This was a complete waste of money! My family along with many others had to stand around waiting for approx half hour to to gain access to our car as staff had completely blocked the car park with everyone's cars and no body could leave, we couldn't even get past with our suitcases to get to our car. The lady at the desk rang to ask for assistance on several occasions but not one single person came which left her to move all the cars herself

We paid for Meet and great parking. On our return we arrived to find that our vehicle had been damaged. The staff that were on duty did not even take a picture of the damage which we though was disgusting, we then realised that the stock answer was going to be sent out which was what happened. The Airport parking company have accepted no responsibility for the damage, but have simply replied that their investigation was inconclusive so no responsibility on their behalf. We are now going to have to discuss things with a Solicitor to progress things further. Never again will we use this service as the way we have been treated is an absolute disgrace.

Good afternoon, I was so annoyed with my recent experience, I feel compelled to contact you. I have not visited the airport for four years and went to collect family on Wednesday 26 July 2017. I entered the drop off area having passed the barrier. Upon parking up I looked around to establish how to exit. There was no instructions, signs or any indication. Fortunately, I helpful taxi driver explained that I had 15 minutes in the area and would then pay £1 to exit. I left after approximately 12 minutes to be instructed that it would be £3 as I was over 10 minutes. Come on, for the sake of clarity please post clear instructions for airport visitors. I will not be act in a hurry. Your comments would be appreciated. Craig Smith (Above is an copy of what I sent you on the 29 July - I have heard nothing back???

Crap service Picked up car has crack in window screen rang women over phone who was supposed to be looking.into it. Still haven't received a call!!!! Clearly don't care about your.customers. It's just absolutely appalling women over phone clearly didn't know what she was doing

We parked beside station. 13 in the long stay. Eventually we realised the button to call the bus was not working. We had to walk in heavy rain to the next station to call a bus. Oh 13 isn't working the driver says and hasn't for a while. Quite pathetic not even a notice in the station.

The shuttle bus took 20mins to arrive on our return journey. I don't think this is acceptable and there should be multiple busses running at one time.

I arrived back in the UK approx 2.30am it was pouring with rain. I had my 3 and 4 year old grandsons my daughter 4 large suitcases 2 large holdalls and a buggy. When I got home there was a scratch on my car. I made a complaint only to be told I had to check my car over before I left the car park. What a joke they tell me they are not responsible. I have sent another email but still no reply. Never ever again as my eldest daughters car was damaged too.

My car tyre looked lyk been slashed and another car put slight deny in my door I rang up the morning after as it was a late flight bk and im still waiting for reply's and still over a wk and nothing bk from them

Exiting the car park was a problem as card didn't work and attendant would not raise barrier making me reverse, park and go inside to have ticket checked. Even after that farce the ticket would not work and the attendant has to come out and reset the barrier. It took about quarter of an hour to get out! Which is something that one does not need late at night

Booking was very easy....but on our return the bus stopped at the wrong stop.....it caused a bit of hassle....when we came to leave in our car we had pre paid and some were trying to leave without paying.....and the barrierwould not go up....caused a jam at the exit

No staff around on arrival at the Meet & Greet car park, car not checked over. On return my car wasn't ready for me as 'staff are busy' and I was told my car was 'somewhere over there' and told to find it myself. Very disappointing response to my comments via email from the Operations Officer, I doubt I'll use the service again.

I'm sorry to say that we drove around for 20-25 minutes looking for a space. Some zones said there were spaces but there were none and I saw your land rover driver changing the signs. It was annoying and frustrating to find a space and you need to improve the experience. People we saw in the Departures said the same. Sorry, not good enough

It would have been easier to escape from Colditz than exit the car park at Newcastle Airport. When I inserted my (paid in advance) exit ticket, the barrier would not raise and the digital message on the machine said: "insert your credit card to pay . . . £328.75." ???????????? Following a garbled conversation with someone on the intercom, I was eventually released.???? Well done everybody at Newcastle International Airport, reaching heights of customer service others can only dream of.

Upgraded to meet and greet as returning late at night and car not there on return. Despite giving flight number and eta it had been put down for return some 14 hours later. Staff did get car but had to wait 20 mins which makes a mockery of meet and greet. Neither member of staff apologised and gave the impression that this happens on a regular basis. Customer care skills non existent and service I paid for was not provided. A waste of money compounded by staff who gave the impression of not caring.

The few times we have used this service all but one time the barrier does not lift and have to go to office to get card validated. This causes disruption for us and other users as a back log of cars are unable to exit. This seems to happen with a lot of users.

Waited behind a number of cars to exit as quiet a few had trouble getting through the barrier, then when it came to my turn my exit card would not work along side a man in the next lane having the same trouble. I had to leave the car and seek assistance which was of little help. Eventually an attendant came and opened the barrier with his card, by this time there was a large number of vehicles behind me.

My new (3,000 miles old) car was damaged in the Meet and Greet parking. After complaining the next day I was told I would get a copy of the CCTV within 14 days - the damage was severe enough that the driver that did it (who will have been employed by the parking firm) will have known about it. Still no contact or info received. I'll never use them again, very poor service.
