“The price was awesome- the rug came quicker than expected. I was so excited I went to FedEx Freight to pick rug up myself. However, the packaging came ripped and the rug was a little greasy/ dirty. I concerned, I would have to return the rug. Just wiped it off and all good. Thank you for such a great experience.”

“I just purchase a Loloi Anastasia rug in grey/sage. It is a beautiful rug, and the service that I received from Incredible Rugs was really Incredible! The rug arrived early, in perfect condition and was just as described. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I also love the prices at Incredible Rugs. I did look at other sites before purchasing this rug. Incredible Rugs was the best price, and I do believe the best service.”

“The 10% off for new customers discount was my reason for buying from Incredible Rugs but their excellent customer service will be my reason for purchasing from them again. The rug I ordered was backordered but it arrived much more quickly than expected. I emailed the company with several questions about the backorder & the delivery and every email was answered quickly, courteously & completely. “We ordered a 8x11 rug. We wanted wool but ended up with synthetic but it is beautiful, soft, gorgeous color, detailed design we love it! Colors we’re very true to what we saw on our computer screen may be a bit lighter. Shipping and delivery were flawless. I would definitely order from incredible rugs again.”

“I give Incredible Rugs 5 Star. Customer service is awesome. My rug was delivered in 4 days to Indiana. I saw this rug at Macy’s was going to cost over $1000 for the very same rug. I searched the internet read the reviews and the rest is history. I am reluctant to order on line the reviews were positive. Will continue to buy from Incredible Rugs.”

“If I were to order a rug again, I would order a 2x3 to check the color. I like the rug I purchased, but the colors do not work. I can return, but it will cost $150. I am disappointed with this company and myself for not looking into the return policy in more detail. This is a service. The rugs are sent from the manufacturer.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our sample program is an excellent way to check colors in your room before ordering a full size rug. Most of our rugs are thick and heavy and returning a very large size can be pricey. A tip; try rotating the rug in the room. Colors can change dramatically when you simply turn the rug 180 degrees. Thank you.
