The worst agency ever, they just steal your money, the customer service the very bad and they don't even listen to you. I got kiwi guarantee, and they let me alone middle of night. They gave alternative flight with 26 hours including 2 transit and buss, instead of my direct flight. Hahahah and thy refuse to refund my money back, I asked to talk to a supervisor and they also said he is not available. Just swindlers. Not recommended

If I could give no stars I would, I have had a horrible experience with Kiwi.com booking flights. The booking numbers and reference numbers are invalid with the airline carrier, I've contacted the airline directly 3 times and they tell me they have no booking reference under our names, they checked the date of travel our birth dates and the e ticket number I was given and say all not valid. I've called and discussed my concern with Kiwi.com several times and they refuse to give me proof from the actual airline that my booking is valid and also refuse to give me a full refund DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

Absolute disgraceful company. Booked flights, got confirmation and then suddenly 10 days later I'm told my return flight isn't available because they made a human error. The so called free alternative they offered meant a stopover and travel time of 16 hours instead of 8 hours. So I choose the full refund option they offered me. When I rang and asked for the refund I was then told that because they offered an alternative then it would be a voluntary refund and so I would lose my money (£1500). When I explained that they sent me an email offering a full refund, I then had to provide them with evidence of the email they sent me. You couldn't make this up! So in essence they were calling me a liar when I rang and I had to prove I wasn't. I'm still not clear I will get my money back (well I will because I will take this to court if I have to). AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are fraud. Last week I booked A ticket from Hamburg to Islamabad. In Istanbul Airport Pigasus airline charged from me 95 Euro extra for my Hand carry. In my return ticket they give me Islamabad to Karachi PIA flight but when I went to Islamabad so there wasnt any flight. When I asked from PIA DESK so they told me it's fraud they havent any flight today. Then for Conecting other flights I bought other ticket. Then in return I sent my all bag and Extra flight ticket Bill to KIWI and requested to return my Bills. But Kiwi customer Service replied that there are not responsible for All These. Thatswhy I amnot recommand to others. They are fraud. Be carefull please. And dont waste Your money like that.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! I booked with them, the carrier cancelled, they never gave me credit or a refund. The worst part was that the flying options that they gave me to my destination were all full priced didn’t even discounted the money I had already paid. I ended up having to book with another carrier directly and paid double. They’re scammers!

This has to be one the WORSE companies I have ever come across. Please please please AVOID. I booked a flight and purchased extra luggage which they charged me for it, and then a day before my flight they informed me that my luggage was not included and had no explanation for this accept claiming that I apparently logged in the app and changed the flight details which is complete RUBBISH! They advised me to purchase luggage at the airport instead which I did and had to pay double the amount because it was at the airport. They agreed that they will refund me if I did purchase extra luggage at the airport, I sent them receipts like they requested and they came back saying they will not issue me a refund and they STILL charged me for the first luggage I purchased when I booked the flight. They are a fraud company and even at the airport the staff said they always get complaints about this company and to advised to not book with them again. This will be the first and last time I ever book through them. Please be CAREFUL they will scam you!

Kiwi is NOT transparent in costs - hidden fees: Kiwi does a terrible job of integrating potential cost increases up front. Like sure it'll show you the lowest cost flight up front, but backed behind that are SO many hidden fees that they do not warn you of. Not to mention their documents and emails are not user friendly. Again, not transparent in warnings and reminders. For example, I booked a flight that is typically just 3 hours direct. Kiwi booked two direct flights to my destination and one flight back. Entire thing = $143 - fine sounds reasonable. Come to find out, all flights were Frontier Airlines AND you cannot update baggage on their site once the purchase is made. So, I ended paying in total $278 dollars MORE in just CARRY-ON luggage, a high cost fee for EACH of the flights - 3 total. That is MORE than the original flight tag itself. So total for this whole thing I actually spent $421. Ridiculous. Highly do not recommend using them.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Bought a ticket through Kiwi, could not get a refund, could only get a "good faith" sum (roughly 1/3 of what I had paid) because they do not offer funds per their agreement. Very unhelpful, very sketchy. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.

Absolute crooks and liars. Lie Lie Lie from them and 15 months to reply and tell me my refund will be delayed. Oh really? They cancelled a non-existing connecting flight but you only get back the $554.00 because you could have taken the last flight costing $2,600. Yes, they cancelled only hours before and absolutely no way to find any other flights. Scammers, liers, crooks, incompetent, worthless people at kiwi.

Despite the airline canceling the flight (which kiwi wasn't aware of before i called) and the need to cancel and rebook the whole flight due to no other option being provided by the original carrier till the next day, kiwi would not refund the full ticket amount. Awful customer service and 4+ months in constant follow-up to get any resolution.

I wish I had read reviews before using this company. I can just confirm that I also got scammed and robbed of money that the flight company (norwegian) was happy to give back. I wonder what kiwi does with all the money they keep? Customer service is a joke, they speak poorly english so they didnt even understand my question. They didn’t show any intention of helping or to adjust their behaviour to make a better customer experience. Dont use them! Me and my relatives, for sure, will never use them again.

My carrier anticipated the return flight by 6 hours, destroying my last day of the trip, BUT the carrier offered Kiwi a refund writing to the email address the create for your booking (I know this because the airline confirmed it to me themselves, and other friends who booked the same flight directly with the airline got the refund). Although Kiwi policy says that, in such a case, FOR ALL FARES they will offer you the chance to take the refund or accept the change, THEY NEVER GAVE ME this chance and refused to give my money back. They insisted in treating my request as voluntary cancellation. So do not trust in what is written on their website, they will just rob you.

The worst experience ever! We purchased tickets in June for flights in November (Belgrade-Tenerife-Belgrade), then we had to choose paid alternatives due to airline changes (disputed was return flight). It would be ok, if it was the only change. A month before our flight, we had to choose another unacceptable paid alternative with over 25hours for the flight from Tenerife to Belgrade. At the same time, they had a better offer for new passengers than for us (flights which last about 8hours). Directly, I asked for that different offer and they were professionally avoiding the answer. Somehow, they accepted to allow me to REQUEST other alternative and refused my request, of course. We decided to find solution on our own and I requested a refund from the disputed airline directly. As Kiwi purchased tickets on behalf of us, they received a refund of $140.40 (I have proof of it - airline sent me). When I told them about it, they refused to get my funds back, so the conclusion is that they stole my funds! I have to mention, they were trying to offer me their assisted refund and they didn't offer me a refund with Kiwi credit (I'm whondering, why?!) There are a lot of details that happened during our "communication", but I don't want to go on too long. AVOID THIS SCAMMER PROVIDER!  P.s. Take a look on proof of refund by KLM directly. Kiwi knows that and they declined to get my funds back.

We were failed by Kiwi, who could not arrange for the paid cabin baggage with Ryan Air, after me having to pay double for a ticket, which was booked for the coming month by mistake. My wife and daughter were shamed and named by the miserable Ryan Airline while waiting to check in and had to endure unnecessary stress and pay again. Kiwi offered me a miserable Credit of 30 Euros to be used with Kiwi again. I will never again use Kiwi and will tell everybody to avoid you and Ryan Air in future. Thanks good there are alternatives to them!

Absolutely pathetic. Never ever book. They take 3-4 months for a refund even if airline makes changes and refunds instantly, and even after taking so much time, they only do partial refunds, after receiving 100% refunds from the airline. I myself spoken to the airline and even sent proofs/screenshots to kiwi showing that airline had refunded fully, but all fell to deaf ears as kiwi is so passionate about scamming customers.

I bought a ticket Pattaya-Dubai-Tel Aviv-Vilnius. I wasn’t allowed on board on a flight Dubai-Tel Aviv because the layover was too short (Kiwi sold bundles, connected tickets, so I trusted that they know regulations). Long story short, I spent 10hours stuck in Dubai, they sent me to Warsaw instead of Lithuania. I then had to buy a ticket from Warsaw to Vilnius at my own expense. You know what was Kiwi response? You guessed it - we cannot control carriers. :) even though they sell tickets and do not check layover times and regulations for them. Customer support is robotic, mechanic, zero empathy, denied everything, didn’t take any responsibility, left me alone solving my problems trying to return home, stuck in airport. At the end, all I asked was at least to refund money for that extra ticket I had to buy from Warsaw to Vilnius. Nope. Not gonna happen. :) Never again I will use this broker.

Just money grabbing company. They will only refund full amount (even if you cancel 2 weeks earlier), to Flexible ticket, which means you have to pay $40 extra just to have the ability to get funds back, any funds back. Now they will get refunded for my ticket by the airline, and sell another ticket, and just get my $210 as a gift for the horrible business they run. Stay away from this company! Milica
