The reason I have put poor is because I have requested that my documents are sent to this email address and I am still waiting for them , the request was sent on SUnday and I was beginning to wonder if you had received the request and would have been chasing this up . hOwever as you have sent this review to this email address it is clear you have received my request but not yet acted upon it . I would appreciate it if my documents relating to this insurance are sent out as soon as possible please tHank

On several occasion you have been told to replace the name madrina Denys to marcellus nathaniel to date this has not been. Can you please do as soon as possible and send new dicumentation

Your agents need to be better trained and your customer services need to learn how to keep the customer updated about the events. As much as I finally got what I asked for, a lot of hassle was created due to lack of training of your agents and the fact that your customer services said they will call me back and update me soon yet 24 hours later, it was for me to call to and ask what is the latest in order to find out if my insurance went through fine.

Vast amounts of text and nonsense. Legal jargon that is impossible to read in its entirety especially for anyone not trained in law. Like everyone else I am forced to agree to its provisions largely unread. Even the spoken conditions could have led to a three day conversation had I asked the questions that I have. The requirements for anti theft security are wildly impractical, and in the case of my particular vehicle, IMPOSSIBLE to implement. One is left with the impression that the insurers intend that they will never have to pay out in the event of a theft. I am forced to accept these term as a requirement in law. A situation exploited by the insurers to the hilt.

Renewal stated that I could renew on a Saturday up to 4.30pm After numerous attempts to get through on the number provided @ 12.15 pm (call kept saying no one available to answer your call!) I had to trawl the internet to find a number so that i could renew, otherwise my insurance would have lapsed that evening.

your agent was nice and courteous but neither he nor his supervisor understand the law as per CBT requirement for riding a 50cc moped...One only has to pass the CBT once and then as long as your regular drivers license is valid then your one time CBT covers you for eligibility to ride a 50cc moped. Any of the firms that offer the CBT understand this. Your agents at first wanted to hold back my insurance renewal, then finally said they would renew it but that I had to take responsibility for holding the proper license. It took me half an hour on the phone to get to that point. You need to know the rules.

I was stopped nearly 2 weeks after taking out the cover. I didn't get the policy documents as they went into spam folder. The police rung Lexham and some idiot said I wasn't insured. The police wanted to give me 6 points and tow my scooter away. I got my uncle to ring and check then he was told I was insured. This really upset me.

Has been a month and still have received my insurance certificate. Lost all my details that i gave them on the website. Basically had to give my details over the phone. Don't have a email to get in contact with them
