The service was good but I just didn't appreciate the fact that just to move from my mum's insurance to have my own insurance there was an admin charge when it took 30 seconds to set it up !! Come on it just easy money for you, think about the customers pocket and charge a sensible amount.

Found the service via a comparison website and was fairly easy to book. Customer Service Agent who spoke to me to verify me was very friendly and confident in answering my questions.

Overall, a decent company to deal with. Marked down for the fact that I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes when trying to purchase insurance and then when I did get through, the process was unbearably slow. Beware of the regular offers for add ons to your policy though That being said, very easy website to use, the staff were friendly, and a decent price.

Not sure why all the information given on the website had to be double checked by a telephone call the next day after BEFORE the insurance cover note was issued!

Overall service is good, but the admin charges seem ridiculous bearing in mind this is an annual occurrence.

It's a shame, in this modern age, that you can't do anything through the website, or get electronic copies of documents. Took 22 minutes to renew by phone.

This is the first time I've used this insurance co but I got a great deal for my MP3 500cc scooter most other insurers wouldn't in sure me.

Lexham originally gave me the best quote, unfortunately I waited 2 weeks and it went up by £150!

You would have got very good but............... ............this policy is for my son to go with a motorcycle he is getting as a present. I specifically asked that the documentation, which I need to get the new vehicle taxed, was sent to my email address and not posted to him as named policyholder. Despite this I have not received the documents by email but by post addressed to him. Fortunately he hadn't noticed the letter among the pile of other stuff for me so I was able to intercept. This could have spoiled a surprise in which case you would have got a "very poor". This cannot be that unusual a request.

Passed my A1 test a few months ago and just renewed my insurance (hoping it would come down) only to be told that as i can only ride a 125cc i do not get a discount? (waste of £600 that was?). I also asked about why i did not get a years no claims discount and was told that they do not do this on a classic policy? Nothing mentioned about this beforehand so i will look around a bit more next year to see if there is a better policy..... :/

The young lady though polite was longwinded and read out most of the information in the letter you had already sent which apart from being tedious seemed like a deliberate attempt to prolong the call for profit. Also I didn't appreciate the telesales attempts during the call. More procrastination which reminded me of the bad old days of PPI. All in all a dissapointing experience for your employee and your customer.
