“If I could give them zero stars I would. Booked a flight to America but can no longer go due to covid. Cant actually get through to speak to someone been on hold twice for 1 hour and 1.25 hours respectively. Their customer service is either non existent or just awful. I am going to lose £500 here. Never use them again. Ever.”

“I booked two tickets from FRA to JFK at the advertised cost of 516 euros. The tickets wound up costing over 700 euros with all the hidden charges. They charge 29 euros for an ESTA and ESTAs only cost 14 DOLLARS”

“I bought tickets 2 months ago on Opodo, after which they took my data from the card and I woke up today that they stole my € 55 card, without telling me anything. Don't buy tickets from Opodo it's a scam ' .They will steal your money from the card.”

“tl;dr: They didn't actually book the tickets I booked with them and didn't notify me so I missed the flight because of them. I booked a flight with them and when I wanted to check in following their email asking me to I couldn't. I contacted their support and was told that I had no tickets because the booking failed. This was on the day of the flight! They didn't bother notifying me at all about this but continued to send emails asking me to check in. They just said I have no tickets and made zero effort to help. I've seen a lot of bad airlines and a lot of bad OTAs but I've never seen one as incompetent as Opodo to not actually book the tickets. This is the last time I use this joke of a company.”

“Terrible, my advise save your money as they are no real people, the whole opodo are based on robots. You book the ticket, you use it, then no issues but the minute you decide to change the dates or cancel the ticket then none of this will happen , I have been 3 years now chasing them. Initially I wanted to have a date change and no one approachable, now I am looking for a refund and no email and the phone number , you will stay for 1 hour exactly before the line cut off. Avoid them”

“Absoulte joke of company. Needed car in emergency. They took payment for car rental and insurance. There was no car at the airport but they won't give me my money back. I can't state clearly and loudly enough how much stress this set of thieves have caused me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“I rented a car through them. RED FLAG! Avoid at all costs. Never would I do this again! They're selling you insurances (through AXA) that are not accepted on arrival at the airport and their policies aren't matching the car rental company's policies. And the best part is: You won't get a refund for anything. There's no way for you to claim anything back. DO NOT. BOOK. A. CAR. WITH. OPODO.”

“VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! Booked my flight via Opodo on British Airways, i needed to change the dates NO ONE got back to me after 3 days. After I cancelled online, i receive an email telling me to go directly to BA to proceed with cancellation. When i go to BA's website they told me i need to go back to Opodo. I called them back (already a journey to talk to a human being) and they confirm me i need to talk with BA directly... I talk to a human operator on BA (another epic journey) and they then tell me they are not able to cancel or modify my ticket if Opodo does not allow them... SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! iTS LIKE A DOG BITING HIS TAIL!!! An no one is taking ownership of the situation... its becoming RIDICULOUS!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID OPODO IF YOU CAN!!!!!”

“This has been so far the worst experience a had by booking online. I submitted my cancellation request to my package on 15/08/2020 wich got accepted about 2 months ago. After more than one year the refund haven't reach me. Called and emailed them many times and they keep saying they're waiting for the approval of the airline(?) And that they can not refund me the money the took for my accommodation without any reason why! What a joke of company! NEVER BOOKING FROM THE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER! I would give 0 stars if I could for this disservice”

“They are awful. The worst. Thieves. They need to be shut down. Absolutely the worst company ever. What they are doing is theft. Their CEO should go to prison. Took my money, flight was cancelled by airline, I paid for insurance...they lied about telling the airline to refund my money. Scum.”

“STAY AWAY from OPODO. I bought flights, payment has gone through. They haven't send a booking email, I am trying to log in to their app or website but my email is not recognised. There is no one to help (only the stupid robot that is useless). I have contacted them via facebook and is also the robot responding..... Is a nightmare, almost two months since I bought those tickets. I don't understand how a company can get away with this lack of contact”
