“Moving is stressful enough and add on trying to sell your home too makes it more than just stressful. But Opendoor took the stress of selling our home off our shoulders! It was so easy! It’s just a few steps and it was ready for closing and then transfer of funds. I will always choose to sell this way. Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. They offered a very fair price with our any drawbacks. We sold our house after we moved out of state and closed 700 miles from our home we were selling. I have nothing but praise for everyone who helped us!”

“We were hesitant to use Opendoor at first but after our overall experience with the company from start to finish, we would use them again and definitely refer to them others. The people behind the scenes is what sets this company well above others. Lerisha and Brooke was amazing at keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Cynthia Woods at OSN was incredible with the amount of knowledge and experience she shared with us during this transaction. She made everything so seamless and kept us up to date with any issues and problems. She worked so diligently and she didn't make us worry about anything. Thank you Lerisha, Brooke and Cynthia for making us feel special during the whole process.”

“They said what they were going to do, and they did exactly that. We did a video walkthrough they came back with an offer I thought it was fair and we agreed on the closing date. Open Door offered me 5 extra days after closing to get my stuff out of the house (I already had the proceeds in my bank account) which I thought was very fair. I sent in pictures of my empty house, within a few hours I received an email thanking me for my business and my house and I closed it was the easiest real estate transaction ive ever had. I wish buying a house was as easy as selling my home with Open door I recommend them 100%.”

“Just do it!! It is the easiest cheapest and must convenient way to sell your home!! I loved my experience and wouldn't consider selling any other way. Kaylee my contact with opendoor was patient and responded to all my questions quickly. Seriously this was an amazing experience!! Thankn you opendoor for making this process so easy, I'm a single mom and trying to line up buying and selling a home was overwhelming but they took a large majority of the stress out of it. You can pick a 90 day closing and move it up when you find a new home to line up with the buying of your new home. I also received funds for the sale of my home in 24 hours. Thank you opendoor!!”

“I really enjoyed working with Opendoor. They made a fair offer for a home that needed work before it was saleable. They were very flexible with the closing date, which I had to delay due to not being about to move out as soon as expected. I was concerned because there are a lot of people who offer to buy "as is" but Opendoor did everything exactly as they said, no surprises. I had multiple people tell me that they would come back later with a lower offer, but that never happened. They made an offer, stuck to that offer, and the closing process was a simple as it could be. I couldn't be happier.”

“They offered the highest price and were very easy to deal with. Everything was done virtually even our closing. This was the fifth home we sold and was by far the easiest.”

“Smooth, easy, Hassel free. Eliminated showings. With 3 dogs and a cat clearning out for showings would have been almost impossible.”

“Open door was very easy to work With and gave us a fair price. The only draw back was that they forgot to add the taxes we would have to pay, so at closing, we received $2200.00 less than we had expected”

“Everything was seamless from the beginning to the end. They beat my imagination in their response with generous offer. The whole processing took less than a month! Just virtual inspection of the house. Our rep Brook Lyons was on top of her game, very exceptional and professional. She coordinated well with the title company; promptly attended to all issues that came up. I was even given more than a week stay free of charge! That's incredible, no other e-buyer could match them. Notary was sent to meet us at a convenient location to sign the closing documents. Funds were promptly deposited. It was hassles free from the beginning to the end. My only suggestion to anyone that does business with them, is to have a copy of your survey handy. Will recommend them again and again! Thanks, Brooks and to all your team, kudos!”
