“Opodo should never be Trusted, Avoid at all times using this company. They will promise the world to rip you off. Don't buy any ticket's or anything from this company. They are a bunch of corrupt people. My partner both a ticket From London Heathrow to Manila then final destination Cebu. We both this ticket on Opodo website we pay £604.00 immediately, she couldn't fly because of this Covid-19 and since then HELL started. We call then maybe 1000 times, we email them 100's not to say more, we wait for them to response they never do, we wait for there call that never happen, we wait for there email's never get any, we wait for the processing team to reply never happen, we wait for A, we wait for B, We wait for C, and on and on and and nothing from OPODO is correct no matter who you talk too, They said was the Airline fault, they said that the Airline takes 6 months to get the money, they said that airline did not pay them, they said the money is in process, they said for us to send the confirmation of the ticket when we both the ticket from them, They ask us for the reference for the ticket when they have all the details, They said the person who is dealing with your request is not working today, they said that to call back next week, they said to call back in 2 week's time, they said we did not have any reply from the Airline, they said to try in 7 week's, they said that Airline is refusing to refund the money back... They don't answer the phone for hours, for day,s, we email them and never get a reply, we spend our time calling them for nothing day's, week's , month's and now over a year. They keep forgetting you, your call's, your email's and all what you do. You waste your day's your week's, month's and now over 1and half year. We are going to take this company to court that should be the way to get our hard working money back. It is unbelievable that this action's from OPODO still going on day after day and no one does anything about them. We contact many organisations but so far nothing happen, How can a company so CORRUPT operate in UK??? We will do at we can to make sure that we recover our money and also compensation for all what we spend our time calling and all the work that we have done to try and get our money back. WARNING Don't buy anything from OPODO, They will rip you off.”

“Do not use these scammers! They charged me nearly £300 more than I would have paid had I gone directly to the airline. Their phone is not working and they give standard answers to any questions. They will charge me if I try to cancel.”

“Avoid at all costs. I made a booking for 2 people. Obviously there was supposed to be 2 different names on the reservation, which I entered while booking. But they made the reservation under the same name. I did not notice that in the confirmation email and now I have to deal with paying extra to airlines on updating this. The tickets ended up costing 50% more and there is no help from Opodo on this whatsoever. No responsibility for messing up my reservation.”

“Another victim of this scam paid 550£ got cancelled by opodo claiming airlines cancelled flight this is an out and out lie as my mother is booked on same flight wth different merchand travelocity and flight still on Impossible to contact customer service numbers do not exist I wish I had read reviews how can a government allowed a company to freely scam people you wonder lesson learned Will never book wth these thieves . My only hope to see my money back is through my visa bank protection claim and let them deal with these horrible people.”

“this is the biggest scam site going please tell as many people as you can on social media on opodo reviews please help other people not to get scammed and robbed they lie steal cheat and never talk or communicate with you once they have your money please spread the word about this scam so called travel agent i still dont get my refund like so many more people almost one year good luck to you all we have to stop this scam”

“am worrying so bad, here there is no option for 0 ratings to Opodo. I booked a flight on August 10th, 2020, it showed a not working fight combination and i booked because of the cheap price. then i realize that I can not able to travel with that combination due to covid 19 situations. immediately the next day i call to Opodo team and asking for a cancellation with a partial refund. today 12 th august 2021. till now i havent got refund. i call to opodo team nearly more than 50 times. noting to show about cancellation details in opodo website. when i call today they told takes another 6 months. its a f--king reason they are giving. please please please dont book on this website and loose your money. my booking reference number is : Opodo booking reference: 6858660782 - Airline booking reference: ZCT76, QYGM6D. please contact me if you have doubts i can explain: mareddi140atgmail.com thanks, its not only for me, my friend also have same situation. they wont return money. i wrote these because of their cheating people. my intention is only about poor people won't lose money with this f--king site. thanks, any time you can contact me : mareddi140atgmail.com.”

“This is From far the worst experience I had ! I advise you to run and never ever book through OPODO! Here is my experience: I book 4 refundable tickets with a national airline company for august 8th through OPODO. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my flights 3 days before departure. I called the airline company that guarantees me they will reimburse the whole amount ( minus penalty 150 euros for the 4 tickets which is totally acceptable ), but as I booked thought OPODO I had to cancel through them. I called OPODO and asked them to cancel and reimburse me. They told me they will reimburse not even half of the amount I have paid because of their taxes! How is it possible to steal people in such a horrible way! I am extremely unsatisfied by this company and will never trust them again!”

“WORST AIRLINE AGENCY EVER! I raised a refund request with Opodo on 19-11-20 for my tickets with Qatar Airways. It has been more than 8 months now and I am yet to get my refund. I have been calling the support team ever since. All I hear from them is that my case has been escalated and that Opodo has not got any response from Qatar. Qatar airways on the other has confirmed that they haven't got any request from Opodo. Opodo is a SHAM. GO FOR OPODO FOR CHEAP SERVICE... NEVER FOR CHEAP FLIGHTS.”

“Worst customer service experience. I cannot understand half of what the agents are saying on the phone because they don't speak this country's language. Waiting times are horrific. Incompetent service representatives that cannot give clear answers or solve any request. First and last time I booked with this company. Stay away.”

“I wouldn't have given it ONE STAR except I had to in order to write this review. If you need help they won't speak to you but put you in touch with an autobot who sends you round in circles and does not help you at all. I only wanted to add luggage to my flight and the only option they gave me was PAY AT THE AIRPORT. Eventually I contacted the flight provider directly and they helped - and they're not a firm that is usually recommended or has good press! But even they were better than Opodo. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND BOOK DIRECTLY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. [You can't leave feedback directly on Opodo website as they take your details and then give a link to somewhere that is supposed to help you but doesn't....SO FRUSTRATING!!!”

“Opodo is a 3rd party company. Don’t go through third parties if you can avoid it. See their offers then avoid them & go directly to the airline. Because of opodo I could not 1. Manage my booking 2. Check-in online 3. Therefore no seat number 4. Therefore not able to complete passenger locator form 5. Finally, The airline had no record of me. I spoke to a news reader friend and 2 journalists (all seasoned travellers) ALL of whom said " never use opodo ". Anyway don't take my word for it. Look at the Which magazine. Opodo considered to be the WORST company by WHICH”

“Bonjour, Je suis cliente Opodo prime depuis plus d’un an. Depuis le Covid j’ai eu une annulation de billet d’avion du au Covid. Aujourd’hui toujours pas remboursé. Opodo me demande de me rediriger vers la compagnie directement et la compagnie ne peut m’aider car je passe par opodo. J’ai par la suite réservé 300 e de billets d’avion que j’ai demandé à annuler dans l’heure pour raison médical avec un certificat. On m’a remboursé une dizaine d’euro après m’avoir certifié que j’allais être remboursé des 300 euros. Aujourd’hui je ne peux rien faire malgré mes différents appels d’une 30 aines de minutes à 0.80 centimes la minutes. Un beau vol organisé qui me coûte très cher.”
