“This store have always good deals and good customer service. Glitches happen but taking care of customers is always on phonebot's 1st priority. Happy with it.”

“I recently bought a Samsung Note 9 which I found for sale via Marketplace on Facebook. The use of the website and messaging worked well, although I was in a quandry as to whether to go to St Kilda (closer) or Reservoir, but I guess this is just a function of where the stock is located. At the store for pick up and inspection and sale the sale worked well although I did have to wait while a salesperson became free during a busy period, but the sale was eventually handled courteously and efficiently with some good advice.”

“Initially I was unable to order on line. Once over that glitch, the pick-up service was good and the over the counter assistance was invaluable. The 'deal' included a free phone cover, of which Phonebot were out of stock. I was told they would post this outstanding item to me. I have yet to receive this, but it has only been a short time since I picked the item up.”

“Phone is in excellent condition and works well The only concern I have is the battery condition is at 85% but it should give us a couple of years before replacement The unit is an ex Japanese phone and Apple Australia cannot repair or replace parts, but authorised repairers can so its not a biggy... Would recommend that this gets advertised by phonebot in future But overall pretty happy Bruce”

“We bought 2 iPad Air 16g for our daughters for Christmas. Phonebot was very responsive via email. We were advised straight away of a short delay in dispatching the items due to being out of stock. I requested the items be there before Christmas and they responded quickly to reassure me. However, I asked for a phone number to speak to them because the one online led me to a full mailbox! I never got to speak to them which is a pity because I wanted to ask if I could upgrade to the 32g. Nevertheless, Phonebot ended up sending us 2 IPad Air 16g with cellular at no extra cost since our original order was still out of stock!”
