I QUITE FRANKLY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE THAT EVEN IF I SELL MY MOTORCYCLE OR CANCEL MY INSURANCE THAT I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL INSURANCE PRICE AS YOU CLASS THIS AS SOME KIND OF LOAN !!!!!!°

Everything was fine, insurance was cheap until I changed to a Suzuki GSX 125 and suddenly the price of my insurance went up to £72 yet according to two different comparison websites the insurance for my bike from Lexham should have been £40, whilst bot the cheapest option I could have gone for it was easier to swap the bike over then canceling the insurance I already had. I was not happy after sitting in the phone for an hour and a half just to be told the cheapest thing for me to do is cancel my insurance after paying£52 to swap my insurance over. Was not impressed.

lexhamsecure.co.uk is one of the worst web applications out there - extremely unstable and insecure. Will have to cancel my policy simply because there is no way to download policy contract and customer service over phone simply does not work.

I understand its my own fault, however did a quote on a comparison website for 3rd party fire and thief - after speaking to the adviser I am now 3rd party on for the same price? after thinking about for a few days I may cancel it

one of the employees at lexham gave me false information unfortunately I was not informed of this till the next day when policy commenced and I was charged a massive premium, I'd recommend avoiding lexham as they have poor customer service and charge massive amounts of money whenever they get the chance.

Recently got insurance for my scooter. And like always everyone looks very happy and helpful when it is the matter to take your money. I got third party cover and was convinced for breakdown cover too. Unfortunately I had an accident last week and when I actually needed help and advice, no one would help me. I was in the middle of the road with smashed bike, trying to call endless numbers and they just would redirect me from one number to another and wouldn't even help me with anything. I spoke to like 6 or 7 different people, saying I am in the accident and my vehicle smashed and not even one asked me, if I am ok. The only thing I heard from all of them "no we cant help you", breakdown cover is not for accidents. we dont deal with that. Extremely disappointed and upset.

Purchased policy through go compare opted for fully comprehensive paid deposit first premium to be taken approx 3 weeks taken at 2 causing charge for being overdrawn. Policy is third party fire and theft do not understand how this has happened.

As a new customer I am not impressed with the work I am expected to do: scan/photocopy driving license, set up sharing code etc. I was also asked to give my CBT certificate but then told I didn't need to. I was not asked to give proof of NCB, but was told that I do indeed need to send this in. Like, most customers, I am after simplicity but this is the most complicated signing up process I have ever experienced in getting my insurance renewed.

Still waiting for docs to come thru after a week. Had to chase. Staff polite but quote took a very long time and ended up being wrong as I was insuring a classic vehicle not a modern one.

So much confusion about what I was going to be charged. Was not impressed as was offered something I was already signed up for. Most likely won't renew next year and only joined as I was recommended by the company I bought my bike off.

got a quote via a comparison website. after finalising the quote they sent me the documents which had many different details to those submitted by me. When I called to correct the details I was charged an extra premium AND my excess went up!

Everything they offer for my insurance on my new electric bike seemed to be very expensive and the conditions of cover were restricting and exacting. My Operator tried hard to find some item on the policy on which to apply a discount but there was nowhere. This insurer requires more competition in the marketplace. A bruising experience. Let's hope they're better if I ever have to claim. I would hope to find a better company when I have more time to look around than I did this time.

Although I have repeatedly requested my insurance contract to be sent to email, nothing happened until now.

Having gone through all the questions setting up the insurance I go ahead and pay. The documents are sent and I read them all. so far so good so I buy the bike and then receive a letter stating that there must be another lock used when ever the bike is unattended, even when in a garage. That should have been stated from the very beginning. Plus a much better description of what that means, does it mean when I go to pay for fuel after filling up ? If I park at a café but sit outside is my bike covered without a lock ? It's a very vague request and reads as a get out of jail card for the insurance company if your bike is stolen. Hopefully I won't have to ever find out but it would have been better to know from the start.

You called me on the day I insured myself to ask questions of conformation. I said I'm busy, call me back in exactly 1 hour, the lady on the phone agreed to call me in exactly 1 hour, I still have not received a phone call.

Told your company the 3 points I mentioned originally where not valid anymore and the bike was fully data tagged and I got no reduction after only 3 days of first getting the policy. Very very poor that removing 3 points made no impact on the premium.

Very poor experience. It took several telephone calls to arrange a simple insurance worth #138. The operators obliged the caller to give details of existing policies before passing on to another operative who asked the same questions. In my case this happened several times. On one occasion I was left holding on for at least 10 minutes while the operator re-booted his computer. The operator tried to sell additional items despite being told I wanted only to re-new the insurance. At the end the operator read all the conditions of the policy at such a speed that it was not possible to absorb all the issues involved. Altogether a necessary but unpleasant experience.

Your insurance fits my needs but the agreement terms and conditions were written in language that made me feel that i had entered into and agreement with the mafia, being told to return signed letter within a certain time frame or risk and administration fee of £26, s etc. You guys want to get more customer friendly. Once this policy comes to and end i will not be renewing. Just hope that you guys stick to your end of the agreement.
