want to ruin it! Also, the customer service rep was super helpful in giving me frequent updates on the status of this rug as it was back ordered and we were hoping to have it for an event. She was great!”

“Perfect for our space! Was a little worried with the delivery. Plastic on the outside of rug did not hold up, but there was not damage. Yeh. Will definitely order again.”

“Beautiful rugs, as expected from a Karastan product. I ordered two runners, and received tracking information for one, not two. I am not sure if the other rug order was lost for awhile, but I did call and Incredible Rugs got it straightened out quickly. I got the reassurance I needed that I would eventually get a rug. Keep in mind that Karastan ships the rugs, so I cannot fault Incredible Rugs for any shipping problems or delays. I like one rug so much I may order another, larger size. Even the husband likes them!”
