PLT SEEMS TEMPTING, BUT DON’T DO IT. *PLEASE READ!!* Where do I begin?! For starters, I had SO many failures trying to place my order. (I’m talking about fifteen attempts on DIFFERENT DEVICES.) For whatever reason, they weren’t accepting my credit card and I should’ve taken that as a sign to NOT buy with PLT, but I was really in love with their products. (Or so I THOUGHT.) I hate paying for shipping but they left me no choice. I figured I’d love my products when they came in—yeah, NO. They are NOT as pictured as online. Pictures are super photoshopped, making the products look like a color that they’re NOT. Quality is cheaply made; the seaming on everything is so uneven. When refunding for my shipping to ship my return, they somehow did it so that my bank charged me $15 as a fee. THAT FEE IS MORE THAN WHAT I ACTUALLY PAID TO SHIP BACK MY ITEMS. And this is NOT my bank’s fault! So the reason I got charged for that deposit? Because PLT WIRELY refunds and most banks charge for wired refunds when it’s INTERNATIONAL. PLT is based in the UK. And get this—THEY DON’T JUST REFUND IT ALL AT ONCE, BUT SEPARATELY. $15 for each time they tried to do a wired deposit… Absolutely STUPID. Please BEWARE!!! When I went to clarify that I needed my refunds to be electronically to avoid fees, PLT’s customer service kept telling me things that didn’t even resolve or answer my concerns. I was offended. They were talking to me like if I was stupid because their answers had NOTHING to do with what I was saying. It got to the point where they even dared to IGNORE my messages and chose not to reach back to me. WHO IGNORES THEIR CUSTOMERS?! PRETTYLITTLETHING DOES! For a first experience with this brand, I am LIVID. All that fake promotions with celebrities on Instagram and glamorous promotions is a bunch of GARBAGE. PLT will NOT be getting any more of my money or time and I hope this review helps you guys choose wisely when deciding whether or not to shop with this brand. I wish someone would have told me how DIFFICULT the company was because I would have never even bothered. PLT, thank you for wasting my time, my money and fooling me into believing your products are as pretty as they seem. NEVER AGAIN.

Lost my package and lied about it! Where do I start with this company, seriously. They lost my package worth over €120, I was unable to track my package for days and kept contacting them via Twitter and they continued to say the package was in transit and not lost - also a different girl replies to every message which is really annoying. Finally 11 days later I contacted the shipment company they said they never received the package from pretty little things so I contacted them and told them this and the day before I'm meant to go on holiday with all my new clothes they tell me the package is lost and this never happens and they have refunded me. That's it, nothing else. No let me resend out your package with next day delivery, just here's your money back. CYA. Awful experience and so time-consuming.

I ordered a dress I had found for an event that was coming up. It arrived on time which I was pleased about however, the dress was a completely different shade to what was advertised to me on the site. I was disappointed but managed to look past that fact and try on the dress anyway. It was COMPLETELY see-through!!!! The quality was awful and it looked nothing like it did on the site! The material was extremely itchy which made not very uncomfortable. So disappointed- do not recommend.

Well. I made 3 orders. Two of them had the wrong tracking information. My first order came after my second order which was weird, even though it said it was delivered, it was the other one. I ordered a dress in a size 6 because that's my H&M size but it was huge. I'm guessing people are more thin over there so I probably should've went a size down although the size 6 in their sweatshirt fitted perfectly. I'll probably only order sweatshirts, hoodies and basic tops from there from now on. Even the lingerie didn't fit. I'm a medium at F21 and their medium was a large on me. Idk. I feel like if they put a size comparison to other stores, on their website, ppl would be more please about the sizing.

I ordered a dress that looked amazing! Perfect for what I needed it for, expensive too but it was beautiful. I just got it a couple of days ago...spent 70$ USD on it and it was missing the belt it came with and the fabric / material is horrible I will probably only be able to use it once or twice. the washing instructions are basically non existing anything you do to the dress will ruin it if you try to wash it ( cannot even dry clean). I got it right on time for my trip and their return process to get the belt is for me to return it and then get a refund 21 days later and order the dress again! Sucks. Oh well. I should have read reviews before I got to excited.

Ordered a dress from them. I received the dress; however, I returned it. On the website it states to wait up to 21 days for a refund to post to your account, but it's well past those 21 days, and I still have yet to receive my money. I reached out via email which was the only way of contacting them (I RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING FROM STORES WITHOUT A DIRECT NUMBER) telling them to issue my refund and they still didn't respond. Therefore, I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Bad for business.

I bought my daughter a dress, she is 5'11" so we have a problem with finding dresses long enough. She found a dress she liked, the model was 5'8" and wearing what looked like a 3" heel at least. Just long enough with v low heels. We live in doha so had to pay extra for grandparents to send it here. It arrived 3 weeks before her prom, disaster, miles too short. Only just long enough for her younger sister who's almost 5'5", and that's with no shoes on. Very disappointed. Absolutely no way was the model 5'8" also In the picture the model also had it dragging on the ground.

Abysmal. In spite of actually having a receipt from this sham of a company confirming the return of 10 of the 11 items my partner ordered, providing them with proof of return via tracking link, and THEIR OWN REFUND EMAILS, they are claiming that all the items were not returned and they refusing to pay the money she is owed. They are withholding £75, and are refusing to engage, to explain why they have sent me confirmation that all 10 items have indeed been returned. I will now approach my bank to try and get some joy that way, before starting litigation proceedings through a small claims court. Given the documentary evidence we have, we will get the money back this way. But nobody wants that hassle. Please do not buy from this company. Read the other reviews, look at their rating. This is the first time I have ever written a review of any sort for a company. And I will seek out every review site I can to warn people off ever throwing away their money by using them. Steer clear.

Do not order from here. Although the order may come in a quick manner, the clothes are CHEAP, sizing is completely off and customer service is downright terrible. I returned a $40 dress almost a month ago and still have not been refunded. When I emailed customer service, they told me to send a picture of the receipt to prove that I returned the product. Is this a joke? No wonder their website has absolutely 0 reviews because they would all be TERRIBLE. This is not our problem as the consumer. I highly doubt I will ever be seeing my money again. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Go to Forever21 - even their dresses are better quality.

Bought 3 items of clothing from this website for my 18th birthday, the delivery was excellent and cannot fault as it came the next day but cothing looks different on the model than in person, cheap quality material. Both items of clothing were a size 12 one was too small and the other just hung off me like a cloak. And th skirt was hideous, material felt like a foam sponge and was very see through. Very disappointed!!

This company has horrible customer service and screwed up my order! I ordered boots from PLT on Feb 5 2018. My package arrived on February 12 2018. I opened the package and there was only one boot in the bag! With an invoice from January 20 2018! On the invoice from January 20 which is clearly someone elses invoice, someone had written in pen "only one boot". I then e-mailed them about my experience and now I have to drive 1 hour from my house to drop off the package and wait for them to refund me. What a joke, never ordering from here again. So many better sites then PTL, waste of time and money!

The website claims when you use the code: "NEED30" you'll get 30% off your entire order. When I tried to enter the code, it wouldn't work and I had to process my order full price. It’s been 24 hours since I placed my order and the status of my order still shows as “Picking”. The amount of $51.00 USD was deducted from my PayPal, but when it re-directed me back to PrettyLittleThing.com it said my order could not be processed. However, when I log back into my PrettyLittleThing.com account, it shows the order in my “History”. I've emailed their customer service twice and still heard nothing.

Do not but products from this company. If you have to return them their service is extremely poor. Still waiting for a refund after returning a product six weeks ago despite claims it takes 21 days. Customer service full of excuses and asking for paperwork that was never issued and rejecting their own records that prove collection and receipt. All designed to frustrate the customer into giving up without getting a replacement/refund. DONT DO IT>

Really bad experience. I ordered items for a festival that I was going to and selected express post so that they would definitely arrive in time. Not only did the items not turn up in time, they wouldn't refund me the extra money I paid for express postage. They simply don't care about their customers. Will never shop with them again, nor would I recommend you do. P.S. The clothes were really very poor quality too. I'd return them, but I do not want to deal with them at all any further. Really Bad.

Ordered red suede boots, and they came within 4 days. I was terrified after reading negative reviews but I received my package, and everything was perfect. The colour seemed more like a maroon/wine rather than the bright red that was on the website, but I knew they would vary slightly as thats usually the case when ordering online.

Daughter a size 12 in every shop. When ordered size 14 jacket it was too small so returned to order 16 to 18 again too small. Returned both. Won't be buying from company again as their sizing is all wrong.

I have bought from Pretty Little Thing before and received my items within 4 days, however this time when i bought from them the service was very poor. My account was never updated for the location of my parcel. I had to email customer support to find out where it was, this took two emails for them to respond. I then received my parcel on the seventh day. Three days later my bank account was hacked in the U.K. due to shopping online with PLT and using my card. I suggest if you're going to shop on PLT, DO NOT use your card use PayPal to shop with. Finally don't expect quick customer service because you will not receive it from their end.

I ordered from prettylittlething in September -17. First of all, my package took ages to come to me. Second!: They took the amount I ordered in Canadian dollars in English pounds, so they owed me over 100(!!)CAD. I emailed their s*itty service like 7 times, and they didn't speak well enough english to understand my problem, which is funny cause the company is from UK and my problem was pretty clear.. Well, after a while of "fighting" with them and sending them many many emails that they didn't even bother to answer, PAYPAL, thank GOODNESS, got my money back. Don't order from there, it's a shady shady company with cheap products. disgusting service..
