“The program was explained simply and the price was reasonable, and returning one item for replacement was easy and fast, and setting it all up was easy! I would highly recommend this product to protect those you love!”

“MY HUBBY WANTED ME TO GET IT AND I AM GLAD ,not only do I feel safer in& out of our home and My hubby is wobbly and sometimes unsteady on his feet getting out of bed or out of his chair we are both 71 !if both of us are on the floor neither of us can help the other get up so we'd have to call 911 if we don't have our phones handy the button comes in handy &my big Sis, in N.M. falls a lot so we are paying for hers too she is almost 80 it gives her peace of mind and us also!! thank you”

“We bought this for my mom and she loves it! She had a different system but it did not cover her when she went out of the house. My mom is 91yrs old and still drives around our local area, she feels more confident and safe having the bracelet and GPS on her when she goes out. Whenever I call the MobileHelp they are always very helpful, knowledgable and professional. I did my research before deciding on this system, rated one of the top 10 systems. My mom has 7 children and we all feel she is in safe hands using this system. thank you”

“I have recently purchased a plan on MobileHelp. I received my product as promised. I called technical support to update my preferences. It was about a 30 - 45 minutes call. The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable, and personable. He asked questions I had not even thought of. Everything is all set up now and hope I never have to use this service but I feel better having it as I live alone in the country and am over 65 so I feel like I have a safety net now. Thank you MobileHelp.”

“The service is great. The operators are good at what they do. Only one problem, if you can really call it a problem. The key box that goes on the entry doorknob is not workable with my door. I don't have standard doorknobs.my apartment building has lever type handles. I am currently looking into alternative methods of mounting it on, or next to the door. I'm thinking if I can find a nice chromed padlock has I can mount the part with the loop vertically to affix the box next to the door.”
