You folks always answer the phone. No long wait on hold, like others do. You are the 3rd co. we tried. We are thrilled to be able to test fall alarm and call pendants frequently, from out in tree farm field and in groc. stores far from home. We have requested and received brochures to give away. It took less than 24 hrs. to find 5 people who are interested in your kind of help. I am already making a list for the 5 brochures that are on the way. The home care co. that refered us to mobilehelp even wants more brochures for their clients. So friends, try it. It is comforting to know someone cares like mobilehelp.

Although I have had mobile alert for just a month, I am extremely satisfied with the response and professionalism of the staff. Everyone that I have spoken with has taken the time to answer my questions and help me adjust to the system. I feel very confident and safe with mobile alert. Jane

My association with Mobile Help has been very pleasant. The personnel that I have had contact with getting set up and testing have been very nice. One thing that would be nice is if a lanyard would be added to the mobile device for use away from home.

although I have only had the Mobile Help Medical Sytem plus fall protection button a very short time, I feel safe and protected should I require assistance. One thing I would love see change is the lanyard chain attached to the Fall Detection button. It appears to be very skimpy and makes the button move around a lot. I have since put it on a sterling silver chain that is waterproof and it makes a great deal of difference in both looks and comfort. All in all, a very good product with wonderful customer/technical service.

I really feel very safe when I wear the mobile unit. I have the fall button as well and feelso comfortable wearing it as well. My experience is that MobileHelp is worth the money. It gives you peace of mind.

I purchased the solo for my 92 year old mother. She loved the size of the necklace and the mobile unit is easy for to hear and understand. We test it once a week and the operators and always friendly and helpful. Mobile Help also calls once a month to do a test also. I am very happy to have found Mobile Help and feel better know my mother will get the help she need if the need ever arises. Mike

I always feel safe with Mobil necklace or bracelet. I wear them in the pool everyday, took them to NY on vacation, and I love the signs you sent to put on my door so I don't forget to take the Mobile Device. Thank you for always being there when I need you.

I'm a fairly new MobileHelp user, but it has proved to be a great confidence builder. After a number health and physical problems including more than several falls, I decided to try MobileHelp. Now I wear my wrist button every day in the shower and everywhere and have a lock box on my front door that gives me medlcal alert protection 24 hours a day. No more having to have firemen climb over a back wall to seek entrance to an unlocked door or necessitating crawling to unlock a locked door. The GPS in mobile device assures me that help can find me if I am away from hone, and I feel safe when I am out. Thanks MobileHelp!

The call for information was handled in a very business like way . Out of the calls to other services yours was the best the price was good for the help we needed. We hope not to need it but are sure of the fact it offers us the protection.

We love the quick response. And double checking first to make sure before automatically dispatching help.Advise take the talking mobile unit with you cause if you accidentally press the buttons , you'll be able to talk to mobile help asap.Very sensitive if you sit abruptly or if the talking mobile unit is in your purse and set down to hard these can interpret it as a fall detection.

We had another company here that didn't work. Mobile help has been great from the very start. The salesman I spoke with stayed with me explained everything .... within 24 hours I had the new unit. it was easy to set up and it's a company you can rely on as they are the manufacturer of the unit. Great experience at a hard time in our life.
