Unable to get out of the car park as the machine would not accept the ticket to release the barrier. No one came to help me even though it was camera monitored. Took over 20 mins to sort it. Staff in the office were very ignorant too.

Paid roughly £60 for a week stay at Newcastle airport, decided to go with the meet and greet service as we were pushed for time and sounded perfect for our needs. Supposedly a member of staff will be waiting to greet you, check over your vehicle and proceed to park your vehicle allowing us to go straight into the terminal. No such thing. Likewise with the return journey, no such thing. Selling the service as a meet and greet is basically a con. A lesson learnt.

Struggled to find a parking space, cars were even parked on the access roads. On returning a van had parked so close to my car that I could not open the drivers door. This is disgusting when you pay so much for secure parking and return to find paintwork damaged leading to expensive bodywork repair. I would rather pay for an expensive taxi than book this car park again, as it would end up a lot cheaper.

My car got badly scraped when parked for a week in the long stay whilst away on a work trip. After contacting the parking company, they made no effort to look into the issue and refused to help, ignoring my emails when i advised that wasn't good enough an answer. Very poor service, very poor security and very unhelpful staff. All in all, very bad, avoid at all costs.

Totally outrageous that a coach bringing people to use the airport,that they have already paid for, in the cost of their flight, have to pay just to be dropped off.

the last two times I have used the medium stay car park I have been unable to exit and had to get out my car and go to the office and show my documents to sort it out . not happy when all you want to do is go home 😟

I reserved a parking space with yourselves Ref CCRL0 . I upgraded at extra charge and we were under the impressions that your driver met us with the car and keys. It was bucketing down with rain and we got soaked on our return, waiting for the car to be brought to us as suggested in the 'extras' booking. Very disappointed as our party had to walk to the parking area, in the pouring rain. On enquiring what had happened, we were told you no longer offer tis particular service. If you knew , why did your administration take the 'exras' money from me. VERY MISLEADING I HAVE SENT A COMPAINT IN BUT AS YET OT HEARD ANYTHING.

We booked parking in long stay car park from 13 to 20 September. On arrival on 13th the car park appeared very full. we followed signs where spaces were identified and spent over 15 mins driving round trying to find a space. There were many others in same situation, signage was wrong and there was no one from Newcastle airport to assist. We eventually left our car on circultation road risking damage to the vehicle. Travelling is already a stressful experience with young children without the unnecessary problems we had trying to get parked.

I paid £35.94 for short stay car parking (05.00hrs on the 18th Sept to 15.00hrs on the 25th Sept) and foolishly didn't check the booking confirmation properly. As a result car parks said I had only paid for 10 hours. Why would I pay £35 94 for 10 hours when the 24 hour ( 1 day) charge is only £21.00. I then had to pay an extra £147.00 (7 days at £21.00) to exit the car park, total £182.94. To say I most certainly would not use them again is a gross understatement

On our return we arrived in driving rain and when we were being taken to the car park the bus driver failed to meet the needs of travellers. On approach to each stop he would shout out the stop number and as passengers could not see which parking area (A, B, C etc) this served, it was dark and windows were steamed up, he was asked which parking area this was for. His response was 'how should I know'. Not at all helpful and as a result my wife and I were forced to alight from the bus in pouring driving rain to find out where we were and locate our car. We were soaked to the skin, freezing cold and very angry when we go to our car. It was just our good fortune that we had towels and a change of clothes in our cases. The service was poor and I will have to consider this when I use this airport in the future. The driver should know the which stop serves which parking area and should be able to assist passengers who to be fair just want to get home. As a paying customer I am very disappointed and feel let down by yourselves.

It's awful Never works This time the message said I had to go to the payment machines and pay more !! Stupid system I called the attendant and after a while lifted the barrier

Don't know why I'm bothering because they only look at good reviews but here goes after checking in on the 30th august no real problems as normal but on returning on the 13th September we landed at 23-20 through passport control and retrieved suitcases in good time went to our car and tried to leave airport short stay car park (after upgrading )and we could not get out. Machine saying problem with ticket so after trying each barrier exit no joy.So went to cabin to sort out problem (raining and9 degrees) to be told off most obnoxious prick ever that I had went into the following day. I told him flight was slightly late and not my problem only to be told not my proper either!! So driving out of the airport at 00-10 I thought no way I was into next day after trying to exit walking to cabin and back to my car it was still only 00-10.Was going to phone and complain but hey what's the point!! Just like the 5 minutes I've wasted doing this review I won't get them back or anything done one ex-user of Newcastle airport parking 😡

the second time this year I have used your parking booked on line ..when leaving airport reg number was not recognised again ,asked for assistants was told the system does not recognise reg numbers .very poor attitude and service from individual who responded .I have used your parking over many years .but not again .there are many more in the area

A paid for the meet and greet for a week and when I collected my car it stunk of sour milk. I have been waiting since 10th Sep for a reply on this and still nothing.

no designated places for motorcycle, not only in contradiction with gov guidelines but also with simple common sense. So called "upgrade" few years back smashed those places located next to trolley station on short stay. Place is still unused as are all corners in every parking...one of you should go to Manchester airport or Gatwick to see how it could and should be done. Poor example of "money orientated" service.

We returned from our holiday on Monday 21st Aug to find my partners car had been bumped!! We filled out an incident report form and we were told that someone would be in contact within 14days!! To-date we have had no contact whatsoever!! Tomorrow will be 21days and my partner will have to contact them!!!

I paid £68 for parking, when i tried to leave the car park i couldnt get out, time expires or some message at the barrier when i put my ticket in the machine to pay i got charged £168 not impressed

I parked my car at the airport and arranged with my son to pick it up later that evening as I live alone and had no-one to drop me off! The process was great until my son and his girlfriend arrived to pick it up. As they came from the gym neither of them had money or cards with them so stopped outside the barrier and swapped drivers so that my son could walk in a collect my car. He has now been fined £180 for "parking" even though the 2 photographs that have been sent are of an identical time so there is no evidence of parking?? This is an absolute disgrace and I will not be parking at the airport again, in fact I will be looking to fly from other airports altogether in future.
