Ordered online twice once through LG partner website and once through hone depot (appliance came from LG warehouse) both times delivery dates confirmed. Both times delivery dates inaccurate. I took a day off without pay and looks as if another day off without pay. Company said they sent a voice message. I did not receive a voice message either time. As I do not have access to my company email outside the office. Twice now. Buyer beware unless you want to lose pay because they don't deliver when they say they will.

LG 43UR91006LA TV less than 6 mths old, popup said channels needed updating. Bad move! Most existing channels lost on retune! Only answer factory reset! 4 days later same thing, & another factory reset! Auto u/d now turned off, as it's apparently a known problem. All LG say is check your aerial!!!! Last LG product I every buy!

Do not buy this over priced junk. Our fridge / freezer stopped running and it's been nearly 2 weeks to get it fixed. We still do not have a date of when it will be fixed. Last week LG was supposed to send a Tech to our house. My wife took 2 days off of work to stay home, both times LG called and backed out. FANTASTIC customer service. My question is, where do I send the bill for all the food we have bought to eat out since we don't have the ability to keep food in our house? I hope LG enjoyed the money they got from us with the purchase of the fridge / freezer, microwave, stove and dishwasher. You will NEVER get another cent from us. We will take our business elsewhere.

I'd give a negative 5 for the worst ever customer service, worst company to have to deal with beside Home Depot who sells their product. Had a refrigerator dropped in my garage not installed but dropped for a 2nd scheduling was needed for install. 1st available was 4 days later. On July 16 2024 when product was installed there was a bent piece to the back of it. The installers took pics to send in to their company an I did as well. So there starts the run around, toss back an forth, Home Depot to LG. LG Reps are awful. Definitely a language barrier, they put you on hold indefinite times up to an over 20 mins calling themselves documenting, I believe in hopes you hang up. What could be documented when there's no assistance. I'm told by LG day of install they have part, should they send to me, for me to do myself, are you kidding me!! No i ask for tech, oh ok yea someone call you in a couple days to set up. Several days pass, oh now repeat situation, meanwhile I've sent them pics, receipts, Landen doc an damage. Oh now we are escalating and someone will call. Hours on the phone at this point. 22nd July, I get a offer $200 to make right the damage. Really, that's the best a Big Corp has is to toss a bone to a consumer an we are expected to jump? Back your products, back your hype of what you do to the products you put out there. Talk to Supervisor again after days of being on hold and dissmised. Sipervisor Havin says, oh the money is for the inconvenience it doesn't nulll and void their warranty which get this, covers he said interior. Interior!! So you replace my plastic shelves! Really, so gracious. He stated they do not repair their product if damaged on outside.They send me a drafted letter via email to sign relinquishing them from A-Z. Sign it notarize etc. Meanwhile again statng LG has nothing no longer to do with product. Nope , a totalbuy out, hush hush, instead of them backing their product. Biggest mistake for purchase, worse decision I've made LG . Shameful that companies out there are so lacking in professionalism an backing their products when defective. Never ever will I purchase an LG product. I've shared this experience with many so my mistake isn't repeated!

The worst LG customer experience so far. No one knows what to do and help the customer. Extremely disappointed. They keep routing the calls to different specialists like a game show, to irritate and finally to make the customer give up.

I chatted with LG on 7/2/24 about my vacuum that won't turn on. We did some trouble shooting and I was told I would be sent a mailing label and a box. I received nothing. Today is 7/24/24. I tried to chat with LG about this last night and their system kept kicking me off before I could be connected with someone who deals with vacuums. That happened twice. There is no record in "My LG" of my attempt to get information about / initiate a repair on 7/2. I tried again today and was told a) that my vacuum is out of warranty when the motor is NOT out of warranty and b) that I would have to pay $200 plus tax BEFORE I would be sent a mailing label. Why would I do that? Because LG's follow-up and customer service so far has been so stellar? Um, NOPE! I will return this vacuum to Costco and buy a different brand.

I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the service provided by LG. Despite my attempts to seek assistance via emails and calls for a gas leak issue in my LG AC unit, I have not received a response from any level within the organization. Due to this poor service, I cannot recommend LG products. Complaint number: RNP240717026648.

Fridge is a necessity in today’s world. I field a complaint with LG on 8th July and despite repeated reminders, I have been unable to get it repaired. Their people come and take money and go away. They don’t even respond back. The customer service has only 1 answer - we will escalate. My complain RNP number is 240708099405 dated 8th July. Why such foreign companies are allowed to operate in India. They should be thrown out from here.

LG sent technician for my broken induction cooktop, he took pictures of the damage and the model, they charged my credit card $349.00 without service done. The technician is a scammer and lied he reported that he adjusted burners, functions and connections but in fact my complain is the induction cooktop to be replaced, LG believes to their lier technician 2 mos arguing with LG customer service and to their presidential liaison but Gena the presidential liaison close my case without further investigation she believes on the lier technician. I will never trust LG again they are scammers

Purchased a LG refrigerator with the freezer on top in 2021. By July 2024, I had to replace it. The defrosting mechanism stop working. It was going to cost over $400.00 to repair. The refrigerator repairman said LG refrigerators were bad news and cautioned me not to buy another one.

I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by LG. I acquired an LG AC unit last year, and unfortunately, due to apparent negligence in service, the unit experienced a gas leak issue. Despite my attempts to seek assistance via emails and calls, I have not received a satisfactory response from any level within the organization, from junior executives to upper management. This lack of responsiveness has left me frustrated and concerned about the quality of service provided.

Bought LG 70" Flat Screen TV in February 2024 the screen stopped working in June 2024 (brand new TV that lasted less the 5 months). Contacted LG customer service, they wanted to schedule a Tech to come after we sent multiple pictures requested by the representative. The Tech confirmed would be cheaper to replace than repair, but LG said the would repair and have continually scheduled and cancelled service calls since. Terrible product and customer service. LG knows the TV needs to be replaced, but refused to refund or replace.

Had warranty failure on LG refrigerator 6 weeks ago. Tried to work with LG on repair, no results. Tried to work wit LG on replacement. Nothing but a string of broken promises. Literally hours spent on hold. This company is a literal nightmare for warranty issues. 6 weeks without a refrigerator when the failure is a recognized warranty failure is beyond unreasonable.

There was absolutely everything wrong with my LG washer/dryer set, and the fact that the letters “LG” are stamped on my washer/dryer is exactly what is completely and ultimately back-alley broken down wrong - I hemorrhaged $3300+ on 2 years ago and now they don’t work at all thanks to their dysfunctional product that completely broke after (2) tech repairmen came to diagnose/fix it (unrepairable), it would have cost me more to repair the washer then just to buy a new one, other then LG, by far. The dryer broke down at the same time from god knows what, as the labor bills of repair were killing me at the bottom line. I phoned LG for assistance, and a) could not understand a single solitary word any singular rep was saying to me, kept being transferred to one rep after the next, and; b) in broken English I was told that I was required that I get an LG tech for proper diagnosis. Scheduled (3) weeks later. Still no washer and continuing to go to the laundromat. I had an LG tech come out to diagnose washer & dryer (mind you, only one in the northern part of my state, great guy BTW!!!) told me the washer was better off put out to pasture, and the dryer was following right behind the washer in complete and total flames. I called LG back to explain to them what was done and they had an email of the invoice, of course no record of my washing machine issue, but they had the labor invoice with the diagnosis of the problem. And this was so difficult to get across to them as they somehow they can speak English but do not want to hear any part of the customer talking about their issue(s) with their product. Ignorance by natural selection….LG’s only way…. Okay, so transfer, transfer, transfer, to someone who makes “offers” for machines that die on the proverbial operating table per say, this such super - unfriendly, totally ignorant, basically incompetent comprehension of human skills LG speaker on the phone had the audacity to make an offer of $200 for the complete breakdown of their washing machine due their own hand, and told me that this was my own fault! Yes, “John Smith” said it was my fault. This set was only two years old, but what ever occurred with this set, was absolutely my fault, so I suppose washing five towels at a time was a complete no-no? And using my washing machine more than twice a week was a no-no too? As well as putting laundry detergent soap in it WITH my laundry was the biggest no-no of all?!? All I know is that LG makes a horrible product, cannot withstand what it is made for, their people on the other end of the line are complete idiots, and you cannot understand them, and they speak from a script, and they do not converse with you at all, they ignore your questions and constantly talk over you. It is so loud in the background of their call, you hear others yelling in other languages, packages being crumpled, doors being slammed, its obnoxious and I know they do it on purpose to drown out our voices and so they can continue to read from their script and then say “TOO BAD” and then hang up. LG has moved their customer service to a third world country, which is third rate service, and only LG has to blame for their THIRD RATE products such as mine - denial is their game. What a waste of money. I would have been better off just using a washboard, a creek and a big rock because it would have done a much better job by far!!! The picture shows how pretty it looks on the outside, but internally, that’s what is completely and ultimately broken for the set. It pains me to take this to the dump.

I purchased one of your larger LG refrigerators and paid 3,999.00 plus tax for it. The ice maker went out after about a year. After having it 6 years it stopped cooling. We have had the compressor replaced and that didn't fix the problem, had the control board that controls everything replaced and that didn't fix the problem. Then had a crimp in the copper line that goes around the unit fixed, it stayed cold for about 2 weeks then it stopped cooling again. The company replaced the compressor for free, but I had to pay the repairman 980.00 to come work on it. LG will NOT stand behind their products! They offered me a 10% discount on a new LG..really after paying $4,000.00 for this one? I told them no deal. I will never buy another LG fridge. You make them to sell and make money off of..but you dont care about your customers. With all the bad reviews you get..you know they are faulty and you dont care. Your into making money off of people..you dont care if your products last or not, as long as the consumer fattens your pockets. You are the most horrible manufactory of refrigerators that I have ever seen. I love my fridge and its huge size..but..its not worth it when your product is a piece of junk! I recommend that everyone stays away from your products..especially refrigerators!!

My wife and I are in our 70’s, and only the two of us. January 30th 2023 purchase a over the range microwave to match the rest of our LG stainless appliances. By July 17th 2024 the inside electronic lighting no longer works. The light on this particular model ties into the internal circuits which make it impossible for the average customer to fix. We purchased our microwave at Lowe’s, and of course they can not help. LG says to repair the circuits will cost about $340 plus. We paid on sale $284 including tax. The microwave retails for just over $400. I believe LG knew they made an inferior product and offered this unit for less. We have become a throwaway nation. Make it cheap and throw it away. We are definitely going to checkout reviews on our next purchase, and I will no longer trust LG. Life is not Good with LG.

I submitted a claim on June 12th 2024 for a compressor that stopped working in my LG refrigerator. I was told that they were going to have a service technician contact me and that never happened. I was then told that there were no LG service technicians in my area and a return approval would be assessed. After no contact from LG after that point, I inquired again and was told I needed to provide my proof of purchase of my appliance from 2020. My compressor is still within the five-year manufacturer warranty. I have yet to hear from them. I called again last week and was told that my claim would be expedited and I still have not heard anything from them. I have a family of six and we have been living out of coolers for over a month. The customer service and manufacturer claim process is absolutely ridiculous and I will never ever purchase an LG appliance ever again!!!!

For 3 1/2 months we have issues with our model #LRMDS3006S/ 00 fridge. The repair has been here 5 times. Product is covered under a manufacture warranty. The condenser& compressor has been replaced. Hundreds of dollars of food has been discarded. Today 7/16/24 the temp is 48fridge, freezer 22. Every day it is so up and down. Customer service says they must come 6 times, yes the repairman was on vacation for a week, so no service that week. The 5 th call said it would be replaced after the 6th visit. Called to set it up, but they “lost “ the last 2 call complaints! We talked to 2 supervisors. We got mad on the last call and they hung up. As of today the repairman’s request to replace was denied. Our next step is to call New York State consumer products division, blast social media with our story. We had to buy a small fridge to get by while this is being settled. Someone pleas Help!!!

Our refrigerator stopped working 2 weeks ago. It's less than 3-years-old. A service repair person came out today to look at it (I haven't had a fridge for 2 weeks already). He figured out the problem and told me he had to order the part. When I asked how long before the part came in, he couldn't even guess. I asked if it would be weeks or months, and he said he really didn't know. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated, so I ended up buying a tiny fridge to try to get by. To expect someone to go an indefinite period of time with a very expensive fridge that doesn't work seems quite unreasonable. When I express that it's a long time to go without, the reaction is that it's no big deal. I have nothing against the repair person. He was nice and even came early. My issue is that LG is suppose to be great. The fridge died in less than 3 years, and I have no idea how long it'll be before they'll get around to fixing it. I don't see me buying another LG fridge in the future.

Called the Repair contact number given to me by LG email. I was letting them know in advance that I would not be available in the first hour of the time slot they provided. 9:00 to 13:00 was the given repair time frame. I was letting them know that I would not be available for 9:00 to 10:00 due to train issues. That's all I wanted to inform. So they had adequate time 10:00 to 13:00 for the repair. The repair only takes up maximum 15 minutes btw, some say even less. Back to what their service: They asked question previously already answered. And when I tried getting them back on track multiple times they ignored what I was saying entirely and completely. The customer service is based in Phillipines for cost cutting. And I am not being racist, but they could not comprehend what I was asking of them. Don't get me wrong they were nice over the phone, friendly to talk to, but a one trick pony with no skills but to ask the questions they had. And could answer none. And by the end they told me I would be given an email to in 1 to 2 working days to help me. When 9:00 was the time I called as they only opened at 9:00 for calls. All in all I was not helped one bit. LG do better.
