“I ordered lemon bacopa, a canna lily and an iris. The plants were well packaged, paper and plants were still damp on arrival. There was some damage to the bacopa and the canna, I suspect due to temperature during shipping. The bacopa went into my aquarium on day one and is perking up quite nicely, the snails are clearing the damaged leaves. The iris and canna are recovering in a windowsill and will go into the bog tomorrow. I would definitely order again, just a shame you can't control the weather 😉”

“thought i needed a new transformer for my uv filter, so i ordered one. next day they emailed me how to check the transformer properly, I did'nt need one as it turned out. thanks to thier information saving me hunderds of dollars. plus they were able to cancel my order. will use them for all my pond needs.”

“I am using the pump for my KOI pond and it is working great. Had a small issue with getting a good seal at the basket. I used plumbers lubricant around the gasket and it took care of it. Thanks Bob”

“I have ordered several times over the past year. I had an issue with a product, but it was with the manufacturer and its website — no instructions for use accompanied the product. The mfr website was useless, too. The owner of Play It Koi answered my complaining email on a Sunday, telling me how to use the product. I have been pleased with all the products ordered from this retailer, so I wanted to give the company a chance at customer service. It excelled. I will continue to be a customer. I have ordered multiple plants — all good.”
