“Pump was shipped quickly and arrived earlier than estimated arrival date. Pump was a replacement for an old Pump. Worked exactly as I needed it. Couldn't be happier, definitely recommend play it koi.”

“My ponds have developed a sludge or algae problem late this season that came about suddenly (I suspect our crazy weather had something to do with it). Having ordered from Play It Koi before (an out of state business from me), and at my wit's end for lack of a solution, I contacted them through email and telephone. They worked with me spitballing and trouble-shooting solutions and giving recommendations, without ever being stingy with their time and knowledge. I am still dealing with this problem, but conditions are vastly improved after going with their recommendations. Customer service seems to be a lost art, but not with these guys.”

“In my previous Ovaprim order, my order arrived rather quick and I was satisfied. This second time around, however, it took a little longer (10 days). My main concern is temperature. I usually put my order into the refridgerator when it arrives to keep the temperature low; I learned from my first order that warmer temperatures degrade the effectiveness of Ovaprim. With my second order during the fall season, while it was in transit, I know that outside temperatures was still rather warm, and it took about 10 days before I received it. I have not used it yet, but I am hoping degradation has not occured too much. This second experience makes me think that I should make my future orders during the winter or that shipments should be expedited.”

“I have reached out for support. The light I bought comes with no instructions. I need to know how long to leave it on. And I need to know how to submerge it. It floats. Otherwise, it’s a very nice light and I look forward to knowing how to use it.”
