“We were in a position where we had to sell our home. We met with local Real Estate Agents and later met with Opendoor to see how they compared. Opendoors offer was right in line with what local agents felt. We chose Opendoor to take out all the unknowns, negotiations, showings that we’d need to work around and being able to close and move on our timeframe. Everything was exactly as promised and Brittney who walked us through the process was an All-Star the entire time. I see myself only using Opendoor in the future because it was such an amazing, simple and hassle free experience.”

“Opendoor is simply the best way to sell your house if you don’t want to deal with the hassle of showings or costly staging. You don’t have to deal with frustrating buyer negotiations or pushy realtors. It’s pretty simple. If you like Opendoor’s offer—take it. If you don’t —don’t. Nobody at Opendoor will hassle you in any way. I liked the final offer Opendoor provided me after completing a simple video walk-through. I selected the closing date that worked for me. Everything went as planned. As a military service member that moves every few years I appreciated the hassle-free experience more than the generous offer Opendoor paid me for the house. Buying and selling homes are major life events. Opendoor’s technology streamlines these processes dramatically reducing stress and uncertainty. I didn’t have to deal with the “what-ifs” typically associated with buying and selling. If you are selling your house then plug your address into Opendoor’s app. It doesn’t cost a thing. There is no commitment at all. You control everything. If you are buying a house then download the app and find a house. Opendoor is constantly entering new markets. I can’t wait for them to go nationwide. I will never buy or sell another home again without Opendoor.”

“Moving is stressful enough and add on trying to sell your home too makes it more than just stressful. But Opendoor took the stress of selling our home off our shoulders! It was so easy! It’s just a few steps and it was ready for closing and then transfer of funds. I will always choose to sell this way. Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. They offered a very fair price with our any drawbacks. We sold our house after we moved out of state and closed 700 miles from our home we were selling. I have nothing but praise for everyone who helped us!”

“We were hesitant to use Opendoor at first but after our overall experience with the company from start to finish, we would use them again and definitely refer to them others. The people behind the scenes is what sets this company well above others. Lerisha and Brooke was amazing at keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Cynthia Woods at OSN was incredible with the amount of knowledge and experience she shared with us during this transaction. She made everything so seamless and kept us up to date with any issues and problems. She worked so diligently and she didn't make us worry about anything. Thank you Lerisha, Brooke and Cynthia for making us feel special during the whole process.”

“They said what they were going to do, and they did exactly that. We did a video walkthrough they came back with an offer I thought it was fair and we agreed on the closing date. Open Door offered me 5 extra days after closing to get my stuff out of the house (I already had the proceeds in my bank account) which I thought was very fair. I sent in pictures of my empty house, within a few hours I received an email thanking me for my business and my house and I closed it was the easiest real estate transaction ive ever had. I wish buying a house was as easy as selling my home with Open door I recommend them 100%.”

“Just do it!! It is the easiest cheapest and must convenient way to sell your home!! I loved my experience and wouldn't consider selling any other way. Kaylee my contact with opendoor was patient and responded to all my questions quickly. Seriously this was an amazing experience!! Thankn you opendoor for making this process so easy, I'm a single mom and trying to line up buying and selling a home was overwhelming but they took a large majority of the stress out of it. You can pick a 90 day closing and move it up when you find a new home to line up with the buying of your new home. I also received funds for the sale of my home in 24 hours. Thank you opendoor!!”

“I really enjoyed working with Opendoor. They made a fair offer for a home that needed work before it was saleable. They were very flexible with the closing date, which I had to delay due to not being about to move out as soon as expected. I was concerned because there are a lot of people who offer to buy "as is" but Opendoor did everything exactly as they said, no surprises. I had multiple people tell me that they would come back later with a lower offer, but that never happened. They made an offer, stuck to that offer, and the closing process was a simple as it could be. I couldn't be happier.”

“Smooth, easy, Hassel free. Eliminated showings. With 3 dogs and a cat clearning out for showings would have been almost impossible.”
