“I’m very satisfied with the choice rug Loloi - Patina - 04 it’s absolutely beautiful. It looks vintage - depending on how you look at the rug the colors are more defined. Robert was most helpful with any questions that I had. This is my second time ordering from Incredible Rugs. I would highly recommend them. Vic”

“I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I ordered my rug late on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday. It was just as it appeared on the website. I would definitely order from them again in the future.”

“I give Incredible Rugs 5 Star. Customer service is awesome. My rug was delivered in 4 days to Indiana. I saw this rug at Macy’s was going to cost over $1000 for the very same rug. I searched the internet read the reviews and the rest is history. I am reluctant to order on line the reviews were positive. Will continue to buy from Incredible Rugs.”

“If I were to order a rug again, I would order a 2x3 to check the color. I like the rug I purchased, but the colors do not work. I can return, but it will cost $150. I am disappointed with this company and myself for not looking into the return policy in more detail. This is a service. The rugs are sent from the manufacturer.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our sample program is an excellent way to check colors in your room before ordering a full size rug. Most of our rugs are thick and heavy and returning a very large size can be pricey. A tip; try rotating the rug in the room. Colors can change dramatically when you simply turn the rug 180 degrees. Thank you.

“The rug came in a shorter time than I expected- which was great! Very considerate service- I liked being notified that it was shipped and the delivery time. I was also impressed by the thank you email I received right after ordering- an email from A PERSON!”

“I found Incredible Rugs and Decor while searching the web for a particular rug. With their discount, I could not find a better price. I was notified of every step taken before my rug arrived. Service and shipping was great. Arrived two days earlier than was due. I would buy from this company again, if the need arises. Rug was beautiful, as expected.”

“I'm mostly disappointed about the cost of return being over 20% of the cost of the rug. I wish there were cheaper ways to send them back. One I never opened, the other I opened and closed once I seen the color. I was planning on getting the same carpet in another color as I already own 3 of their carpets in the grey and brown which I love. I can buy and return locally at no cost. This turned out to be very expensive.”

Thank you for your input. As Fedex and UPS continue to raise their rates, our Sample Swatch Program is very beneficial. It's a great way to check colors/texture in your home without the hassle and expense of returning a large size rug if the colors don't work out. Our samples are cut down from large rugs so you can accurately see the scale of the pattern, as well.
