A paid for the meet and greet for a week and when I collected my car it stunk of sour milk. I have been waiting since 10th Sep for a reply on this and still nothing.

no designated places for motorcycle, not only in contradiction with gov guidelines but also with simple common sense. So called "upgrade" few years back smashed those places located next to trolley station on short stay. Place is still unused as are all corners in every parking...one of you should go to Manchester airport or Gatwick to see how it could and should be done. Poor example of "money orientated" service.

We returned from our holiday on Monday 21st Aug to find my partners car had been bumped!! We filled out an incident report form and we were told that someone would be in contact within 14days!! To-date we have had no contact whatsoever!! Tomorrow will be 21days and my partner will have to contact them!!!

I paid £68 for parking, when i tried to leave the car park i couldnt get out, time expires or some message at the barrier when i put my ticket in the machine to pay i got charged £168 not impressed

I parked my car at the airport and arranged with my son to pick it up later that evening as I live alone and had no-one to drop me off! The process was great until my son and his girlfriend arrived to pick it up. As they came from the gym neither of them had money or cards with them so stopped outside the barrier and swapped drivers so that my son could walk in a collect my car. He has now been fined £180 for "parking" even though the 2 photographs that have been sent are of an identical time so there is no evidence of parking?? This is an absolute disgrace and I will not be parking at the airport again, in fact I will be looking to fly from other airports altogether in future.

Car was damaged when in your car park, very negative staff, letter stating the car was damaged when dropped off was a blatant lie, not responding to my emails AND spelling my name wrong. Absolutely shocking service.

Returned from Holiday to find a scratch along the side of my car. I raised this immediately with the attendant who reassured me that there would be no issue and that the scratch would be taken care of. Two weeks later I received a letter saying I had no proof they caused the damage and that they would not be entertaining the claim. The attendants are supposed to check over the car when you get there and dont, cars are tightly parked, so people are squeezing between them (which is where I suspect the damage came from). I in fact had volunteered when dropping the car off that there was a minor mark on my front bumper and that I had looked over the car and there was no other damage. I am now left with dealing with a repair for damage I didnt cause, and I am now writing to the Airport itself and the local Citizens Advice. I will not be back, and if I had seen the shambles of where my car was being left beforehand, I would have booked a different carpark where the cars are properly inspected beforehand. Never again

3 out of 3 third time in a row number plate reconition does not work stuck in car park until phone was answered eventually to go through booking to get out of car park very poor phone response and manners on 3 occasions and no explanation or apology for system not working

No where on the information received did it say key rings had to be removed. When arriving the bays were all full, so a member of staff came out and met us, so we still didn't know about key rings. He never said anything. On return the key ring was missing and we were informed it had been binned and we should have read the poster in the office building. We never went in the office building. This was 1 sentimental keyring my gran bought me for my 18th. She has since passed away. It is wrong to have binned it, when we were never informed. You could have taken it off and put it in the car if it was a storage issue. Won't be using this car park again. Very disappointed.

Picked car up at 0230hrs once i got car home and washed the car next morning i found that my front left wheel had been kerded not happy when phoned just got past round no one wanted to know

Ticket (pre-paid) didn't open barrier. No reply on the intercom at the barrier. Managed to move to a different barrier. Ticket still didn't work. Got through eventually to someone who opened barrier. Not a great return home.

The experience of booking, paying for parking and the parking itself was good. What isn't acceptable is a system error that caused everyone who had pre-booked parking to not be allowed to exit the car park and caused massive frustrations and a lot of angry people on all of the exit lanes out of the car park. Felt so sorry for your operative on that night as all you could hear at every barrier was the please hold message as everyone tried to get out. Very bad experience!

Came back and the valet had literally just damaged my vehicle. Kerbed the wheel and we only noticed as he had freshly rubbed it and there was metal filings all over the TYRE. He wasn't bothered in the slightest that he had damaged our vehicle! Absolute careless! So more expense to us and inconvenience!!! Never will I use meet and greet again!

This was a complete waste of money! My family along with many others had to stand around waiting for approx half hour to to gain access to our car as staff had completely blocked the car park with everyone's cars and no body could leave, we couldn't even get past with our suitcases to get to our car. The lady at the desk rang to ask for assistance on several occasions but not one single person came which left her to move all the cars herself

We paid for Meet and great parking. On our return we arrived to find that our vehicle had been damaged. The staff that were on duty did not even take a picture of the damage which we though was disgusting, we then realised that the stock answer was going to be sent out which was what happened. The Airport parking company have accepted no responsibility for the damage, but have simply replied that their investigation was inconclusive so no responsibility on their behalf. We are now going to have to discuss things with a Solicitor to progress things further. Never again will we use this service as the way we have been treated is an absolute disgrace.

Good afternoon, I was so annoyed with my recent experience, I feel compelled to contact you. I have not visited the airport for four years and went to collect family on Wednesday 26 July 2017. I entered the drop off area having passed the barrier. Upon parking up I looked around to establish how to exit. There was no instructions, signs or any indication. Fortunately, I helpful taxi driver explained that I had 15 minutes in the area and would then pay £1 to exit. I left after approximately 12 minutes to be instructed that it would be £3 as I was over 10 minutes. Come on, for the sake of clarity please post clear instructions for airport visitors. I will not be act in a hurry. Your comments would be appreciated. Craig Smith (Above is an copy of what I sent you on the 29 July - I have heard nothing back???

Crap service Picked up car has crack in window screen rang women over phone who was supposed to be looking.into it. Still haven't received a call!!!! Clearly don't care about your.customers. It's just absolutely appalling women over phone clearly didn't know what she was doing
