“Good product with a few downsides. I bought an iphone 6s (grade A) and besides the few scratches on it's corner it looked good. However, I was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned properly. I quickly noticed gunk in the speakers and around the camera lens. For something I consider a quick service, I was a little dissatisfied but nothing I couldn't fix. The phone is generally functional, though I have had a few glitches recenlty where it mislocates where I'm pressing and refusing to open one of my apps (I've had to delete and redownload the app twice for the phone to open it). Really quick delivery. If package is delayed it's communicated promptly.”

A Phonebot representative reached out to apologise and said they will resolve the checkout issue. It will also be good if there will be other means to contact support aside from FB.”
