“Our experience with Opendoor was incredible, we couldn't be happier!!! Upon first contact, the offer amount seemed significantly over market value. We assumed that once the exterior inspection was complete, they would need to do an interior inspection and would begin negotiating to a much lower offer. We were wrong, they completed the exterior inspection and came back at a VERY reasonable counter. We kept thinking it was too good to be true right up until closing (which was on a Friday). Opendoor did not have a representative at closing and had not signed off on the closing docs, which made us even more skeptical. We signed the closing docs and returned home (Opendoor allowed us to rent the house back from them at an INSANELY reasonable amount while we made our move. The online dashboard did reference that Opendoor would be signing docs the next day. The Online Dashboard was an amazing tool during the process. By Monday morning, the docs were signed and the proceeds were wired into our account. We appreciate Opendoor so much, we not only needed a quick sale but also have an aggressive dog that would make showings brutal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“This was the easiest real estate experience we have ever had! Open door was very straightforward, very respectful of our time, and very respectful of the value of our property. Everyone was very upfront throughout the whole process. There was no hidden fees, no hidden language, very direct and very open book company. We knew what to expect at every step of the process. We were explained what can make the price of our house go up or down, what could delay closing, what to expect throughout the entire process. We are very thankful to open door for making this entire transaction a pleasant success.”

“First offer was fair. After inspection exterior and interior (guy showed up without warning) the house they low balled me on the final offer for no good reason or explanation. Kind of scammy to low ball 10% less than your last offer and ask folks to spend good time while giving you serious consideration. The first offer was the right price actually so I give kudos to their AI but the second one really left a bad taste - uncalled for and not even close to market value. Waste of time (for me at least) ...I will not use open door again.”

“Had a great stress free experience from start to finish with Opendoor. No people walked through my home & no haggling over selling price. Signed our contract on 7/4/21 & closed on 8/10/21. Caitlin & staff were so friendly, very helpful & very quick to respond to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Opendoor to anyone interested in selling their home.”

“This is the worst purchase experience I ever had . These people don’t respect people’s time . Since the first day of the process , it’s been a nightmare all the way up to closing . I’m actually here during my closing wasting my time waiting for they’re attorneys to complete the closing which takes 1 hour to finish . I’ve been here for 3 hours because they have no idea what they are doing . If I’ve known this , I wouldn’t even buy this property . It’s not worth it !!!! Beware and be smart !! Not worth it !!! Worst decision I’ve done my whole life !!!”

“I was very happy with Opendoor because, my husband just passed so I want a quick sale. I didn’t want to deal with people coming in and out of the house, I wanted to sell as is. Everything was done by phone and email I didn’t have to see anyone until closing. I set my own closing date. I Contact Opendoor on June 19th, I got a very good offer and I closed on August 6th. Closing was quick and hassle free and the funds was in my account in hours. I was very pleased with the whole process.”
