“So far never really had any issues, items are cheap and cheerful, great sale items and have always arrived on time. On the odd occasion I've had to return there hasn't been an issue. Some lovely tips and dresses for very cheap prices. The only down fall is sometimes the smaller sizes are out of stock quickly.”

“I have been shopping on PLT for the past 4 years and never had a problem with them. After becoming a regular I purchased the Royalty shipping service which offers free next day delivery for a year (9 pounds only). Also I never had a problem with refunds and I find the process really easy. Only bad note is that items sizes are all off, I can go from a 4 to a 12 depending if its a crop top, jacket, dress, etc. Overall I give it 5 stars”

“5 stars for PLT but Hermes are letting you down. They clearly pinched several items out of my parcel & on the next occasion they forged my signature but luckily I still tracked down my parcel. The customer service I received from PLT was amazing start to finish they sorted the issues straight away with no bother. Thank you”

“I’v used pretty little thing for years, sometimes the products can be a bit iffy with quality and sizing but my last 3 orders I can’t fault at all. Everything’s been perfect and fitted lovely. Always great prices and every pair of shoes Iv ordered have been super comfy too (heels as well as flat).”
