“Would have given 5 but the claims do take super long to go through. However on the plus side a good portion of the bill (after your deductible is paid) you get back.”

“I’m satisfied for the most part. However, when I added Theo onto my policy, it would have been helpful to receive a notification stating what date it would start to be effective.”

“Love the coverage for my dog. Claims are slow to pay at times. Disputing claims can be trying as they request all records for pets life due to pre-existing conditions criteria. I don’t think they read the disputes sometimes as all records are. It required every time just another review of what was originally submitted that was keyed wrong.”

“I am happy to say that after three months, I have finally gotten my claims paid. It took several months of submitting claims, resubmitting claims, getting medical records and submitting them myself to get the initial claim paid but in the end, Pet's Best, covered Brinkley's allergies, infection and medication. I could not be happier.”

“I love PetsBest and recommend it to many people. I have had no issues with claim coverage and it is easy to submit a claim. The claims can take a little while to process, but that is the only negative thing!”

“PetsBest is easy to understand coverage. Claims are easy to submit. I use it as a catastrophic protection policy. The only problem I've had is a lengthy and time consuming claim resubmission process for a rejection for a second acute infection (years later) denied as a preexisting condition.”

“Insurance is affordable. Claims are processed quickly but when I had a large amount of claim for emergency, the claim took at least 3-4 weeks to process. Other than that claim was paid very well. Best insurance for my pets. I"d recommend it to family and friends.”

“So far so good. I have been inundated with vet bills due to unforeseen illnesses. I have 5 dogs and have 3 insured with Pet's Best. The others were older with preexisting health issues that did not make it feasible to insure. I have to say I was pleased with the amount that I have gotten back so far for the claims. I am very glad I had the insurance. thanks this definitely helps.”

“Pets Best is a great insurance to have and the customer service is good with timely responses to emails. The only issue I have is that it takes forever for a claim to be processed and to receive reimbursement for a claim. It shouldn’t take a month or longer to have a claim processed. Other than that, I have not had any issues or bad experiences with Pets Best. I highly recommend them!”

“I had Pets Best on my previous dog. He had so many issues and we were thankful for insurance. Our new Pup, Sunny is insured and we were hoping for less medical problems at least the first year! No such luck. We’ve had visits to emergency vet and regular vet. Pets best pays their portion without issue. I would have given 5 stars if their reimbursement was quicker like it was 5-15 years ago.”

“It took over a month to process my claim. I went back for another office visit and that claim was processed and completed before the first claim. The insurance is very expensive and I have a 250 deductible. I also am seeing copays.”
